The Westin Anaheim Resort

The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, and very convenient for Disneyland. I also appreciated that after bringing our concerns to the staff, they did eventually move us to another room and were kind about wanting us to feel comfortable.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our original room was concerning. We found multiple stains and blood stain trails on the bedding/mattress covers areas of both beds, which made me uncomfortable enough that I contacted the hotel and asked for the room to be inspected they did change it however.. they did not change the part that was stained, which was the mattress cover. We were eventually moved to another room, which I appreciated, but it added a lot of unnecessary stress at the beginning of a family trip we had really been looking forward to. For a hotel at this price point and reputation, I expected the room and bedding to feel thoroughly clean and inspected before check-in. I’m sharing this because I would want another guest to know what our experience was. The management did comp us for breakfast the next morning.

We had a room that overlooked a logistics yard. Trucks arriving early in the morning and late in the evening. Wish we had paid for a resort view! Very busy around the pool and we couldn’t get beds.

It is a very comfortable place to stay if you visit the parks. It is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The personnel was very nice and considerate with us. The place is very close to many other places. We loved it! I really recommend this amazing hotel!

I stayed here for a much needed getaway with my family. The property is beautiful, clean, and the staff at check in was incredibly welcoming. Specific Nilanka he was so professional and kind to my husband, daughter and I. He gave us great information on the property, along with recommendations for things for us to do, and places to eat. He went out of his way to remind our names which made us feel extremely welcome. The location is unbeatable. I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at a beautiful hotel with exceptionally nice staff service.

We had a great girls trip to the Anaheim Westin. The hotel staff is always so nice, and this time was no different. I want to thank Jamie and Dwayne in the club level lounge for being so friendly and hospitable during our stay also. Jamie went out of her way to find out what one of the desserts was because we were curious. I always look forward to my visits here and introducing friends and family to the Westin. Thank you!

Phenomenal service, exceptional experience with flexible available and easy to work with multiple changes in logistics of our trip. Had quite a lot of attention to small and we’re readily available when extending the night or potentially second night as well as making changes with valet. Great clean atmosphere and amazing workout area.

As usual very nice, clean and great fragrance. Spacious, the gym was awesome! Liked the water station with really cold water and saved plastics!

Loved this hotel. Stayed her to visit Disneyland for a few days. The staff is extremely patient and polite. I got to check in and out with the supervisors for the hotel and they were amazing. I forgot the name of the first supervisor, but he was a Hispanic man with glasses. Very nice, knowledgeable and was patient answering all our questions. When checking out, Nilanka assisted me and made the check out process easy plus he helped with a small issue we had with the online check in process. We will definitely stay here moving forward for all our Disney trips. The staff is great, clean/modern rooms, clean pool area with great waiters/services. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff , the rooms were excellent with their famous beds -so comfortable! From the moment that we checked in , the Valet, the bell staff, front desk, everybody was so so nice to us. The hotel is right next to Disneyland so we actually could walk to and from. They also have a wonderful new limo service that will take you and pick up in a beautiful Lincoln navigator. A special shout out to Nilanka De Silva- the front office supervisor. He was so courteous and kind to me , so polite on the day we were leaving. These are the kind of people that I love interacting with at all the hotels that I stay at. If you get a chance to go to this hotel, ask for Nilanka, and he will take very good care of you.!!

We had an incredible stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort, and a huge reason for that was the phenomenal service we received from Nilanka, one of the supervisors. From the start, Nilanka went above and beyond to make our trip special. He was super awesome and arranged a fantastic room upgrade for us to a Park View room, as well as securing us a late check-out so we could relax without feeling rushed. We can see the fireworks show every nights from our room. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in a prime location, but it’s the outstanding hospitality from staff like Nilanka that truly sets it apart. We can't wait to return on our next visit to Anaheim!

