Sajana was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, she checked on me an hour after checking into my room via text and that left a lasting impression on me. After the power was restored, the management was too accommodating and ensured that all customers would receive a full refund.

although it was no fault of the facility itself as it was a natural disaster, the hotel lost electricity, there were no emergency lighting or accommodations for guest with mobile disabilities.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room and the shower was amazing and very clean and the soaps and lotion also very good!! Will be staying there again!!

We were charged an extra pet fee of $75 which was not mentioned on the booking site. Apparently that is a standard fee for this Hotel chain. Booking needs to get clear with this hotel chain about this fee. I was surprised that it was added on after I had already paid for the room.

It was close to the highway, staff was very friendly, the common area was modern and fun.

There were hairs on the room towels and the in-room phone didn’t work.

The location was convenient to i95 and accepted pets for our road trip. It was clean, safe, and easy.

The breakfast was highly processed and lacking any nutritional value at all. I am amazed it can legally be called "food." There was an extended and somewhat loud conversation between a staff member behind the desk and someone on the phone (or maybe a mediator) that involved explaining why the person on the phone was not allowed to enter the property with firearms. It would have been better to have that conversation privately out of the earshot of guests.

What a great place to spend the night on a road trip! When we arrived we were checked in by Sajana who was super nice, helpful with nearby dining tips and very cheerful to deal with! The room was very clean with a luxury vinyl floor which always seems so much more sanitary than carpet in hotels. We got a king room and the bed was comfy with 2 types of pillows for each of us. The room was on the smaller size, but the space was used very efficiently. The room seemed recently renovated with everything looking vibrant and new, including the walls, floors and curtains. The breakfast was fantastic and it even had a make your own pancake conveyer belt!! We were checked out by Michaela who was also very pleasant and helpful. Free parking, free breakfast, reasonable rates and clean room makes this hotel a 10 star in my book of favorite traveling hotels. We will be back!

Cut my arm on hook sticking out from wall and all front desk clerk had to clean it was antiseptic wipe and bandaids. Had to get a tetanus shot. Air conditioners not working properly.

The hotel is new and modern. The game room area with the pool table and board games was a welcoming spot that kept our kids entertained. Check-in and Out was easy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was a great value.

The pancakes are a great idea but the maker took forever & caused a bit of a line. Maybe have 2 of them like you do with the waffle makers at other locations??

I was not happy with this hotel. I was never informed that the internet and the cable was out until I had paid for the evening and I was up in my room. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and honesty. I cancelled my hotel and found another hotel a few blocks away. I am still waiting for a refund.

Excellent full breakfast.

The decor of the rooms were awful. I felt like I was in a children's hospital or an elementary school. Rooms were bland. Glad we only had 1 night there.

Was perfect. I did not find any problems at all and everything was well taken care of.

The hotel was very clean and inviting both inside and out. The staff member at check-in was very friendly, courteous and informative. I really loved the beautiful decor in the lobby and the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I will definitely love to stay at a Tru hotel in the future.

Clean nice spot for the night

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.

There was a large dog barking quite frequently during the evening and Throughout the night which was a bit unsettling. It was somewhere on our floor and didn’t comply with requested(as in posted) quiet hours

I got extremely ill and could not go. I called both the hotel and contacted booking.com. The representative at the hotel was very helpful and said they would reverse the charges. Booking.com however, have advised that they contacted the property and received no response. I will never use booking.com again if this is not rectified

Friendly staff. Good location for a nightly stop. Pet friendly. Happy and clean decor. Well lit parking lot. Good breakfast included. Pool table is a nice touch. Good amount of toiletries provided.

I really liked the little folded egg "omelets." It was easy to slip some sliced ham or sausage inside one and eat it!

The HVAC in the room sounds like a jet engine spooling up whenever it turns on and off, which was bothersome at night when trying to sleep. Beds need 4 pillows, not three.
