Good place and very convenient

Nice clean room, and hallways, lobby is enormous and beautiful. Restaurant is large and serves good breakfast and dinner buffets. Great staff, service and service is excellent.

Always a treat staying at the heritage hotel Manila, the rooms are a good size and the breakfast is one of a kind definitely recommend to stay here for any amount of time during your stay in the Philippines

Purely selected for a stay over due to a connecting flight. You can see what was once a really grand hotel when you enter. Check in was fine other than they could not find my booking…booked in March. Some rooms have been updated, but the Deluxe room we had is dated. The area around is chaotic, but this is Manila. Shopping mall nearby that has most of what you may need. Singer was on…pretty good, and bar prices average. Breakfast on the other hand was superb! Freshly made to order egg combos, plus so many others dishes to choose from. For what we paid, worth it.

We stay at the Heritage every time we come to Manila. Close to the airport,shopping malls and eateries. All staff are friendly and most helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will be back mid January and I am certain we will stay here again for a night or two.

It was ok. Quiet. But the bath tub was clogged.

I have got to say, eventhough the aeroplanes fly directly overhead at a low level, you cannot hear them at all, it has very good sound insulation. The bathroom was a bit old and looked it but everything else was very good

The service and staff were excellent, friendly, nice and attentive specifically to Chin (housekeeper) and Eva The breakfast buffet offered nice variety of food. It's a good location in terms of distance from the airport and also some good shopping near the Mall of Asia for those that like malls.

From the pickup from the airport to the drop off to the airport. Everything was perfect room service was delicious room comfortable great AC and super hot water. I enjoyed every moment. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay

Friendly staff made me feel very welcomed at all times. The pool and bar is a nice place to hangout. Vic the bartender makes great drinks and made hanging out at the bar a good time.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent service. The check-in process was efficient, and our luggage was delivered promptly. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to transport. Breakfast was adequate, although the buffet selection could be wider. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and location for my needs but room and buildings in need of a facelift as becoming very dated. The staff are excellent and so helpful. Recommend hotel but if your looking for a more modern hotel then look at alternatives for the money

I want to thank Carl, Marjorie and Marie from the 9th floor Millennium Lounge. They always take good care of our needs, check in and provide excellent service when we meet friends in Manila.

Staff are helpful, room is clean but facilities are a bit outdated. AC in our room was not working properly so we had to transfer to another room.

This has been my worst hotel experience ever. Toward the end of my stay, they were not willing to return my deposit that I had the receipt for. Their explanation for this was that the deposit was used to pay for the extra person staying in my room, which they had already charged me separately for. After inquiring about this issue to different staff, the man told me that he was going to make their own staff pay out of their OWN POCKETS so I can get my deposit back. Is this how you run a hotel?! There is no organization whatsoever! Also, I asked the staff if they require a deposit for all hotel guests, she said that it was OPTIONAL. Why would they ask me to pay if I didn't have to ? There is no consistency at all. Upon checkout the staff Lea who assisted us on our check in did not explain until I asked her about my deposit what she asked on my check in.she explained to us differently.She said the other receipts is the upgrade and the early check in .And the deposit receipt that she asked me to put a deposit is for the extra person DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL !!

This hotel is located about 15 minutes drive from the airport, about 15 minutes walk from a major mall and about 5 minutes walk from major dining options. There is a jeepney stop at the front of the hotel and other transport options are also available at the hotel's front. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, english is widely spoken and the rooms are spacious

Access was easy, lobby and reception was very good. Room was a bit underwhelming and I was offered an upcharge for renovated room, but I declined. The room was fine overall, shower had water temp fluctuations constantly but not too bad. Staff was the best though, they really were attentive and quick to assist. Thanks for a pretty decent stay.

Was great relaxing with very friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and clean and dining experience was exceptional. The only thing I wish the hotel had an Automatic teller to withdraw money inside the hotel as convenience for guests so not have to do outside but all in all excellent hotel with all amenities would strongly recommend

This property is so outdated, overly hyped due to its established history. The plus is its location and that the only positive. The check in welcoming is a 1 star. Three stars for the rest.

When i booked my travel it would not allow me to pay the 300 pesos early check in. When i arrived early the hotel charged me 5,500 pesos for an early arrival. I felt like the lady at the front desk took advantage of me. I thought that would only happen with taxi drivers. I was very upset and disappointed

The property was nice, but the room was in much need of an update. The room gave off a 1980's feel with it's tarnished outdated wood furnishings, old carpet, and popcorn ceiling. Overall though, its a good place to stay if you want a hotel close to the airport and just looking for something overnight.

No problems. The hotel itself is great. It's clean inside, a little form of entertainment in the lobby area, staff was excellent, food was actually very good, they don't charge you if you order food from the outside, and it's in a convenient location.

The room was a bit too cold but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Have been staying at this hotel for the past 12 years during my work and visits to Manila. Great location and staff are the best. The hotel club levels were recently refurbished and the breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Great place to stay in due to it being close to the mall, so its pretty much surrounded by lots of amenities.
