how nice the hang out areas are. its very relaxing and welcoming. i also liked how clean it looked and how big the hotel was.

the food service closed early, for a nice hotel like that i did not expect the food service to be closed so early.

Staff was friendly, not so much at the Starbucks. Shuttle is an extra 6.50 per adult and picks up right in front of hotel. Super convenient! Disney characters were onsite which was an added treat. Would stay again.

Parking seemed to be quite pricey. Starbucks is run by Hilton so you can’t preorder or Use your app. Got bambuzzled by a Hilton employee trying to sell us a Hilton vacation and he wouldn’t take no for an answer which was a complete turn off. We may have said yes if he wasn’t so pushy!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great, although a little pricey--but worth it. I liked that you could have the food delivered to your door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to CVS, which is always helpful if you forget some toiletries or just want to stock up on snacks.

Things are a little expensive, like the restaurant inside the hotel (but the food was great) and breakfast isn't included. Other than that, there wasn't much I didn't like.

Room was clean , staff at guest service were eager to solve my complaints, food was okay bed was comfortable.

All the Ice Machines on y floor were broken for 3 days staff at check in counter were unwilling to resolve issues quickly. Example I asked them for Ice and was told they had to confirm with management I could get some 3 hours later it was delivered to my room. My key card stopped working on the second day and had to get a new one. Cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and came into the room to clean. TV remote was ify sometimes it would work sometimes it didnt even after it was changed.

Staff disconnect, different members told me different things about parking policy / need to keep card. Very corporate atmosphere. Probably will not stay here again for family visits to disneyland, it has no ambience/soul for the experience of visiting the parks. Better for business travelers/conventions (only)

Shuttle to Disneyland was great and saved money on parking. Room was clean and safe for our four year old. Our four year old loved the splash pad. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel area was quiet while the lobby was a fun level of lively. Overall the best value hotel for going to Disneyland.

Fantastic stay at the Anaheim Hilton! The front desk staff was super nice and speedy, the room was clean and easy to get to, and Justin with HGV was super helpful. He got me and my friend both extra points in the rewards program, gave us hot tips for wear to eat, and was overall super friendly and easy to talk to. Fantastic staff all around!!! Couldn’t be happier!

A LOT of food options, beautiful room, conveniently located in the convention center, so it's a great option if you're going to a con there. Justin from HGV spoke to us about the Hilton Honors program and made sure we knew how we could get points and what we could spend them on, as well as the benefits. I actually had a bunch but didn't realize there were other exclusive things you get, too. He was very sweet and recommended food in the area.

Steve was very helpful in discussing the options for family packages in traveling, very nice as well !

I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Anaheim so far. I’m here joining my boyfriend while he’s in town for work, and from the moment I arrived, the service has been excellent. Check-in was quick and easy with no wait, the room was clean and comfortable, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. While I was sitting in the lounge enjoying a coffee, I was approached by one of the Hilton promotional representatives, Pankaj. He was incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to, never pushy. He shared an offer for a 5-day/4-night stay at the Maui Kaanapali resort, and it ended up being a great value for a property that can normally be very expensive. The package also included Hilton Honors points and a $100 certificate, which was a nice bonus. As a Hilton Gold member, I already stay with Hilton regularly, but experiences like this are exactly why I continue to do so. The staff here really seem to care about making guests comfortable, and the service throughout my stay has been excellent. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Anaheim and would absolutely stay here again.

I had an outstanding experience at the Hilton Anaheim Convention Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect for visiting Anaheim and the surrounding attractions. My room was comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to relax after a long day. The convention center facilities were also excellent, well organized, professional, and convenient. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and genuine, and they went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend the Hilton Anaheim Convention Center to anyone visiting the area, whether you’re traveling for business, attending a conference, or simply enjoying a vacation.

I I spoke with Steve at the Anaheim Hilton. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that things were going smoothly with me with my accounts. If I was his manager, I would say that he deserves a raise and a promotion.

Every staff member I encountered was very helpful and accommodating. Even though I didn’t appreciate the salespeople in the lobby trying to sign me up for Hilton honors and to give me “free points”. I know these guys are just doing their job, so no issue there. I would hope that their hire ups would see this and understand that by the fourth time a guest is approached in this way, it has soured their opinion of the venue.

The location was so close to our event.

Hotel room nightstand and floor hand leftover chips crumbs from previous stay. Room didn’t feel clean. A mosquito and fly Showed up out of nowhere and we didn’t have any food in our room. Beds were just okay. Bed comforter had a tear, and overall felt like a lot of minor details could have been better.

I was not advised that I was gonna be charged for a vehicle until I showed up which happened to be $50 a night and then when I checked out, they forgot to tell me that there was an additional charge for tax on top of the $50 a night

Beautiful hotel. 15 minute walk to the disney parks. Really comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Only issue is there was an awful smell of sewage in the room especially when the aircon was on. I mentioned it to reception who offered to move us, but we were checking out the next morning and we were too tired to pack up and move. A maintanence man was sent up and he just sprayed the room and csrpets with some kind of air freshner. Apart from the hotel was nice

I did not like the fact that we had to pay for self parking. I’ve stayed at other places and I’ve never had to pay for parking even when parking at the property’s garage. So that was definitely a reason not to stay there again because that was an additional $170 that I had not planned on spending.

