A truly wonderful stay. The hotel was elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Excellent service, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere highly recommended.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating throughout stay. The Housekeeping team were always smiling and greeted me every time which made the experience even more pleasant. The only challenges I encountered was the request system on staypls which did not seem to function properly. I requested an iron and board and click the option now but the request has not been acknowledge, and I had to follow up by phone after waiting for more than 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Overall, it was an exceptional first-time stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Lounge access was a bonus, featuring a good selection of breakfast items. More importantly, the staff were all gracious, extending warm greetings and smiles. Special thanks to Ms. Marian, Mr. Miguel, Mr. Cedrick, and Mr. Kervin, who stood out in delivering excellent customer service during our stay.

This Christmas, we stayed at Lanson Place Mall of Asia. We availed of their Christmas holiday promo which comes with a free breakfast at Cyan Modern Kitchen. The room provided to us was very spacious and clean. It has a small kitchen and a regular-sized refrigerator. The toilet has an automatic bidet. The hotel staff are very courteous and accommodating. Our only concern was the long queues during breakfast. Maybe Lanson can emulate what other hotels do during peak season such as utilizing their events places or meeting rooms as an extension of the breakfast buffet. Good thing on our third day, they set up the courtyard to accommodate more diners.

stayed on the long stay apartment for one month. Very good room and the facilities and dinner buffet is fantastic. Suggest to improve the chooices for the breakfast menu of the long stay apartments. Many thanks to Ms.Rose the housekeeping lady. Her smile every morning chears the day.

We had a great day spending our holidays together at Lanson! All staff are very welcoming. All showed genuine smiles. From the security to front desk staff, f&b staff and housekeeping are very responsive and really helpful! Thanks to Jeric, Rey, Godfrey and Kervin for assisting us during our stay. Not your ordinary staycation with friends and we enjoyed the amenities. The room is clean and spacious. We had fun doing our activities and time flew while staying there. I came for the wonderful breakfast buffet at the Lanson Place Cyan Modern Kitchen but stayed particularly for Elle's more traditional style of providing exceptional guest service! I left with a belly full of good food and my heart filled with joy. Thank you, Elle!

Beautiful, modern hotel. Two minute walk to Mall of Asia. The staff at this hotel makes this very special. They made me feel right at home during Christmas time. One in particular, Erin, her smile and charm is always there waiting to greet you. She is warm and friendly as are all of the hosts at this hotel. I highly recommend this place. Lanson Place.

We visited the restaurant, Cyan, without staying at the hotel, but after this experience, we’re definitely hoping to try their rooms in the future. Our buffet dining experience was very enjoyable. While the selection wasn’t very extensive, the quality of the food stood out. Everything was served warm, and we honestly didn’t come across a single dish that we didn’t like. The service truly elevated the experience. The staff was attentive, courteous, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Kudos to the chefs for the consistently flavorful dishes, and special thanks to Micah, our server, for the warm, friendly, and efficient service. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying dining experience that left a great impression on us. We hope to be back soon! Happy holidays 🎄

Though we did not stay at the hotel, my daughters and myself managed to dine at Bytes, one of Lanson's signature dining venues, just for a change, and we did not regret that decision to dine there. Their food is most filling and more importantly fulfilling. Thanks also to Ms Joy, Bytes outlet manager, for that brief chat where she introduced what Bytes is all about.

The hotel’s Cyan offers a good buffet spread if you want to escape the crowded eating places at the mall. Atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. They offer a wide variety of Asian, Western and Indian cuisine guaranteed to satisfy one’s craving. Was amazed at the level of customer service they offer. Staff are very friendly. A huge thanks to manager Patrick, staff Rei, and receptionist Elle for the assistance. On our way out we had to buy some takeouts and some gifts at their cafe. Our utmost appreciation to the ladies at Blk 12 cafe, Pam, Vanna and Alpha for extending their help on our purchases. It was truly a memorable visit and we are looking forward to going back.

Great hotel, conveniently located less than 5 mins from Mall of Asia. Only spent one night but would definitely return if given the opportunity. The breakfast was amazing and extensive and there seemed to be a high guest/staff ratio. Had an issue with a lost suitcase coming from El Nido and a lady named Harriett, who I only dealt with on the phone, kindly offered to help with the issue, speaking to Cebu Pacific on our behalf. An amazing staff member who deserves 5 stars for her par excellence service! The room was nicely presented, with quality APPELLES products in the modern bathroom. Thinking of booking and unsure? Don’t hesitate, would be my recommendation!

