Super excllent location, was very homie and the staff was super nice, they even allowed us to do late checkout free of charge. Very close to the metro and the train station to the airport and very good neighborhood. It exceeded our expectations and we will defenatly plan to be back.

The Sofa bed in the living room is not so comfy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The Metro Station is just next to the building. The train station is about 200 meters. I would like to stay there again if I will visit Copenhagen next time.

The bed setting has no side way to reach, you have to slide your body up to the pillow. But it is limited by the room setting. In Europe, this apartment is considered to be spacious.

Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Apartment war sauber.

A 5’ dalla stazione centrale e dai Giardini Tivoli. 10’ a piedi dal centro e da Netto per fare spesa. Ottima soluzione per il nostro bimbo di 3 anni.

Nice location. Close to train station and a nice walk to town. Very close to Tivoli Gardens too. The whole complex is Very clean. The staff are very pleasant. The apartment is nice and the Kitchen is very well equipped.

The bedroom is way too small. There is no room on either side of bed. Still, it’s fine for a few nights.

The room is small ( 1 bedroom with double bed sofa)and the double bed sofa is not the standard bed length. The legs will be dangling at the end of the bed. The washing and dryer machine took nearly 5-6 hours to complete the cleaning. After duch a lengthy time and yet the clothes are not entirely dry.

Volendo fare un miglioramento, cambierei le lenzuola perché sono fatte con un tessuto che per qualche motivo che non so spiegare è piuttosto rumoroso quando ci si gira durante la notte.

We wanted easy access to the station and it was perfectly located for this

Close to the Central Station and city center, delightful staff, immaculately clean and modern apartment with many thoughtful amenities, excellent security.

The apartment was small and seemed expensive, but we would not hesitate to return.

Very nice aparthotel well-located in Vesterbro area of Copenhagen. We loved having a kitchen and washing machine at our disposal.

The short check-in window was a little bit annoying. If you are arriving in the evening, make sure to contact them in advance to make sure you're able to get inside.

They had a lovely patio but it closed at 5:00 pm and not very useable. After a long day it would have been nice to sit out there, but it closes down to keep noise down for neighbors.

The room was great, lots of space for 3 people. Staff extremely friendly. It was my birthday, I was surprised with cup cake, a tote bag and a nice birthday card.

Close to train station, amazing staff.

Small for a 2 bedroom flat (beds are literally against the walls on 3 sides)no windows in the living room, bathroom in need of fixing the swollen wood.

Bed was a little hard and could be a bit noisy at night, we were on the top floor but facing the street and did hear people coming home from late night out

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Además, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

These are excellent apartments very near to Copenhagen Central Station and the Metro. The facilities are first class and have everything you need for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A bit pricey but worth it.

L’emplacement à quelques pas de métro, à proximité d’un génial street food market et toutes les autres commodité.

Le système d’enregistrement self check-in nous n’a pas indiqué notre numéro de chambre. Nous avons essayé toutes les chambres au rez-de-jardin pour trouvé la bonne. Les fenêtres de notre chambre donné directement sur le jardin ouvert à tout le monde - nous avons dû fermé les stores constamment pour avoir un peu d’intimité. Le dernier soir juste avant 21h le tuyau sous l’évier a lâché et nous avons eu énormément d’eau dans l’appartement. Le numéro d’urgence à l’entrée ne fonctionnait pas!! Heureusement que le soir d’arrivée la gérante nous avait appelé et nous avons pu la rappeler si non on aurait été sans aucune aide avec de l’eau qui coulait et aucune possibilité d’avoir de l’eau car tout était lié. C’est une remarque très importante pour l’établissement car cela devrait fonctionner 24h/24h.

La posizione vicino alla stazione centrale, la camera molto bella e pulita. Il letto comodissimo. La cucina provvista di tutto. Le ragazze alla reception gentilissime (Federica e Giulia) che parlavano italiano. Consigliatissimo.

Clean, quiet and in a central location with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, including the train station. Friendly staff at reception always willing to help with extra amenities and general inquiries.

It did not feel like a boutique apartment, the 2 bedroom apartment felt more like a shoebox. It was very small for our family and for the price we paid. We did not expect mattresses on the floor without a proper bed base. In addition, for the double bed, the mattresses were right up against the wall so we could not get on and off the bed easily; we had to crawl on and off which is not what one expects for a ‘boutique’ stay. I feel the photos on the booking platform are misleading for a 2 bedroom apartment. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes despite trying different cycles everyday, and the washer/dryer combo machine took over 4 hours to do a small load of laundry.

