Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

Very spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. Located a 20-minute walk from Disney parks. Both the hotel and rooms are in great condition.

Overall, the staff was not very friendly or patient. Unfortunately, on our first night, a car alarm in the parking lot went off all night, which kept us from sleeping. Additionally, the walls and ceiling are thin—you can hear footsteps from the floor above and voices from neighboring rooms.

Location is perfect for the event I was attending. Clean, more or less quiet, room was cleaned daily, view was also great, so no complains.

The only thing I dislike is parking. Very limited amount of parking spaces because of the event and parking is fairly expensive.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were modern and were cleaned daily with fresh water bottles and coffee provided by the hotel. The shop downstairs was great and had all essentials that you need. We were also has a great view of the disneyland fireworks from our balcony. The pool and garden are very well maintained. If you have little one's - disneyland is about 15 min walking distance. This hotel was one of the best hotel's I have ever visited!

We loved everything!

I have been stay with many hotel around Disneyland. This is my first stay at this one. Staff are all attentive and the hotel is well organized and have lot to offer. I would definitely stay here again. Parking could be expensive but everywhere around this area also charge pretty much the same. This one would allow you to park after check out until 10pm. Anyway, Check with the staff for update info though.

Loved the location and ease of getting to Disney ( walk or hotel bus) as well as plenty of convenient shops and restaurants close by. The hotel pool, shop restaurant and laundry facilities were great and convenient as well. Having a balcony facing the park and being able to see the fireworks was exceptional

The location to Disneyland is walkable or you can take the free bus shuttle from the toy story car park. Start your day with a Starbucks coffee in the room.

The rooms were cleaned thoroughly but a check if shower gels and shampoo were missed during our stay.

Ease of access and proximity for the price

To have an option to have breakfast included would be ideal

I would love to bring my family along in the future, however when I think about the hassle to find good food at an affordable price, I realize my options are quite limited.

This property is in a great location for both the Anaheim Convention Center and for the Disney Parks. It is incredibly comfortable, the shower is amazing and the marketplace downstairs is so convenient with a great selection of hot quick foods as well as any forgot essentials that you may have forgotten to pack. For Disneyland history fans there are beautiful vintage photos of the park all over the walls of the hotel. Its beautiful

I do not have any complaints except I wish we had a microwave in our room.

Staff was all very nice and everything was very clean

I didn't know the room I booked there would be another door in my room connected to another room. If I had known, I would change to a different room. Cause I can hear noises from the other side in the middle of the night while we're sleeping. I think it should be mentioned when we book. So if some customers don't like to be connected to another room, they can pick a different room.

シャワーの水圧が弱すぎる。 ドライヤーは他のホテルと同じメーカーなのになぜかとっても弱いです。 シャワーを浴び始めてから髪を乾かすまでが苦痛でした。 アメニティはシャンプー類以外はないと思っていいです。 歯ブラシ、綿棒などはありません。

Despite booking on booking.com I was charged for taxes during my stay, luckily I noticed, but I had a pending charge of $500 on my credit card which would have been taken if I hadn’t had raised it, still wasn’t ideal to lose $500 for most of the trip waiting for a refund. Parking overnight was $49 which was a bit brutal and there was a great breakfast buffet at the hotel, but for 2 of us plus taxes it was $70 so we didn’t do it again. Overall really great, but added costs soon bite.

Duvets looked clean but actually underneath was very dirty. The parking was excessive and we were charged a whole day prior (we arrived at 2am and were charged for the day before also). The parking is +tax too. WiFi is an additional cost.

Kapotte koffiemachine en dit gemeld aan de receptie dan kregen we een doos op de kamer waar we het zelf moesten uitpakken de nieuwe koffiemachine en de oude bleef staan op de kamer 12 dollar mogen betalen in starbucks in het hotel voor smorgens onze koffie te kunnen drinken dit gemeld maar geen reactie opgekregen.Parking heeft ons 168€ gekost voor 3 dagen wat absurd is. Het zwembad zag je zo de vettige laag liggen op het water van de zonnecreme

The cost of parking is ridiculous. I didn’t check in until about midnight and was only there for a few hours. Also my friends stayed at a nearby Hilton and did not have to pay for parking due to having handicap parking. I asked about it and was told no.

A convenient walk to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. Room was very nice with a balcony. Room service was excellent.

Location was a little too far from Disneyland for me as I am almost 80! Luckily we had a wheel chair. They should leave more complimentary waters for rooms booked for 2 or more people. It was very hot during our stay! Everyone loved the pool!

