Great
The Graduate was such a fun travel experience! The hotel was super neat and accommodating! Great food and service! Juju, our valet assistant was AMAZING!
The room was very clean, staff was fabulous! We loved the fun decor and it was a great location.
The bed was not very comfortable.
Decoration. View. Location.
The powder coffee in room with the only other option is expensive coffee downstairs. The by order only breakfast. The room was clean but the elevators and halls were not.
Location and staff
The moldy shower, the terrible water pressure, the bugs in the bathroom sink, the suspicious white stain on the headboard.
This is our 2nd visit in two months. The hotel feels dirty. I think that is because of the decor. I would love to see what a steam cleaner would do to those rugs. We were in a regular queen as opposed to a corner this time. I like that there is a bar, restaurant in morning. But, the rooms are in need of reno. Bathroom: mirror falling off wall. All the switches and trim need to be wiped down or painted. The beds need to either be flipped every few months or replaced. I had to place a pillow behind my back so I would roll off the bed. It was clearly sloped. The a/c bugs me because you can't keep the fan running. It clicks on and off. And eiven though we set it to 62. Believe me it did not feel like it was 62. It was warm. Our floor doesn't have an ice machine. They removed it completely and now there is a nice hole in the floor. It makes me ill to see what the prices for parents weekend are for this hotel in September. I have stayed at a Ritz for less! The letters on outside of building also need bulbs replaced. All in all I think it's a cash cow for the chain and they don't see the value in keeping it kept up.
Great find came for destination wedding absolutely fun . Attentive friendly Great coffee and breakfast Matthew our valet attendant was specially sweet always smiling friendly and assisted with luggage out of initiative Amazing Saturdays a farmers market is a block away and Onyx coffee is 600 ft from hotel
location
front office staff
Wonderful, friendly, welcoming and diverse staff at the front desk; they were absolutely fantastic. Large room, cleverly decorated. Good wifi. Unique building.
The bathroom faucet is a little tricky, it splashed water on me every time if I didn't turn it on slowly and carefully. The toilet seat was loose, needs adjustment or replacement.
The location was excellent, and the lobby was very cool and welcoming. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
We were on a very long road trip and we stayed in multiple places, including a few houses and condos with multiple bedrooms and yet this was still the most expensive place. We stayed. It was very small and the carpet seemed dirty and the icemaker broke.
Such a cute vibe. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Loved our stay.
There was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to my family.
The lobby was nice.
Parking is a huge issue. What makes it even worse is that you have to pay for parking even after paying for a room. Hotels should not charge for parking. If I had known that I would have to pay for parking I would have stayed elsewhere. I will not be back to the Graduate as long as they continue to charge for parking.
Decor; staff; location
Lighting in the bathroom; Bathroom in the room was less on par with the rest of the hotel
Dusty vent in bath tub wall and dust bunny on floor. Cute. The front desk person, Stacy was super friendly and accommodating. Memorabilia was a blast to the past.
Super nice hôtel. Very good staff, particularly Stacy who helped us with many issues. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for it’s staff and its service.
Nothing
I put a 10 because of the marvelous staff that works there. Stacy ordered me an international adapter in one day. She was amazing! Wonderful service. That was absolutely great in all means to be here! The Graduate can be proud to have such a nice staff. We ll come again 👍👍👍
Nothing to say
The morning and lunch barista’s/bartenders are great. The late afternoon/night bar manager/bartender is rude. She has the attitude of a government employee with unearned power who “flexes” on people just because she can. If this lady loses her job, as she should, she might consider a career as a parole officer.
Great location, great bar, and the rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match the price point. We paid around $900 per night during graduation weekend, which I understand is a premium time, so the rate itself wasn’t my issue. The bigger problem was the condition of the hotel and the service. All three rooms in our group were disappointing — very dated, poorly maintained, and not particularly clean. In one room, the hot water didn’t work at all and we had to switch rooms. The front desk staff was also unhelpful and unfriendly throughout the stay. For the amount charged, I expected a much better overall experience. I’d recommend staying a little farther away and choosing a nicer, better-maintained hotel instead. Not stoppers in the sink nor the tub. Just horrible.
Cool vibes
Parking not exactly attached nor included
Clean, nice staff, conveniently located, nice bar inside lobby.
The parking garage was extremely difficult to get in and out of for a 3/4 ton truck. If I was driving my work truck again, I'd probably look for another hotel option for that reason alone. Otherwise it's a great hotel.
