Microtel by Wyndham Mall of Asia

I like the location, the place is clean, staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are very basic, minimalistic. There’s no hooks or drawer on the bathroom. The half door style in the shower is not to my liking at all. The water gets out and pools within the toilet area. Also the pictures in the ad, I booked it thru Expedia, is misleading. There’s no ocean view. I think the pictures are several years old. The ocean is now dirt under construction. So it’s disappointing.

Nice and good location

Any time I want to stay in Manila for a comfortable getaway, I come to MicroTel. They are in such a great location, with great amendities, great staff and clean. I love the low cost, too. I always have a great stay here.

The property was conveniently close to MOA. The staff were prompt and friendly and the room and common areas were acceptably clean. The property has started to show its age. It could use a major refresh some time soon.

I had a delightful stay at Microtel by Wyndham Mall of Asia! The rooms were cozy and clean, with great amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. Plus, the location is perfect for shopping and dining. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The building is a bit old but the atmosphere of the hotel was a retrospective vibe, and the surroundings are great along with the coast side.

The room and price was good although we only stayed a night.

Hotel in general is good and clean. Tub was very slow in draining shower water so you're standing in inches of water. Not sure if it was an isolated issue with our room or throughout hotel. Good selection at breakfast of Western and Filipino food.

Nice Hotel

It’s a 5 min walk to MOA and the boardwalk. Great location and the staff was wonderful to help us heat up leftovers!

Close to MOA, Airport, etc. - nice, clean Hotel with friendly staff!

A short drive from the airport was convenient. We only stayed 1 night. We checked in later in the evening then checked out early the following morning. It served its purpose. I would recommend this hotel.

Room small

Every single time we come to Manila this is our go to Hotel. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Its also very convenient and walkable to MOA, Popeye's, and Tim Hortons. The room service menu is good too. Id pass on the milkshakes but everything else is superb.

Very convenient the location is perfect for shopping especially it's only across Mall of Asia the only thing that I experienced is the water heater it's so hot it's hard to adjust the temperature. It needs to adjust to hard to regulate

The rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the check-in time. Family was exhausted after almost 24 hours of traveling and looking forward to resting. Definitely ruined the trip!

Room needs to be updated esp washroom, there’s a sewer smell. Rooms are always clean. Friendly staffs. Pansit, kare-kare n halo-halo are all very good. Breakfast buffet is okay for the price.

We had a wonderful experience during our one-night stay. The staff were accommodating and kindly stored our luggage for us, allowing us to explore the area before our late afternoon flight.

I had a comfortable stay at Microtel. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. The only thing missing is a same day laundry service. 2 days return is not feasible for most travellers. I hope they can partner with laundromat companies to provide better service for their guests. Will stay there again.

Great area to stay in! Would definitely recommend as it’s walking distance to MOA. Looking forward to return on my next vacation.

FDC knows its job pretty well. The two nighttime shift FDCs were very helpful and cheerful. Same experience upon checking out.

Location and cleanliness

We have traveled through the Philippines a lot of times and stayed at other hotels and this was the best so far. Had to wait half an hour past check in time for the room and they are doing construction around the area. But central location for shopping and sightseeing.

Stayed at family suite. Friendly helpful staff. Its old but nice and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. parking was full but reimberse parking fee to nextdoor parking lot.

Very clean and the staffs are the best!

We stayed for a quick 2 nights before heading off to another island. Perfect place to rest up after long flight because it’s close to the airport. We walked (10 min under covered walkway) to Mall of Asia to do some shopping on our full day there. Due to its proximity to the mall there are TONS of eating options within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helped with a lot of our questions. The breakfast was wonderful as well. Kids enjoyed the rooftop pool but it’s small.

The staff were the most essential part of the experience. Everyone there was extremely professional! From the men who opened the front door & greeted me, the people that checked me in at the front desk, the bell hop who brought my luggage to my room, the housekeepers that kept my room tidy, & the restaurant staff at Millie’s that were always genuinely nice. I can’t say enough. The hotel is also conveniently located across from the S Maison mall which is connected to the Mall of Asia (MOA). I would stay here all over again. ~ Sidney

Great location and excellent staff.

We've stayed there on our trips to Manila for over 10 years. Service is always great and they're very accommodating (especially on this trip as we needed a very early check-in), rooms are clean, beds are good for a good sleep. And the location is excellent, a few minutes to the Mall of Asia, and many restaurants all around, as well as quick access to the airport. The pool on the rooftop is fun too.

I love the palce, Everything is easy access to all shopping malls, very convenient, transportation walkable, i dont like is, the room we reserved is not yet available when the time we checked in, check in time is 2pm, i got the hotel at 3pm still not available, we still wait atlist 1 hr. Make sure all rooms are available when its time to check in.

Bathroom smell like mold also dirty tiles. First day I got bottle water however second day nothing.1 stayed this hotel 9 years ago that time much better,I’m so disappointed.

Key card did not work twice. It was resolved.

I don’t like that this is a Wyndham, not sure this property should bear that flag, maybe more like holiday inn. It’s run down and service is sub-par.

Close to MOA

Always a great stay here at Microtel as we've stayed here on our visits to Manila for ten years now. Love the hotel, the service and the breakfast buffet too.