What an excellent hotel, fantastic location , for us , as we wanted to spend a couple of days at Disney and it is walking distance 👍🏻. The customer service was second to none, the facilities, again second to none, we will definitely be looking to re-book on our next adventure to LA. My family of four enjoyed our stay at the Westin Anaheim Resort recently. Hotel felt like an oasis - especially after a full day at Disneyland. The pool looked small in photo, but it was a good size with large hot tub as well. The front office team checked in on us daily to ensure we had what we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Specifically the front disk team they r very unprofessional as well spend almost one hour just to settle down the rate. The room very noisy beside the shelter no chance with front disk to change. The worst experience upon check out spent around one & half hour just to close my bill till this moment I did not get back the difference in settlement. Horrible front desk team

This is my 3rd stay at this resort, It's a hotel that has it all and perfect location for Disneyland. Stayed with my 3 kids and got access to club level, food and service are top notch there, basically a full breakfast with champagne a night to watch fireworks. William was incredible in service and his stories, what a blast. Room furnishings were incredible and they haven't forgotten ant details

Beautiful property! The rooms were spotless, and the service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. William in the Westin Lounge deserves a special shout out. He greeted us by name and helped us feel right at home. This is a perfect hotel for a Disneyland vacation!

We've stayed here multiple times and enjoyed the hotel, amenities and service. However, most recently this hotel has decided to revenue above guest comfort. The new smart thermostats are a complete disaster. Everytime you leave the room the A/C stops working, so when you return your room is much hotter than when you left. If you're heading to dinner and hoping to cool the room off before you get in bed, you can't do that here. Additionally, when you open the patio door the A/C turns off. Seems like a nice future. However, the system locks you out of the thermostat for 15 minutes after you've closed the door. Until, they fix this horrible system we'll be staying elsewhere. If you're hoping to stay in a comfortable cool room, I'd strongly advise you find somewhere else!

Coming back to stay at The Westin was an easy decision to make. William who runs the front desk at The Club is such a professional. He makes everyone feel welcomed and remembers names and small details. Every morning I look forward to his warm welcome and his smile.

I just want to share my experience. I came to the hotel early for checkin. The timing of my flight to OC resulted in an early arrival. Upon my arrival, I was met by Cyrus at the front desk. He was extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant. Much to my surprise, he was able to find an available room. The hotel is great, the people have been amazing, and the food at the location was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, close to all the amenities we needed. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with everything thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable. A standout feature for families is the laundry room and Ice/Filtered water room located on each level — such a fantastic addition when travelling with children. They even provide laundry detergent, which was a wonderful and unexpected touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team were fantastic. They serviced our room daily, ensuring everything was tidy and providing fresh towels each day. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service to Disneyland, we chose to walk, and the entrance was only around a 10-minute walk away. The pool area was excellent, and the staff at the pool bar were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. The food options were impressive, with excellent quality and plenty of choice. We would highly recommend this hotel over the Disneyland on-site accommodation options. It feels a little more refined and offers a more elevated experience if that’s what you’re looking for, while still being incredibly convenient. The dining options were another highlight. Puesto Anaheim was fantastic, with their half-price Taco Tuesday being a must-try — the tacos and cocktails were delicious. For a special occasion or fine dining experience, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar delivered incredible meals. It is a very expensive dining option, but the quality of the food was excellent. Our server experience wasn’t quite at the same level as the rest of the evening, but when you’re on holidays, you simply enjoy the experience and make the most of it. Overall, a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone wanting a comfortable and more premium Disneyland-area experience.

The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the service experience during check-in and at the breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted us at check-in was not particularly welcoming or friendly, which was not the first impression we had hoped for. We also found that many of the staff working in the breakfast restaurant appeared disengaged and lacked warmth, which made the dining experience feel less inviting. Given how exceptional the hotel itself was, this was the one area that fell short of expectations. Also check your bill at the end of checkout, ours was incorrect, and charged us for breakfast that should have been included in our stay. This was rectified upon me questioning it.