During the time of my stay, the parking lot was free
Great location and quirky NWA vibes!
Great location and super fun decor and vibe
Our sink had a massive clog and wouldn’t drain, so we couldn’t even use the sink. By the time we realized it, it was late evening. We let the staff know the next morning, but they did not compensate us for the inconvenience.
It was our first time staying at the Graduate while visiting the university of Arkansas, and everything was lovely! The hotel has a fun lobby with nice cocktails, and the hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are large and spacious, and the bed was extra comfy. The hotel does have covered parking for valet, and with the expected severe weather for our stay I was interested in covered parking. Juju and Griffin in valet were very attentive and super helpful!
We had a great stay! Juju’s service was outstanding!
Excellent!
Love all of it!
this place is fantastic! front desk has been extremely professional. and My 2 favorites are Griffin and JuJu in valet!
The hotel was great. The valet was amazing. JuJu was very polite, he remembered my name and the car I drove. He helped me with my bags and answered all my questions.
My first stay at the graduate has been great. Juju with valet has been kind and fast getting my car multiple times this trip. The bartenders and staff super friendly. We will definitely stay again!
Great staff! Juju the valet was great! Location is perfect.
Juju with valet did an amazing job
Juju with valet service did an amazing job!
Juju with valet service did an amazing job. Very professional and respectful!
JuJu customer service was great, highly recommend staying here
juju with valet did an amazing job! phenomenal young man
So cute!
Joshua do a fantastic job and very professional! Wonderful guy to help at the door. He Ben helped me get my luggage out and a cart to carry my stuff in! Great guy to have working the front door at this hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. Connor the valet provided excellent service. Clean rooms, nice atmosphere, great experience overall.
The Atmosphere of the Graduate is unbeatable! Our Valet Jaxon was great and got our car for us quickly. We always love staying at the Graduate!
Will and Josh were very helpful in our arrival and made our checkin very convenient. These guys are great! The hotel decor is super fun and expresses the college spirit.
Great hotel great experience. Nice downstairs bar and good old school vibes with historical photos of downtown Fayetteville.
The valet guys Will and Josh were out standing and were a huge help unloading our car and guiding us where to park. Great service
The location was very convenient for walking to all events.
I thought compared to other parking lots in the city parking although close was steep $25 considering cost of room.
Everything
Nothing
This respectful man Jaxon as the car valet made me fell very welcome here. He took a really great job of taking care of my car!
I had a fantastic stay at the Graduate hotel. Very clean. All of the employees were very helpful, especially Jaxon. I will be back!
The valet service was great!! All of the people there were so kind and the drinks at the bar were delicious. In particular Max at the valet stand was such a help during my stay.
Location and bar
Receptionist we booked king size and were giving 2 queens instead. She said we were booked third party and don’t get choice. She got very hateful.
Great location, clean, and professional staff.
Location, price
Ac wasn’t working well. Bathroom wasn’t clean
Great location, awesome facility
Both of our daughters attended UofA in Fayetteville, AR and for the most part, my wife and I have enjoyed coming to Fayetteville to visit. However, one thing to note about Fayetteville is the parking situation is terrible and I'm not just talking about on campus. There is little to no parking downtown and near the square for free. Everything is pay to park. We recently attended our daughters graduation from UofA and we had reservations to eat afterwards on the square. There was a Christmas function going on that weekend so the square was blocked off. We ended up parking down a neighborhood street and walking 4 blocks to get to dinner. Going back to my car after dinner I notice a parking ticket on my car and everyone else's car parked on the street. The ticket was because I didn't pay to park using some online app I was not aware of. Who charges to park on the street in a neighborhood? and during a Christmas parade when families are there to watch the parade, Fayetteville police are out putting tickets on their cars. If you want to have a Merry Christmas next year, stay clear of Fayetteville AR.
Very convenient location.