We chose the Hilton as we wanted to be close to Disney (walkable) and to stay in one of our usual hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt). The Hilton is sat about a 15 minute walk to the parks and in a cluster of these hotels around the convention centre. As such the location is perfect and benefits from having both a CVS and Wallgreens on its doorstep for all the essentials. The Hilton has been renovated post COVID with the rooms and common areas all looking fresh and modern. So the boxes of location and quality of the hotels environment are both ticked and can’t be faulted. The boxes not ticked quite so well are the atmosphere and the service. The downside of the convention centre location is that when a large convention is taking place this hotel is dominated by convention attendees rather than vacation guests. This then changes considerably when the convention isn’t on. Our stay experienced this split 50/50 and felt like we stayed at two entirely different hotels. When the convention was on the hotel lobby, bar, pool area etc was super loud and packed with the lanyard contingent in large groups. Whilst they were definitely not doing anything wrong, it certainly felt a little weird being amongst them in your favourite Disney Merch as well as feeling like we were a bit in the way of what they had going on. Not a relaxed vacation vibe at all. When they all left and the weekend Disney guests came, the atmosphere was totally different. Much more relaxed, quieter, family friendly. My advice would be to check what conventions are on here and probably give it a miss as a vacation hotel if your dates clash with something majorly corporate happening. Otherwise just know what to expect and if you don’t plan to be in the hotel much anyway then it might be all good Service wise, we weren’t too impressed. We got back from the park one day and were surprised to see the room wasn’t serviced. I went to ask at the guest counter and they said they would report it and have someone call up. When they called they said they had been “super busy today” and had run out of time! Upon me asking if they could do it now they told me they couldn’t because everyone had gone home for the day. Not what you expect from Hilton to either skip the room or not care when asked to rectify it. In the end they gave me some fresh towels to see us through to the next day and $50 credit on the room. Poor planning and issue management by Hilton. My other outstanding service issue is that I’m still waiting on my nightly deposit charge to be returned. Been fobbed off a couple of times by the chatbot on the app so going to call the desk directly on that one. Overall, just not problems you should have with this brand at this price point!

The service was really bad. We asked for toothbrushes many times. But nobody cared.

I loved the location of the hotel and the convenience of having a Starbucks inside. The food at the restaurants was delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Mrs. Martha, who works in the Hansen Market. She was incredibly kind and helpful. I wasn’t feeling well at one point, and she offered thoughtful suggestions on items to try from the shop. By the next morning, I was feeling about 85–90% better. She also gave me great recommendations on places to visit. She is simply an outstanding person—someone you should absolutely meet if you visit this hotel. Believe me, you’ll be grateful you did.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was great. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. One of the comforters on the bed had a noticeable stain that appeared to be a blood stain, which was concerning, but they quickly changed it. In addition, there was no continental breakfast offered. My local Hilton—significantly smaller than this one—provides breakfast, so I was disappointed that a larger Hilton did not offer the same amenity.

We were on the 12th floor and it was very warm during the day. The air conditioning could not keep up with the windows, temps, and I’m assuming the level our room was on.

I came to ask for an early check-in, but first we have to find me…and I think parking fee is ridiculous for $49 as guest at the resort. As well as early checked in of $40…paid $183 plus $89…

The room was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable.

The TV channels did not work. I called the front desk and told them it wasn't working and they never offered to fix it. When I was checking out I noticed the TV was disconnected from the cable.. I didn't trouble shoot it but I let the front desk staff know.

I liked the location but compared to the Anaheim Marriot across the way, this was a downgrade.

When I first checked in, the guy at the front desk said, “We have you booked for a King bed,” and I said yes. Then he said, “We only have two queen beds available right now.” This was around 9 p.m., well past their 4 p.m. check-in time, so I assumed the room I booked would be available. I responded, “But I booked a King bed with a pool view, so why would the room I booked not be available?” He then called someone, who I assume was the manager, and suddenly a King room with a pool view was available. This already put me off from the beginning. It felt like they were trying to deceive me and hoping I would simply accept the two queen beds, even though I had booked and paid for a different room. The overall layout of the hotel was also off-putting. When you enter, you have to walk all the way to the left for check-in because the first thing you see is the bar right in the middle. You have to walk past it every time you want to get to the elevators. The elevators were also always busy and felt inefficient compared to other hotels. The pool was decent, but it was always very crowded, so we didn't really use it. The smell of the hotel was also very strong, almost like a grape or lemon-scented cleaning product, especially when you first entered. We stayed at the Anaheim Marriott a few days before and only stayed here because we had already booked this hotel in advance. If I had to choose between the two, I would definitely choose the Anaheim Marriott. The Marriott Bonvoy app was also much better for communicating with the hotel. The service and staff here were incomparable to Marriott. The Marriott staff were always kind, prompt, helpful, and accommodating. When I tried messaging Hilton Honors with a question, the response was rude and didn't even answer what I had asked.

I was on the 14th floor so it was nice. I really appreciate the full service nature of this property. Daily housekeeping makes me happy. Zeb offered up points and HGVC club deals that were good. The location ar about a mile from Disneyland is sweet.

Interactions with staff have been wonderful! Zeb was extremely helpful. Everything is clean and classy. Location is handy for our conference!

Came here to attend the ASME PVP conference (American Society of Mechanical Engineers; Pressure Vessel and Piping conference). Hotel location is right next to the Convention center and the arena, and across the street from Disney. Pankaj of Hilton Vacation was a great salesman; no pressure and very informative.

The staff were fairly nice and competent. The food from Poppy’s was pretty good as well. It was nice to have the Starbucks and other amenities there like the food court. If I was staying longer it probably would have made up for anything else.

The noise pollution for my room was pretty bad. I was placed in a room that was parallel to a hallway leading to the elevators on the 9th floor. I could hear conversations in that area, the ice, etc. much more clearly than one would hope. I know it’s a vacation and resort location so I’m not saying I expected business-travel quietness. I’d also say the bathroom was a bit smaller than other hotels, but that may just be exasperated by how close that door gets to touching the toilet.

Always an amazing, clean, close by and safe place to stay for conventions or Disneyland. Staff and rooms are great. Ling Ling was really helpful.