Outstanding Hospitality That Keeps Me Coming Back I’ve stayed at The Westin Anaheim several times, and every visit reminds me why it’s one of my favorite hotels. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and in an unbeatable location for visiting Disneyland, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. I have to give special recognition to William in the Westin Club Lounge. He has somehow mastered the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine friendliness. Every time I visit the Club Lounge, he makes me feel like a valued guest rather than just another room number. His warm personality, attention to detail, and sincere interest in making every guest feel welcome create an atmosphere that’s difficult to find anywhere else. He consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s honestly one of the highlights of every stay. I also want to recognize Andrew from the Concierge team. Any time I’ve needed assistance, whether before arriving or during my stay, Andrew has responded quickly and resolved everything with remarkable efficiency. It’s incredibly reassuring knowing there’s someone who genuinely cares about ensuring guests have the best experience possible. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help make planning and enjoying each visit completely stress-free. The combination of an exceptional property and employees like William and Andrew is what makes The Westin Anaheim stand out from so many other hotels. Their dedication to outstanding guest service is evident in every interaction, and they deserve to be recognized for the positive impact they have on guests. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. If you’re considering staying near Disneyland, this should absolutely be at the top of your list. From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of promptly and courteously. All the Room accommodations were great. Jessie-Lynn and Soomin were fantastic at check in. Michelle in Concierge was awesome with our Cabana assistance.. The rooms were fantastic and the staff are exemplary especially the food and beverage Director. We seen them everywhere checking on guest and making sure everything was flowing smoothly on a very busy Holiday weekend. They handled everything very nicely with poise and eloquence as I watched from a far. I even mentioned it to them at the Rise Rooftop where we watched the firework's and enjoyed exceptional bites. The Westin Anaheim offers a wonderful, comfortable accommodation that is walkable to Downtown Disney and both parks. The Westin is head and shoulders above other, older hotel options in the area. If you are looking for a non-Disney property and/or a Bonvoy portfolio property in this area, I highly recommend the Westin. Rooms are clean, with spacious bathrooms. The service is friendly and professional throughout the hotel - valets, front desk, and in restaurants. As a Bonvoy Ambassador elite, I found the executive lounge to be one of the best in a U.S. Bonvoy property - with a wide variety of hot and cold foods, great staff, and amazing views from the large patio. It was great to return to the Westin, and I look forward to my next visit.

If you are looking for a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the place. Close to Disneyland and other attractions. Easy to drive to Newport Beach and other coastal locations. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, updated, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom / shower, black out curtains and fairly quiet. However, in order to switch the thermostat from heating to air-conditioning, you must call to housekeeping to have it changed and back again. No water bottles in room, no amenities like toothbrushes or combs. This is all due to the hotel being eco-friendly. The breakfast on first floor is good but not as extensive as other 4 or 5 star Marriott locations. The breakfast in the Concierge Lounge is very good. The pool is nice with plenty of seating options as well. The restaurants on property including the rooftop lounge are excellent. Valet service for your car is great. However, one of the best features of this property is the staff. Well trained and very friendly and helpful. As a Titanium member, they upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. Yes, we would stay again.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now and we’ve had memorable experiences both times. William in the lounge is amazing and really excels at making us feel welcomed. He goes above and beyond and has a knack for connecting and having an enjoyable persona to be around. The hotel has suites that are great for having some space when traveling with the whole family. The lounge is amazing and is a nice break from the chaos that is Disney. We enjoyed breakfasts with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and a variety of pastries. There was also fresh fruit. We with the afternoon had more options, but found the food was enough for most of us to refuel before going back in the park. We’ve stayed at probably 5 different hotels over the years in this area and the Westin is our favorite.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It would have been the perfect stay if the walls were better insulated. Unfortunately the street noise and people in neighboring rooms did wake us up quite a bit. I had family on the pool side as well and they had the same issue. If you’re a hard sleeper you’ll be fine but if not best to bring ear plugs. Apart from that, a shuttle to the parks would do wonders because it’s a 20 minute walk at a good pace to get back. They do have a car service but it doesn’t operate all day. Otherwise, hotel was very clean and what you would expect from a Westin.