It was indeed a great experience! Me and my husband celebrated our 1st anniversary here we booked Superior Room but fortunately they gave us the Deluxe Room which was very cozy. I love the ambiance and as well as the staff they were approachable. Also, the dinner buffet was bountiful my husband loves the Indian Cuisines section and me as a sweet tooth I love their pastries also the Pasta Marinara was excellent. I would like to mention also those three gentlemen who were very accommodating~ Sir Renz, Sir Emil and Sir Willie, keep it up Guys! Can’t wait to our next staycation here.

The staff were wonderful. So kind, respectful and helpful. Anne at reception patiently assisted us with printing some documents. The beds and linens we're very comfortable. I had a superior studio and it was very spacious with a nice small kitchenette. Lots of seating. Jennifer from the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The hotel was very prompt in responding to any pre-arrival queries we had. We did not particularly enjoy the food at the very large buffet breakfast. Some of the food was cold, greasy, quite unappetizing. Still the staff were pleasant and eager to assist. The only unhelpful staff was someone at the rooftop pool bar. A manager introduced herself to us, Laura (I think), at breakfast one morning, so I did relay what had transpired. A very good stay and short walk to the Mall of Asia. Although this is one of the options for a nearby airport stay, we were advised to allow an hour for transfers because there's sometimes heavy traffic in the area so it's not necessarily a quick ride. Having said that the morning we left, we did allow an hour, but it only took 15 minutes to actually get to MNL. From the airport to the hotel, though was much longer.

We visited Focus Co-Working Space and the ambiance was very conducive for working and even meetings. The food was delicious, the view was great, and Miss Pam was very accommodating and assisted us very well. We will definitely visit again.

I’ve been staying in and out of Lanson for almost a year now under their serviced apartment offering. It’s an amazing hotel — our room is fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine, which really makes it feel like home, and the facilities are excellent. The gym, pool, and Cyan are all great. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, from the guards to housekeeping, especially Jennifer. We have cleaning twice a week, and we always know when it’s Jennifer because she cleans our room thoroughly and with great attention to detail.

I did not have good experience at the check in. There was only 1 person at check in counter and the woman in front of me took almost 10 mins for check in and she was provided with a guide paper explaining breakfast and other hotel facilities. My check in time came, she asked for my passport and handed me the key in just 1 min without any mention about breakfast or facilities. My business booking was done through company and I was not aware of my booking details and I assumed my stay did not include breakfast. I tried calling the the next day to inquire but the phoneline was busy and check in counter queue was always too long to ask in person so I didnt bother. On my checkout, I found out that my stay included breakfast, so I told that I would like to file a complaint regarding this, and the staff told me that I will receive automatic feedback email after and I can write there. No immediate action was taken. Check in and check out was all disappointing.

We chose to stay at Lanson Place due to it's proximity at Mall of Asia. We were greeted with smiles by the personnel at the door and upon checking in. Our room was clean, quiet, and amazing with all the amenities we need to stay for a couple of days, and was replenished everyday as well. However, it's the staff that shows off the Filipino Hospitality, making our experience here great. While eating breakfast at their Cyan Modern Kitchen, we met Laura who checked on us, chatted with us, and livened the experience we had there. Rie was our table server who was always checking what we need, and we even met and chatted with Chef Tin who cooked up the food in the buffet, her vast experience in cooking being showcased as we enjoy our breakfast. Finally, we also have a constant housekeeper JP who was super friendly as he cleans up our rooms, and was able to provide what we need during our stay. Overall, Lanson Place has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. A good room is one thing, but it's really the excellent, hardworking, friendly staff that this hotel have is what makes this stay great.

Just had Charles from Lanson clean.Wow. The man has a gift. He's thorough and quiet, but leaves these little hugs around the house-like folding our towels into perfect little cakes. It's the care that gets you. The best.

We were amazed by the staff who makes our stay more relaxing and fun. From the FO Ms. Kelzey that treats us like their VVIP guests, so hospitable. Ms. Kelly that makes our day complete with her pleasing approach and genuine smile. Mr. Kervin, who also makes us feel comfortable to stay. Had the best stay at this hotel. The BLK 12 cafe was amazing, and our server Cee was so kind, and made the best coffees ever! He remembered our orders and checked in on us. :) The pool bartender was also awesome (get the mango smoothie), and all the front staff were great as well. The gym was a highlight. I highly recommend staying here, and going to the coffee shop on ground floor is a must. Thanks again!

The location of this place was perfect for our engagement. Our clients were awed at the scene viewed at a good spot from our meeting location. The view of architecture and nature was a great match and we are looking forward for another round should another function be planned in the not so distant future. Staff were accommodating, polite and professional.