$45 usd/day for parking (excessive)

Very disappointing experience, especially for a Sheraton. We chose this hotel mainly because of the Sheraton name and its convenient location near Disneyland, but unfortunately the stay was nowhere near what I expected. The biggest surprise was the $48 + tax parking fee. I’m already paying to stay at the hotel, so charging this much extra just to park my car feels ridiculous. The room was also far from comfortable. The AC was extremely loud and kept making noise throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep without earplugs. The shower was leaking, and there were no slippers in the room. For a room with two beds, they only provided one bottle of water. Another frustrating thing was the communication between hotel departments. When we requested something, different employees came to the room separately, sometimes more than once. This was especially annoying when we were trying to rest and take a nap. Overall, I expected much more from Sheraton. The location is convenient for Disneyland, but for the price, I would definitely choose another hotel next time. If having a quiet and comfortable room is important to you, I would think twice before booking here.

Close to Disneyland and had a shuttle service for small fee back and forth. Rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. Second time staying at the hotel and does not disappoint.

Very clean, loved the on site store with Starbucks. Such a short walk to Disney, but if walking is not an option there’s shuttles across the street at the Toy Story parking lot which are free. Overall I’d stay here again and I highly recommend.

I wish there were both firm and soft pillows. The pillows were very soft and the other people I was with had to stack them and it made them uncomfortable. It would be nice to have firm and soft options to fit everyone’s presences. That’s also just me nitpicking.

Main reason for the rating is we had a bag of handmade gifts, we had received on a cruise that finished in LA. We left the gifts in the room whilst venturing out to Disneyland. When we got back, the bag of gifts had gone. Only explanation is housekeeping threw it away (although not sure why as it wasn’t very light - and we’re saying it’s thrown away as we wouldn’t accuse someone of taking it). Spoke to management, broke down in tears because of how much they meant to us. They raised an insurance claim which…of course…has just been denied because they are denying any responsibility. Absolutely abhorrent. Would never use again. We understand it will have been an accident…but take responsibility. We have footage of us entering the room with the gifts…they will have footage of us leaving without it, and still they refuse to compensate. Disgusting. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Location was great, super easy walk to Disney. Staff was super helpful and friendly! They gave us great advice and made us feel heard! The rooms were super nice and modern and it felt really clean, no stains or weird smells.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel. Ausschlaggebend war die sehr gute Lage zu Disneyland. Total einfach innerhalb von nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Hotel selbst haben wir nicht viel genutzt. Es ist aber alles vorhanden und war für uns zum Übernachten mehr als ausreichend. Das Restaurant vor Ort war ebenfalls gut.

I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Titanium Elite member, so I base my hotel reviews on both brand standards and my personal experiences. I stayed three nights at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort while in the area for work. My wife joined me on the trip and spent time at Disneyland, and the location worked very well for both of us. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is within easy walking distance to Disneyland, which made it very convenient for my wife, while I was able to drive to the office easily each day. On-site parking was simple and convenient. I was recognized as a Titanium Elite member and received a room on the top floor, which offered a nice view, including a partial view toward Disney California Adventure. One of the highlights of the stay was the Sheraton Club lounge. In the evening, there were some solid food options available, and in the morning, a full breakfast was offered starting at 6:00 a.m., which worked well for my schedule. The lounge added meaningful value to the stay. The hotel also has a nice pool area and several common spaces to relax, contributing to a comfortable overall experience. Overall, this was a very solid and convenient stay with good amenities and strong lounge access. While it did not have the same “wow” factor as some nearby properties, it delivered a comfortable experience with no issues. I would consider staying here again for a similar trip.

We were told we could use the hotel facilities and showers before boarding out flight. What they didn't tell us, was the showers were located outdoors.

Pool was dirty. Washing machines were extremely dirty and rubber was coated in scum and debris. I wouldn’t recommend using them at all

Tonight I had a wonderful server named Tomy. She was incredibly hospitable, warm, and attentive. It’s not every day you experience that kind of genuine old-school hospitality anymore. She represented the Sheraton — and most of all the Marriott brand — beautifully. It was the little things that stood out most: placing the lid back on our used dressing, bagging our items for us, asking if we needed extra paper napkins. The grace behind her service was truly refreshing and made such an impression on our evening. Thank you, Tomy, for reminding us what heartfelt hospitality looks like.