I was in a stressful situation, I was expecting an important package that I needed for an upcoming presentation, only to be told by UPS that it had been returned to sender. I was at a loss and wasn't sure what to do. Jessi-Lynn stepped in immediately and went above and beyond to help me locate the package. Her determination, resourcefulness, and genuine commitment to helping me resolve the situation were remarkable. We have stayed here for the past six years in a row while attending VidCon. The hotel is in a perfectly convenient location with a very short walk to many restaurants, business conventions, and other hotels, as well as Disney. Everything is clean and the amenities are ample. The rooms are laid out nicely, and although the balconies are small, many of them have great views. The atmosphere of the resort Is exciting, yet also relaxing and not overly loud. The rooftop restaurant can't be beat. The pool is immaculate and the poolside service and bar are great as well. The staff at the hotel have been consistently professional, polite, and helpful. If you have status with Marriott and get access to the lounge on the 8th Floor, William takes your experience to a new level. Every year we return I am thrilled to learn that William is still there. He is a pleasure to speak with and he runs the lounge with precision and consistency that leaves us with no interest in going anywhere else for breakfast or evening snacks. We had an excellent one-night stay while visiting Disneyland. We originally booked a single room with a balcony facing Disney California Adventure, but after arriving, we realized our family would be much more comfortable with two rooms. Despite it being late at night, Jen made the entire process incredibly easy. When we called to inquire about availability, she quickly found us a second room right next door and had everything arranged in less than 15 minutes. Her efficiency and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the beds and bedding were especially cozy after a long day in the parks. We arrived very late in the evening, and the front desk team was friendly, welcoming, and had us checked in quickly so we could get settled without any hassle. During our stay, we had a minor issue with a shower handle. Aaron from Maintenance responded promptly and fixed the problem right away. He also went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to order late-night room service and even helped my son find his way to the front desk. His kindness and willingness to assist with anything we needed really stood out. Jen continued to impress us when we called for room service. She provided thoughtful menu recommendations and even warned us that one of the dishes might be too spicy for someone who doesn't enjoy spicy food. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great experience. The next morning, we met Emanuel, the Maintenance Manager, who noticed we were struggling with our luggage and immediately offered to help. He was incredibly friendly, thanked us for staying at the hotel, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. What impressed us most was that every employee we interacted with delivered exceptional customer service. Each person took ownership of helping us and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The rooms were wonderful, but it was the people who made our stay memorable. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next Disneyland trip.

Wonderful stay with excellent service. Didn't have a single complaint. It was close enough to Disneyland that we could just walk straight there with our kids in a stroller. Super seamless from valet to food to texting back and forth on any minor issues. Ten out of ten stay.

Hotel is just minutes away from Disneyland, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort last December (Room 8035) and had a wonderful experience. While there were a few minor hiccups upon arrival, the team went above and beyond to resolve them and ensure my stay was comfortable. The service provided by the staff was truly the highlight of my trip; they were professional, attentive, and made me feel very well taken care of throughout my visit. I particularly enjoyed the lounge, where the food was wonderful—the evening snacks were both plentiful and delicious. I was so pleased with how the team handled everything that I have already booked a return stay for this upcoming November. If you are looking for a reliable, service-oriented property in Anaheim, I would certainly recommend this location.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect: a short 7 minute walk to the Convention Center. The staff was courteous, efficient and went over the top to be helpful, such as riding up in the elevator with me to make sure a key I was given worked both the elevator and the room door. The room was expansive, well laid out, with a super-comfy bed and a large wide-screen TV. The bathroom was large with fine toiletries and a huge walk-in shower. The lighting was well thought out, with switches in ideal places and an all-on/off switches by the entrance door and bedside. Being a coffee hound, extra coffee pods were brought to my room within minutes of requesting them. Room service was prompt, courteous and dinner was delicious, which included a perfectly made old-fashioned cocktail. The rooftop bar and restaurant afforded great views and food, and the bar on the main floor was fun with perfect cocktails and fun bartenders. Bar food was excellent.