Every weekend my sister’s family joined me, and the pool staff and bartenders were amazing as always. I love that they always reserve my favorite side of the hotel. Small detail, huge impact. Cyan Restaurant remains a highlight—friendly staff and a weekend buffet with unlimited lobsters and blue crabs. Always worth it. The location is unbeatable: perfect for bay runs and walks, just minutes from Mall of Asia for food and shopping, and a short walk to any E-com office. We stayed here last Nov 22 to celebrate my best friend’s recent success in passing the physician licensure exam, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff made us feel truly special, especially Ms. Nick from Room Reservations and Ms. Pauline from the Front Desk. This is my 2nd time to stay at Lanson and it disn't disappoint. The room was huge( I was upgraded). The staff were all nice and friendly. From the guards to the front desk to the dining receptionist and the housekeeping named Ivern and Van who cleaned the room and gave me synthetic pillow since I mentioned about the feathers... Food was good. Location was great as well. Hope the management can keep it up and kudos to all the staff. God bless!

The service and staff are outstanding. i din’t expect, the staff greeted me by my name and welcome you with a smile. at the club i wished to thanked the staffs for their hospitality. Our stay at Lanson Place was wonderful. The breakfast has consistently been very good. We truly appreciate the comfort and hospitality during our stay. However, we would like to raise a concern regarding one of the banquet staff members on the second floor. We understand that we needed to transfer our booth set-up due to another event taking place beside us, and we were fully cooperative with the change. What concerned us was the manner in which the banquet staff member, named Clinton, spoke to us and how he handled the situation. His tone and approach came across as rude and unprofessional, which made us feel uncomfortable during the setup. We believe situations like this can be handled more politely to maintain the excellent service that Lanson Place is known for, and proper communication ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. We hope this feedback helps improve future interactions, as we truly enjoy staying at your property and look forward to better experiences on our next visits.

Lanson Place MOA truly offers one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Special mention to Ate Sarah under SIR MARK from Housekeeping, who asked what we needed and made sure we were comfortable. She provided us with extra water and other essentials, showing a level of care and attentiveness that really stood out. The facilities of the hotel are equally impressive. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay feel both relaxing and luxurious. The pool area is well-maintained and perfect for unwinding, the gym is complete and spotless, and the common areas give off an elegant yet cozy vibe. Overall, Lanson Place MOA exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

the place is cozy with a great view of the seaside. though the food has few selections but it has a premium taste to it. the waitstaff are very attentive ad accommodating. overall it was a great experience and definitely we will come back.

Location is ideally close to shopping malls and restaurants. View from my room was the seaside and the sunset was lovely. Staff were very accommodating and courteous, especially the door attendant and receptionist at the check in counter. Housekeeping staff were meticulous and responsive, to mention Rose Ann and her supervisor, Ms Ivy. The servicing shuttles were prompt and the drivers were polite. Most of all, the room was spacious, plush and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had the best sleep experience away from home. Thanks, Lanson Place for making sure guests enjoy their stay.

I have a nice experience with housekeeping Sarah Catalig & Michael Tabaranza who treated as well during our stay at Lanson Hotel. She greeted us warmly and her gestures made us feel like we are home. They clean thoroughly the room and made it brand new. We will never forget extraordinary treatment we have had experienced with Sarah and Michael. Keep it up guys.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our birthday with family, the staff is very friendly and attentive especially Jean, Bien, Jarold and Ms. Angelica. Thank so much. We had a Wonderful time. Buffet choices was just enough for the price.

Love the place. Very Clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast is nice but a little crowded especially from 8am onwards. Concierge was so helpful especially when we were trying to look for our grab driver. The housekeeper assigned to our room was especially nice! Her name is Bernadette. I just leave a note if ever i have some request, and she replies nicely with another note. Its feels so welcoming.

Location's very good, near MOA, beautiful sunset view and staff are very helpful, and welcoming. Great thank you to Jeric in reception for finding time in accomodating us for an early check in. We stayed in Rm 802 on our last stay -last month, and again now on our return, and very happy to see Charles again who is very good in attending our needs in our room and also giving us added information. Overall, we are very happy....from our smooth transfer from the airport - thanks to Wayne- and during our entire stay from last time 'til now. We'll definitely come back again👍

Our family stay in the 2‑bedroom suite at Lanson’s Place MOA was excellent.. the breakfast service and the housekeeping were both flawless. The breakfast area was consistently spotless: buffet stations were neatly arranged, food was refreshed regularly, utensils and service counters were immaculately maintained, and staff were attentive and courteous. The suite itself was kept in pristine condition — gleaming surfaces, fresh crisp linens, spotless bathrooms, and no lingering odors. The housekeeper’s attention to detail was evident in everything from perfectly made beds to well-restocked amenities and prompt response to requests. Ms Ivy, the supervisor makes sure that everything that we need are met and the lovely cleaner, Ms Lovely is very efficient and kind. Highly recommended for anyone who values cleanliness and professional, thoughtful service.

