Apartamento ótimo, bem equipado e grande, gostamos muito!

É um pouco mais afastado então precisa de transporte e ás vezes demora pra passar ônibus

Fantastic accommodation, brilliant service as well from everyone associated with this place. Would highly recommend and would use again.

La struttura è sempre molto bella, ampi spazi, arredata con gusto, ottima gamma di elettrodomestici (cucina, lavatrice, televisore…), letti comodi e caldi. Personale molto cordiale e reattivo a soddisfare le richieste. Resta senza dubbio la mia sistemazione preferita a Copenhagen.. La vista sul canale, le splendide e luminose vetrate, la possibilità di utilizzare il traghetto come mezzo per spostarci, crea un’atmosfera di meravigliosa pace. Consiglio sicuramente questa sistemazione.

Qualche piccolo “acciacco” che non pregiudica la valutazione super positiva, perché amo passare i miei soggiorno a Copenhagen in questi alloggi. Migliorerei: - riscaldamento discontinuo da una stanza all’altra: inizialmente avevamo un appartamento che non riuscivamo a scaldare come avremmo voluto, ma lo staff ha provveduto a cambiarci sistemazione. Il secondo appartamento molto più caldo, ma con alcune zone del pavimento fredde… - gli appartamenti sono meravigliosi, manca un po’ di manutenzione: tende mancanti o non del tutto funzionanti, qualche finestra difficile da aprire o difficile da chiudere… - servirebbero degli utensili adatti alle padelle antiaderenti.

Cleaning services should have been provided at least once a day.

Large apartment. Good view. Grocery store close by. Fitness center.

No air conditioning. Not close to downtown.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, all the appliances worked well and the staff at reception were very helpful.

Probably unusually for this sort of apartment, we were cooking our own evening meals each night. It would have been useful to have an oven tray and a spatula (to avoid scratching the saucepan) but apart from that, it was great.

Me encantó la distribución del apartamento así como su equipamiento. Todo muy cómodo y moderno.

الموقع وسهوله الدخول والخروج والقيمه مقابل الراحه

تم حجز مبلغ ٢٥٠٠ كورونه دنماركيه كأمانه لديهم . ولكن لم يتم ارجاعها لحسابي حتى الان رغم مرور شهر تقريبا على خروجي من الفندق . علما باني راجعت مكتب الاستقبال يوم ٢٠ يونيه وقال لي اصبر سترجع لحسابك ولم استلم اي شي حتى تاريخه . لذا امل من بوكينج التواصل مع ادارة الفندق لكي ترجع المبلغ لحسابي

Vi kunne godt lide størrelsen på lejligheden, og at der var adgang til fitness-rum. Det var nemt at finde regler og faciliteter og rart at det hele var ligetil. Beliggenheden var også super, dejligt tæt på alting.

Vi lejede cykler og jeg syntes det var dyrt at leje selvom det var en lavere rate, da det var "langtids-rate"

I enjoyed my stay a lot! I received an upgrade to one of the large apartments in the 10th floor. It was extremely comfortable and all furniture was very high quality and from famous designer brands The staff was super nice I felt sad to leave since I enjoyed spending time in the apartment a lot

The heater could not get fixed. The first night was a little bit sleepless with 23 degree in the bedroom. Also this one was facing the street and even though it was the 10th floor you could hear the street. The other bedroom facing the river was good. I could hear the elevator what was a little strange since the building seemed very new

Es war sauber mit großzügigem Wohn-Ess-Bereich. Die Lage ist perfekt, um mit dem Rad unkompliziert in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Fahrräder kann man in einen Verschlag einstellen, ein zusätzliches Aneinanderschließen empfiehlt sich aber unbedingt (s. andere Gästeerfahrungen)

1) Mangelhaftem Küchenausstattung (zuwenig, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Deckel zum einzigen großen Topf, kein Staubsauger u.v.m.) Für Gäste, die sich im Urlaub selbst verpflegen wollen oder müssen ist die Wohnung ungeeignet! 2) Parkabzocke: Das Parkhaus ist nicht reservierbar (hatte ich per Mail versucht), muss dennoch vorab für den gesamten Zeitraum bezahlt werden. Darüber wurde weder bei der Mailantwort noch beim Checkin informiert, die aushängenden Schilder der Garagenplätze von STAY sind ausschließlich auf Dänisch! 910DK Strafgebühr pro Tag waren die Folge, die Rezeption war null hilfsbereit, ließ uns aber wissen, dass es schon vielen Gästen so gegangen sei! 3) Eindringendes Wasser Wohnzimmerdecke: trat am 2. Tag auf, wurde sofort von uns gemeldet; war über die Zeit klar zunehmend, der Hausmeister kam 3 x unangekündigt zur Inspektion und äußerte den Verdacht, wir hätten diese mit Sekt bespritzt oder in der Etage drüber sei eine Flasche umgefallen. Am letzten Abend fiel dann in der Etage über uns eine Handwerker-Crew ein. Da wir Sorge vor einer lärmbedingt schlaflosen letzten Nacht hatten (bisherige Beschwerden an der Rezeption zeigten ja völlige Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber Beanstandungen), haben wir den Urlaub vorzeitig beendet und sind abends noch abgefahren. 4) Mit dem Raumklima hatten wir im Winter keine Probleme - Cave für Sommerreisende: Die Rezensionen anderer Gäste sprechen hier Bände, denn man kann weder gut lüften noch ausreichend abdunkeln! 5) Nach dem Duschen standen regelmäßig beide Bäder halb unter Wasser, da die Neigung im Boden unzureichend ist. 6) Die Bilder suggerieren einen Traum-Ausblick über Kopenhagen: Das trifft offensichtlich nur auf wenige Wohnungen zu! Wir wurden im flachen Anbau untergebracht, trotz geschlossener Fenster recht laut bei doppelter Straßenfront und ohne den versprochenen Traumblick! Hier wird Kundentäuschung betrieben! Fazit: Gerne noch mal Kopenhagen, aber nie wieder STAY BRUGGEN!