We were upgraded to park view studio! It was amazing! We eneded up spending most of our night with our Juliette balcony open viewing the park. We love this resort and it is our absolute favorite when visiting Disneyland.

Best hotel with so many perk that I could not even list it all. Kudos to Julia Hoang who have been so attentive to us during our stay, the amenities in this place is superb and they also have EV charger for Tesla in their parking garage too

I’ve been at this hotel about 5 times in the past 4 years. It’s a nice hotel. I frequently use this hotel as I use the AMEX fine hotels benefit. Sometimes when I check in they give water at checkin. Sometimes they don’t. I did receive a small gift package which was nice. Part of the Amex benefit. You do pay a higher rate for early checkin when available, late check out and upgrade when available. During the off season, there is no pool side service and the pool side bar is closed. During peak season it is open. My recent stay I was overcharged $100 by the server who wanted extra tip. I did call the hotel and it was refunded. There was not much apologies or other compensation. Im not the type to ask for that. But I am the type to notice. The buffet is fair. It’s nothing special. The service is quite average. Had to ask for refills of coffee. They served my 2 children last. They ran out of orange juice. The time I stayed before I was given an “upgrade”. Well we originally had a king and a pull out couch I believe (we have 2 adults and 2 children). The bed had no pull out couch. I had to back down and ask for a change. Again I don’t ask for anything and I keep an eye on if errors are made up for. They are not. They seem to not know that I’ve been here quite a few times. I’m a repeat customer but I’m certainly not recognized as one. Pool side service - only peak season and my server tried to steal $100. Room upgrade - given the wrong bed types. Buffet - mid advice and mid food. With the Amex benefit your probably pay 50-150$ for the additional perks that are nice. Generally it is worth it. But if I wasn’t getting the perks, I’d say this is not worth it.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Westin and the entire concierge team for making my wife’s 50th birthday so special. Their thoughtful attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. They beautifully decorated our room and surprised us with a delicious special treat, which made the celebration even more memorable. We always have a pleasant stay when we stay here. Workout facility is one of the best we’ve seen for a hotel. Can’t beat the proximity to all things Disney. Easy shopping and freeway access. Even in the rare instance when we did have an issue, Mr. Brian Oh was very helpful and got it resolved without issue. If you can, book a room facing the park and enjoy the fireworks from the comfort of your room each evening :)

Self Parking was unnecessarily overpriced. $50 per day is an overkill

We absolutely love staying at the Westin Anaheim it’s our third visit and it never disappoints! The hotel is incredibly convenient to the Disneyland parks, which makes everything so easy and enjoyable for our trips. The property is always spotless, and you can really tell how much attention is put into cleanliness and upkeep. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and we especially want to recognize Brian Oh, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure all our needs were taken care of. Every stay has been comfortable, relaxing, and seamless. We’ll definitely continue choosing the Westin Anaheim for future Disneyland visits!

This rating relates to the hidden fees of this hotel. I feel like everyone should be aware of this, especially with watching your budget. Why hotels charge for parking and just staying there feels like such a bummer in this economy. You are already paying so much for the room and to be a guest. The hotel itself is really nice. What you would expect at this review and star level, and comfortable. **Parking: $50 a night (it is cheaper, if you are going to disney, to part at Disney which is $40). Valet is $68 **"Destination Fee" (no idea what this is except an additional charge that for some reason is just extra - I can't wait to see how management plays this one off) $46.80 **Cooked to Order Breakfast (so , they have a buffet but note this additional charge) $12-25

Amazing stay and unforgettable proposal setup We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort, and I especially want to thank Michelle and the concierge team for helping make our engagement so special. I arranged a surprise proposal setup in the room, and the team was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. They helped coordinate the timing, kept everything confidential, and made sure the room was ready for the surprise. The setup turned out beautiful, and my fiancée and I absolutely loved it. This was such an important moment for us, and the care Michelle and the team put into it truly meant a lot. We really appreciate their help and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone celebrating a special occasion.

