部屋のスペースは広く、ゆったりしており、シャワースペースとバスタブもあり、昔の高級ホテルという感じでしたが、室内の設備は古く、リネンも使い古された感じでした。今年の10月には改築のため取り壊すそうなので、新しいホテルとして生まれ変わるのが楽しみです。

One thing I really, really loved about this hotel was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—beyond and above my expectations. They made you feel genuinely welcome and wanted, which made the stay so much more comfortable. Anything you asked for, they went above and beyond to help. The staff were truly the best part of the hotel.

The hotel amenities are all good, and overall, it’s a really nice hotel. However, I think the hotel is in need of some renovation. With a few updates and improvements, it could be an even better place to stay.

Bilik sangat selesa for us (4 person). Location agak strategic ditengah bandar.... nearby to Langkawi's shopping area. Satff sangat baik & very helpfull.

I bookod family suite (if i'm not mistaken), Room was so big & very confortable for 4 person. But the room only have 1 bathroom & the another one just toilet room.

The hotel manager was very helpful and genuinely tried to make our stay better. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not always follow the same level of service. Overall, the service felt quite different from what European guests may be used to.

The hotel is in need of a thorough renovation, both inside and outside. The rooms felt damp and cold, with a lot of condensation, which made the stay uncomfortable and may also negatively affect health and well-being. Breakfast is mainly focused on Asian guests. For European guests, the only real options were fried eggs or omelettes, which were often prepared in advance and served cold. If you were lucky, someone would prepare them fresh, but even then they were very oily. As a result, we basically ate the same breakfast for four days. The photos on Booking.com are quite misleading compared with the current condition of the hotel. The swimming pool also feels outdated and during our stay hardly anyone used it. Unfortunately, we also chose the wrong location for a family holiday. Kuah is not known for beautiful beaches or much evening entertainment. We ended up driving around 35 minutes to Pantai Cenang almost every day, where there are better beaches, many more restaurants, shops and much more to do for tourists. Had we known this beforehand, we would definitely have stayed in Pantai Cenang instead.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great as it’s close to the sea. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. My husband kept saying how much he liked the hotel because he felt it was really worth the price we paid. Parking was also easy and convenient to find, which was a plus. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again!

i visit this hotel for the third time in the last 15 years. it is an old hotel and need rehabitation. the staff are nice and smiling all the time and very helpfull. the lacation is near to supermarkets and self laundary shop. i think i may visit it again. thanks for the very helpfull staff.

old hotel the restaurent was bad and i did not like its food.

We decided to extend our stay to a total of 6 nights, we had the executive family suite which was large and spacious and excellent decorative condition. The reception team and manager were brilliant and even assisted in updating my booking. The front doorman was very helpful and the cleaning team were superb.

Great place for the family

Spacious rooms and a nice swimming pool. Smooth check in and check out. Cleaning and restaurant staff were helpful.

Not the best of locations if you are going for usual attractions (20-30mins drive) but Kuah is nice and peaceful.

The rooms were large and spacious, the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were clean and replenished daily. Location was amazing, we had a family room with an ocean view. Cannot fault the service.

The bathroom water was lightly brown coloured. The bidet in both our rooms were leaking, but they quickly solved the following day.

Outside food is allowed, but the property does not provide proper cutlery. Only paper plates were available, and we were asked to collect them ourselves from the café, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

After having a nightmare booking with another hotel, I came and found Bayview and was greeted with super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was so lovely and the facilities were great. Checked out the swimming pool and sauna on a rainy day as well as a good selection of free movies on the TV.

Nice, location. Near to many vegetarian and vegan restaurants and temples..

The workers who are Muslims should be more sensitive towards Other religions dietary preferences and practices... Example they should not, should never label foods which contains cheese as vegetarians, simple courtesy for the chefs to be aware that cheese, contains beef enzymes or rennate. And therefore foods containing such rennatw enzyme which are obtained from calf stomach after cruel killing of the calves is against ancient wisdom of eastern worlds, they should not label it as vegetarian, it's very very very offensive and rude to offer vegetarian food to us and including animal product. As a substitute they should by right should obtain non rennate cheese if they are giving us option of vegetarian food..

Breakfast : Very ample choices. Indian Foods are available as well local cuisines. Staff named Pravin is very polite and professional. Room : The rooms are cleaned every day and it is clean and spacious. Facilities : Gym, Swimming Pool and Yoga center are clean and well maintained Staffs : The staffs are very polite and even one of the manager get down during breakfast and asked for our feedback which in my opinion is nice gesture and a way to work towards improvement. Surround Areas : Ample duty free and Spas available.

These are constructive feedback for improvements. 1) We stayed for 3 days and local cuisines are almost same. Same fried rice/bihun goreng/wantan. Please do focus on varieties. No complaint on the taste but make it appetizing with varieties. 2) Night staff male manager was scolding the security with rude words . The securities are doing their job well and expected him to handle the situation with more professional ethics. End of the , we all human and hotelier business is all about hospitality towards everyone. Not just your guests. Everyone deserves right respect.