Costa regular la calefacció, però com feia fred era agradable està per sobre d'una temperatura "normal"

- Great living space. Lots of equipment: nice crockery and glasses; big fridge space; lots of cupboards - Close to good grocery shops and restaurants. - Lots of space in living area - Lots of hot water

- Attention to detail: flat batteries in tv remote; bottom fell through kitchen drawer so knives fell through; holes in dishwasher cutlery basket so cutlery fell through there too. Nowhere to place hand washed dishes - Car park a walk from the hotel and down steep. Needs a loading bay close to hotel - Huge living space but nowhere in any of three bedrooms to put suitcases - Large fan took up most of one wardrobe. - The complete whiteness of such a large space with no pictures etc is a bit overwhelming

Fín staðsetning, stutt í strætó sem stoppar rétt hjá gististaðnum. Æðisleg íbúð, rúmgóð, þægileg rúm frá Jensen, góð aðstaða, geggjað útsýni af 6 hæðinni. Kom á óvart hversu góð aðstaðan var í líkamsræktinni. Stutt að rölta út í Nettó eða Födex sem eru hverfisverslanir. Einnig ca 15 mín labb í Fisketorvet.

Sófinn í 150 fm íbúð mætti vera stærri. Var of lítill fyrir 6 manns og einu stólararnir sem hægt var að nota við sófann voru tréstólar úr eldhúsi. Koddarnir voru sumir óþægilegir. Vantaði skálar í eldhúsið og þurfti ég að kaupa nokkar í Ikea undir matinn. Engar leiðbeiningar fyrir þvottavélina og þurrkara sem er sama tækið.

Faltavam utensilios de cozinha e microondas ( dizia na descrição que tinha). Tem bus á porta, mas fica longe do centro. Luzes fracas.

Modern, nice view, and in a new and quiet neighborhood! Our most favorite stay throughout a 5-city tour! The location is a bit outside the center, but the aparthotel is a 4-minute walk to a bus stop that can take you to the center. The check-in was simple. The staff were super polite. The apartment gives you a beautiful view of the city! They have all necessary amenities, and being close to Netto is a plus if you want to get groceries and cook at the apartment. You only need to drop your key cards in a box to check out, and they’ll take care of the rest, which was perfect because we had to check out at 6 AM.

I wished they had enforced the house rules better, though. There was a party late at night in the apartment above us, and it took 1-2 hours after we called management for the noise to stop (around 12-1 AM), even though they told us they would take care of it in 15 minutes.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y silencioso. Ideal para viajar en familia, zona tranquila con supermercados a 5 minutos andando. Si volviera a Copenhague volvería a alojarme en estos apartamentos, están ubicados a media hora andando del centro, cuestión que personalmente no es un problema, nos encanta caminar para conocer bien la ciudad, el paseo hasta el centro es muy agradable, no obstante un uber hasta el centro son 25/35€, está cerca tb del aeropuerto, a 15 minutos en taxi.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v tichej časti Kodane, blízkosť stanice "vodného" taxíka, stanovišťa bicyklov a potravín. Taká menšia občianska vybavenosť po ruke.

Preis Leistung nicht ganz faire

Apartamento é excelente. A localização é optima. Uma boa relação preço/qualidade. Recomendamos vivamente. Um dia a voltar, gostaríamos de ficar aqui de novo. Muito bem organizado, desde a recepção, para o check in, como o check out.

Não temos nada de nada a apontar. Foi tudo excelente.

Apartamentos nuevos, con todo lo indispensable para tu estancia en Copenhague. Zona tranquila, sin nada de ruidos, un supermercado a 2 minutos andando, parada de bus cercana que te lleva al centro ( bus 68). Todo estupendo

I forhold til prisen, er der et par småskavanker ved lejlighederne, der burde fikses (låger der ikke kan lukkes helt, bruser der var utæt).

Το Stay bryggen βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με λεωφορείο μετρό και καράβι. Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες άνετα καθαρά και με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή.

Δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό.

Was quite a trek into the centre but there is public transport

Ne-am cazat intr-o zona foarte linistita si frumoasa. Gazdele au fost amabile ne-au ajutat sa intram in posesia cardului mult dupa ora de check-in. Apartamentul e mare, frumos ,calduros si foarte curat iar bucataria era foarte bine utilata. Desi e situat destul de departe de mijloacele de transport in comun, drumul pana la acestea e placut si nu ne-a deranjat prea mult.

Ar fi fost util un esspresor de cafea . In rest totul a fost foarte bine.

The apartment was in a nice residential area which meant it was quiet and away from the busy city centre. The facilities were great and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also got an upgrade to a 3 bed apartment which was lovely and we had amazing views. We used the gym and explored the rooftop terrace but it was slightly too chilly to stay up there too long.

There were just a few fixtures which needed repairing but it didn’t impact our stay at all.