We just left and I am already excited to come back. This property offers a vast variety of dining options and activities to do with kids. We stopped by the valet desk with our rental and the valet staff were wonderful helping us unload our bags. We then had a flawless check in with Shali at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. She even offered a scavenger hunt for my kids, which they absolutely loved. They could not wait to do it. To their surprise, they receive a little treat for completing the activity. After the long flight, I was just looking forward to eating a good meal and just relaxing at the pool. I did my research and saw they had a beautiful pool and hot tub. It was a dream after a long day towards the end of our stay. Can I just thank all the staff at the Tangerine room? Patty was amazing at breakfast, she was so warm and genuine. What completed and made our day was the amazing view from our room. We book a Disney view room. We watched the fireworks that last night and the look on my kids faces were priceless. This whole trip was a surprise. Equally so, my family and I enjoyed every second of it. We made so many amazing memories this trip and we hope to be back soon!

Sue at the front desk helped me extend my stay without a problem. Room service was super fast and immaculate. Ulysses at the pool bar kept me hydrated with a few beers and was so nice. We loved our stay! The movie by the pool with free popcorn was an added treat. We ate at the hotel restaurant both mornings and Due was an absolute dream of an employee! We was the kindest waitress, striking up conversation and always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise! We will be back

Our stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort was absolutely phenomenal. We averaged nearly 30,000 steps each day, and this hotel served as the ultimate luxurious sanctuary to head back to during and after our incredibly busy park days. The rooms were pristine, beautifully clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed to fully unwind. Every single staff member we encountered was remarkably attentive, warm, and friendly, which truly elevated the entire experience. The amenities here are top-tier and geared beautifully toward recovery. The quick dips in the sparkling pool and hot tub were incredibly refreshing after long afternoons in the sun. A massive shoutout goes to the fitness center as well—being able to use their high-end massage guns to ease our weary feet and legs after those high-step days was an unexpected lifesaver! To top it all off, watching the Disneyland fireworks from RISE Rooftop Lounge was a stunning, peaceful experience away from the park crowds. If you want an upscale, relaxing escape that still keeps you right next to the magic, I cannot recommend this resort enough. We will absolutely be back!

Unusually cold inside hotel. Probably the coldest I’ve encountered at any hotel in recent memory. Not sure if the unseasonably cool temps had something to do with it, but honestly, my last stay was very cool inside too now that I think about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, from the very beginning! The staff was very attentive, the room was comfortable, and it was very close to the Disney parks.

They could be a little quicker in removing the trays that guests leave outside their rooms. It gives a bad impression.

The hotel is excellent all the way around. From its vicinity to Disneyland, which we were not here for, to sporting events close by. The staff at the front as well as reception were amazing. Specifically, Tiara, was perhaps one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever run into in any hotel in over 83 countries. What an amazing representative and a great way to start a stay. The rooms were spacious, well appointed, clean and well kept. The design was amazing. We made a great choice in staying here.

My wife and I stayed at this Westin for our anniversary, and Shaeli at the front desk made our stay truly unforgettable! She went above and beyond to make the experience so special! She even took the time to write us a handwritten card congratulating us on our anniversary! I can’t say enough good things about Shaeli and this property! It’s our favorite place to stay when we visit Disneyland or celebrate special occasions!

I just want to share my experience I had with my friends for my trip. This was all our first time ever visiting this state since we are all from the east coast. Our trip was more memorable all thanks to Sumin who checked us in. Sumin is very knowledgeable with the area and even more with LA which was our next destination for our trip. She recommended restaurant and places to check out and we did end up going to every single one of them and we absolutely loved it. She was also very helpful from start to the end of our stay at the westin showing us all amenity around. This was my first time ever staying over at a high end hotel like this since I usually always book whatever is the cheapest out there and it was definitely worth it. I just want to say thank you.