Older rooms that need some TLC especially in bathrooms
Location. The bar & restaurant and staff were nice
Things in my room, heat/ac, door sensor, toilet seat, lamp switch toggle were loose and falling. It made my room feel dilapidated, old, and worn
PROS: Decorations were fabulous. Convenient to great shops and restaurants. Water pressure was fabulous and hot on the 10th floor, and select a room (Hilton honors members) facing West on a higher floor so you will get a great view of the university. Best burger in town - Hugo's ...just step outside and walk West to the red sign! CONS: Hard to determine how to park (see helpful notes below). Not the friendliest staff - most front desk workers were college age. Main issue is comfort of mattresses - hard as a board...and that's not common in Hilton hotels at all so we were very surprised at our lack of sleep. BOTTOM LINE: One night - perfect location and fun. More than one night, we will have to drive to Bentonville and relax on a soft Embassy Suites mattress. That was the dealbreaker. PARKING TIPS: Valet available (really great staff but not affiliated with hotel) $39 night - pay on their website/app. Self-park next door - hotel will provide a code for you at check-in for $15/night. Simplest plan - pull up and unload luggage to spacious lobby with one passenger. Drive next door, pull up, and use app/website to pay $4/day - park yourself. Can re-enter side of hotel just steps from parking garage. Warning - the garage ceiling vaults are LOW...we drove our SUV in very carefully.
I CANNOT recommend staying at the Graduate Hotel until the Hilton decides to care more for the comfort of their guests and less for fancy decor!!! This uniquely decorated hotel seemed the perfect location for our birthday celebration until we stepped inside. 🥶🥶🥶. FREEZING!!! They really need to pawn some of the fancy lamps and razorback memorabilia for a squirt of HEAT!!! Looking around the lobby, we noticed that everyone was wearing their winter coats! We wanted to enjoy a cocktail at the lovely bar area. We ordered cocktails and chose a lovely couch ....as far from the door as possible. We were still so cold that my husband wore his winter coat and warm beanie. We quickly drank our libations like we were shooting tequila! It was too cold to enjoy ourselves. There was a cute fireplace.....that wasn't lit ! ????? We had planned to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. It was still too cold the next morning! ( did NOT stay for coffee and breakfast!). The hotel room was interesting with tons of interesting decorations. We were able to get warm. Oddly enough, while the decor was nice the room heating was the old " under the window unit". It did work ( unlike the tv and the sink that wouldn't drain) It seems that the Hilton Graduate Hotel cared more about the esthetics than the comfort of their guest!!! I would be very hesitant to stay at other Hilton Graduate Hotels ! HILTON!!! PLEASE TURN ON THE HEAT!!!!
My family was travelling for my son to have a college visit at the University of Arkansas. We were excited to stay at the Graduate. The decor was awesome, and the vintage feel in the rooms and the lobby was on point!
The shower could have been cleaner and more up-to-date. I know the vibe is vintage, but older bathroom facilities don't count for vibes.
Stayed there many times great bar and location walk to everything!
Location/ style.
Nothing!
There were a lot of good things, and some disappointments. The bed was comfy, it was quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean and well run. The decor was fun and eclectic. Lots of hot water and a great thermostat. The room keys worked well and the food in the restaurant was good. On the flip side, no microwave in the rooms? We ate out a lot and had leftovers and not having a microwave was an inconvenience to say the least. But at least we had a refrigerator. And no continental breakfast? Having to pay for parking was beyond ridiculous. I understand that there is likely an issue with parking since you are located downtown, but at least one parking pass should come with a room purchase. We are supposed to be guests. You guys need to think about trying to keep your amenities in line with the less expensive motels and hotels. Pet friendly??? I cannot believe that this hotel claims to be pet friendly when it charges $75 per night for pets. I can understand the deposit, but when does the visitor get their deposit back and how do they even know for sure that they will get it? I had to leave my well-trained (you would never even know they were there) dogs with a pet sitter in my home (that charged half as much as you do) during this trip because of all this. Your pet fees would have definitely sent me to a different place to stay under other circumstances, but my family who flew in from Florida had chosen your hotel and I wanted to be close to them as we rarely see each other, so I left the dogs (2 small Shelties) at home. Providing a bark box and a water bowl does not make up for the cost---not even close. My dogs are trained in obedience and agility, travel a lot to competitions, stay in motels and hotels all the time, do not bark when in the room, and are happy being always crated when I am not in the room with them and at night. I teach dog training classes. I can take my dogs anywhere, and they behave perfectly. I bring a blanket to put over the hotel bedding in case I want them up on the bed for a while. I always pick up after them when outside. I realize that not all pets are like this, but there should be some criteria for assessing the liability of allowing pets to stay either free or for a reasonable fee.
The entire staff from beginning to end was AMAZING!!! Front desk, valet, housekeeping, and bar were incredibly pleasant. True Southern Hospitality :)
Our Hotel bathroom smelled really bad - reeked of Pee. Was pretty average hotel, I expected more.
Great spot great staff