Just outside the central station, close to sights and cafes, clean and supplied with everything you need, this apartment should be a joy to stay in. But getting to it was so unpleasant. We were instructed to email in advance which we did - never got a reply. Arrived to find that there is not access to reception unless you get access code in advance to the outside/street door. We were first reprimanded by a stern lady at the front desk for not sending our email, then for our email ending in their spam folder, then for asking if we could check in earlier, then for crowding the reception area. It was always done with a smile and a look of disdain of a grumpy school headmistress. We went sightseeing and returned at 230 for the checkout at 3 pm. Was again instructed to wait till 3 and we waited dutifully. When we approached the desk at 3, we were again told to step away as she was busy checking in another guest and we were crowding the space! We were treated more as a nuisance and not guests, never did we hear - welcome to Copenhagen, do you need any advice on what to see or do? It was our welcome after a 25-hour flight. This must have been the most unwelcoming person in Denmark. I am returning to Copenhagen in September and will definitely be staying somewhere else!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Eric Vokel. It was so easy to get to our 1 bedroom apartment from the central train station. It was about a five minute walk. Our room was spacious, and the AC worked very well. The queen bed was comfortable and our twin couch. bed was also nice. Blackout shades kept the room dark in the morning. There were coffee pods and soaps available for use. There is also an elevator, which was helpful. It is a very clean and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very hard for us to check in! The reception was closed at five, so we had to use the automated machine to get our key. When it came time to pay, it would not accept any of my credit cards, so I had to use a digital credit card from my phone wallet. We saw another family struggling to check in on a different day, so hopefully they can remedy this issue for those checking in after 5 PM. Also, there is a washer/dryer combo machine in the room. A wash takes 1 hour, and drying took over 3 hours for a load! Thankfully, there was a drying rack in the room to help out a little bit.

L accueil était chaleureux. La personne a l'accueil était à l'écoute et très agréable. Appartement et immeuble propre et très bien décoré. La situation proche de la gare est aussi un atout.

Le matelas du canapé était un peu dur. Si vous louez un appartement pour 3 personnes merci de vous assurer que le couchage supplémentaire soit plus confortable.

While location of apartments is excellent - Vestapro and near main train station and metro - our one bedroom with sofa bed was quite cramped for two people. In addition, with arrival after 5 pm, the automatic system would not take our globally accepted American credit cards (we tried 3) leaving us to spend a half hour on help desk phone trying to get into apartment. Apartment was clean. Washer was completely blocked by sofa and the refrigerator only opened a little bit. We thought there would be patio to sit outside but that was also locked up at 5 pm. The staff when present were very nice and helpful.

Location was perfect!! Having the extra space for our family with teenagers was great. Beds, to include sofa bed, was comfy. We could watch the Tivoli fireworks right from the apartment window…that was an extra bonus we didn’t expect.

Very clean, well equipped and well located apartment in a secure building with very friendly and helpful reception staff. We were able to walk to all the Copenhagen attractions we wanted to see (Nyhavn, Modern Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens etc.) and the station was close by so it was very easy to get a train to other cities, such as Roskilde and Helsingor, which we also visited, and to and from the airport. The apartment also had air conditioning, which was invaluable during the high temperatures on some days during our stay. We stayed for six nights and appreciated the mid-stay towel change and floor clean that was done.

The bed was large and quite comfortable, though the pillows were long bolster-type and not at all comfortable. The bed itself is in what is a partitioned-off area of the studio, but what was not entirely clear from the photos was that it filled the whole partitioned area, so we both had to crawl into the bed from the bottom, since there was no access from either side. This became rather tiresome. There was a little noise late at night from the street, even with the windows closed.

The room was clean and well equipped, the location was close to the center, the staff (especially at the reception) were very kind, helpful and friendly.

The apartments are in a fantastic location right next to the metro and main train stations so it was very easy to get around. There was a supermarket close by. The apartment was very clean and quiet with excellent amenities and it's always great to have a washing machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our only issue was with the after hours check in. We were provided with a code to enter the building but then had to use an automated payment system to access the key to the apartment. We tried three different US credit cards but none of them worked., including the card that the company had already run when we booked the apartment. We were on the phone for about 45 minutes trying to get this resolved which we eventually did but it was late at night and very frustrating. Mariela on the desk the following morning was extremely apologetic and very helpful.