Great stay for a business trip. The rooms were comfortable and accommodating. I was upgraded to a studio by Sheli with my status. I was here for a quick trip but still managed to enjoy the amenities on site. Overall, the pool bar and room service options were great. I saw many different dining options as well, but I did not get a chance to check it out. I am already planning a trip to come back with my family, this time, hopefully a longer trip to enjoy all of what is to be offered by this hotel.

We have stayed at Westin Anaheim a few times now, but just returned from my Birthday trip and once again, I was blown away by the Hospitality! From the moment you arrive to check-out your worries are left behind. William the Concierge, is a true gem, he takes care of you as if you were part of his family! The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Cyrus at the front desk always with a smile on his face, eager to help! Also Phil the Sales Manager goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are well taken care of! Thank you again, I cant wait to return to our home away from home!

We stayed at this hotel through a Costco travel package and were in town celebrating our anniversary. Javier checked us in and was not only incredibly helpful with suggestions for things to do and restaurants, but they generously upgraded our room to the one bedroom suite with a park view. My partner and I agreed this was not only one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, but it was also the nicest hotel room we have ever had. Javier helped make our anniversary trip special and memorable. Thank you!

My stay at this hotel was both comfortable and enjoyable, whether traveling for business or leisure. The property offered a refined and welcoming atmosphere that made for a relaxing experience overall. A sincere thank you to Shaeli at the front desk, whose professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness elevated the stay from arrival onward. The valet and housekeeping teams also delivered exceptional service, demonstrating the level of hospitality expected of a luxury property. While the experience was largely excellent, there were a few areas for improvement: mainly the shower water pressure and draining system, the door touchpad and the air conditioning issues. It took some messing around with for the cooling to turn on. Aside from that, the only other thing was that I was not able to see Disney. Despite these minor shortcomings, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would gladly return for future business or leisure travel.

It is a wonderful hotel with excellent service and Disney view. You can enjoy fireworks here.

We decided to stay here as we had a competition event nearby. Location was great as it was close but just far away to have distance from the crowds. One staff member, guiding visitors in the common area, greeted us and directed us to check in. Check in was a breeze, less than 3 minutes I'd say, even on a Friday evening. Got to our room, set the bags down and headed to the pool. Daughter thought it was so cool to be able to watch a movie (Mighty Ducks) while swimming. Pool was comfortably heated which was nice. Staff member walked by and asked us how we were doing and we needed anything. I inquired about food and was told "yes of course, no problem." They seem to know the menu from heart quite well and my daughter got the salmon bowl (salmon, brown rice, and carrots). She was able to eat it pool side while watching Mighty Ducks. I took a 'dad tax' bite and the salmon was moist and cooked very well. Headed back to the room, again staff walking around smiling and saying greeting us. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, bathroom was very elegant with the light trimmed mirror. I discovered they had a tech panel to control all the lights, acknowledge if needing privacy or even service. Went to check out in the morning and my daughter was disappointed we couldn't stay another night, but I do feel I'll surprise her with a random overnight trip here so she can relive the fun times she had. Beautiful resort; will be back.

We had an issue when checking in to the hotel, but customer service (Sergio) reached out and rectified the issue. It really shows that they go above and beyond to make their guests happy. In addition, we ate at Puesto and the hostess and our waitress were amazing and the food was delicious. The bartender at the pool bar was also super friendly and made great suggestions for drinks for both myself and husband and our kids. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others!

I Am a Disney passholder and I go to Disneyland at least one time per month. If not more or once every other month if there's a weather issue and I will always stay at the Weston hotel. I am also Marriott bonvoy member. And they treat me as such, they treat everybody wonderfully they have a beautiful pool, an incredible jacuzzi, with a secret waterfall, hand hand push the red button that says emergency to view the secret waterfall. Walking distance to disneyland which makes life so much easier and walking distance back.If you've got a baby who needs to take a nap. !! Their concierge team Dwayne and Garrett and especially William. !! The best ever.

We were here for a special celebration. We had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful with all the nice amenities. Shaeli was very personable at check in and gave us all the tricks and tips for our stay. We had spent some time with family and having that extra space was time well spent by the pool.