I stayed at their suite as we were running an event at the hotel. The hotel is very new and the staff is doing everything to attract clients. The suite in itself has a panoramic view of the bay which is stunning! The Club Lanson breakfast was not as extensive and only 1 could access which was very strange. The lunch buffet and breakfast spread to provide good choices, however, the hotel has to revisit the seating capacity as it does get full. Other than that, amazing stay indeed.

This is the third time for me stay at this hotel. This time, I stayed by myself in a One-bedroom residence Panorama Suite. The room layout is very good, and there is a lot of storage space for your belongings. Since this stayed coincided with my birthday, the hotel staff made it a point to send me a small birthday cake which was very much appreciated. Overall, the hotel staff from the from the front desk during check-in and check-out, to the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant staff were very warm in dealing with guests. The manager of the restaurant Cyan, Laura, was very hands on when dealing with guest, making every effort to make sure that guests were well taken care of. This being said, there are two points which this hotel could improve on: 1. While sitting at the table, I noticed that the space between the washer/dryer and the refrigerator was very dusty (as shown in the attached picture). I noticed that the housekeeping staff missed this the two days that I stayed in the room. 2. If you are a senior citizen, be aware that you will have to pay the full amount. The two times I previously stayed at the hotel, I paid the discounted rate for the stay when I booked the room. This time, however, I had to pay the full rate. Also, before the stay, I exercised the option for lunch at Cyan at a largely discounted rate. During the stay however, I was made to pay the full price of the buffet lunch. Upon check out, I was told that I would be contacted by the accounting department for the refund of the discount. It has been three days since I checked out of the hotel, and I still have not received word from the hotel regarding the refund for the senior citizen discount, and the discounted rate on the buffet lunch. I do understand that the hotel staff is just following guidelines set by the hotel management. However, I still prefer what other hotels do in which they make you pay the discounted rate, rather that requiring the customer to pay the full rate and only get refunded the difference at a later date -- that is if they are refunded for the difference.

Spent 6 days at the hotel. The place is very modern and is really well maintained. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Shout out to Laura, who was very nice and even remembered my food preferences everyday, just when she was checking if i was waiting for anything. This was very pro-active step and then attention to detail was remarkable. The location is great too, right next to MOA.

⭐ Our Wonderful Stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia, Manila ⭐ We recently stayed at Lanson Place Mall of Asia in Manila, and our experience was truly pleasant from the moment we arrived. The hotel manager personally introduced herself to us on our first day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The security guards were extremely friendly—smiling, greeting us warmly, and even opening the Grab car door for us when we arrived from the airport. The entrance luggage screening felt professional and added a sense of safety. Their friendliness immediately made us feel relaxed. Our room was clean, neat, and very comfortable, with wonderfully cool air-conditioning. Every staff member we encountered—from the bellboys to the café team—was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was a great experience. The staff guided us to our table, and the café manager was attentive and caring. The food was very good, and the warm service made each morning enjoyable. One of the staff members, whose name might be Chelester, was especially friendly, helpful, and hardworking—although in truth, everyone was always smiling and doing their best. We also enjoyed the beautiful gym and even had a nice swim one evening. Another great thing about Lanson Place is its excellent location—only a 2–5 minute walk to the Mall of Asia, where we often went for shopping, lunch, and dinner. Although our stay was only 5–6 days, we loved the festive atmosphere. In the Philippines, Christmas begins as early as September, so the scenery felt warm and joyful. Our room wasn’t facing the sea, but we still took plenty of photos and enjoyed our time. One of the highlights of our trip was attending Mariah Carey’s concert at the Arena, which was amazing. We even met some of the backup singers during breakfast—they were very friendly and cool, and we got to take pictures with them! Of course, the Philippines faces challenges like earthquakes, typhoons, volcanoes, and flooding. We pray for the safety of the people and the innocent animals—dogs, cats, sheep, carabaos, cows—and for protection for all families in the country. We are very happy with our stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia, and we are already planning to come back again in a few years. To everyone at the hotel: thank you for your kindness. there was some miscommunication about availability of ala carte. all good otherwise. food was good except the ube jam which i personally did not like. servers bien, tyron were attentive.

Lanson Place Manila is a great place to stay in Manila. Great value for money. Service is personalized and impeccable. The restaurant manager at Cyan, Ms Laura really took time to get to know us. Ms Bien one of our servers, was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cozy, beds provide comfort- you have choice of 2 kinds of pillows, too. Of course, it has that signature Nespresso machine. All in all, great!
