El hotel estaba muy bonito, el desayuno muy bueno y basto. El. Personal atento. La ubicación buena aunque no encontramos tantas opciones realmente cerca para comer, pero llegar a la plaza central fue fácil. El servicio de spa excelente.

Llevábamos varias maletas y no era tan espacioso el cuarto, no había en donde ponerlas para poderlas abrir.

Jättesköna sängar, sköna morgonrockar och välstädat. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Stort och luftigt rum. Lugnt. God frukost. Gott kaffe 😀 Och ett superbra läge nära kommunikationer och även inom gångavstånd till det mesta! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka ❤️🌻

Tyvärr kunde det bli väldigt fullt och svårt att få sittplats i frukostmatsalen. Vi saknade också en skybar. Men detta vägs upp av att allt annat var så toppenbra 😊

Me gustó mucho la localización y el hotel en sí precioso. Seguramente en una habitación más alejada de los ascensores hubiese sido perfecto.

Que nos pusieron en una habitación pegada a los ascensores ( que van rapidísimo) y se escuchaba muchísimo por las noches. Al principio creía que era como el ruido de un tren por raíles y luego me di cuenta que eran los ascensores.

The room, view, breakfast, and lounge access were excellent.

The glass door to the WC, as well as its proximity to the sleeping area was a bit strange. A little more privacy for the WC would have the our room even better than it was. We had lounge access during our stay. We found that the snacks had been there for a while, and were not replenished during the last 3 hours of the lounge being open. When you’re paying for the access and complementary offerings, you would hope that the selection would be tended to and fresh. Staff also started cleaning and breaking down the lounge area 45mins prior to it closing, which made us feel like we were being rushed out of there, or that our welcome was not for the full time. If you’re going to offer lounge access until 8pm, do it properly with a welcoming, adequate offering to your guests who have paid for the experience.

Eigentlich waren wir nur enttäuscht.

Freitag und Samstag war ein furchtbarer Lärm am Hotel, sodass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Im Zimmer waren daneben noch die Geräusche aus den Abwasserleitungen (Duschen und Toilettenspülung der oberen Zimmer) sehr intensiv. Übliche Serviceausstattung (z.B. Schmutzwäsche- und Bindenbeutel) waren kaum vorhanden. Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt. Einmal wurden wir zum Frühstück in die "Longe" verwiesen. Dort wird ein sehr sparsames Frühstück angeboten.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

We initially received a room on a lower floor, even though we had specifically booked a higher-floor room. However, after bringing it to the staff’s attention, they were very accommodating and understanding. They addressed the issue promptly and moved us to a higher floor without any hassle. We really appreciated how quickly they resolved the situation and how pleasant and helpful the staff were throughout the process. Their willingness to listen and make things right made a big difference and contributed to an overall wonderful stay.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de nombreux lieux d'intérêt, de magasins et de restaurants. La vue depuis notre chambre au 24ème étage était intéressante. Nous avons apprécié l'accès au salon dont la vue sur la ville était du côté opposé à celle depuis notre chambre (et plus impressionnante). Très bon petit déjeuner.

Le ménage dans la chambre était d'une efficacité inégale selon les jours. Le réceptionniste à l'arrivée aurait pu nous donner plus d'informations sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel (par exemple, nous avons découvert par hasard que le petit déjeuner était aussi servi au salon pendant le week-end). Donc, la communication avec les clients doit être améliorée. Surtout, le matelas était beaucoup trop mou pour nous : nous sortions du lit avec le dos endolori.

NO HABLAN ESPAÑOL, algo es inasumible para un hotel como este en una ciudad como Bruselas. Tampoco cuentan con opciones para los intolerantes a la lactosa, un detalle poco cuidado.

Lage und Früstück waren sehr gut.

Die Klimaanlage deaktivierte sich in unserem Zimmer immer nach 1 bis 2 Stunden. Das war in der Nacht sehr störend, weil das Zimmer dann direkt sehr warm wurde Der Neustart dauerte dann immer.

Isolation acoustique déplorable. On entend tout dehors(pourtant nous étions au 20ème étage) et tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir. C'est dommage pour un si bel hôtel...

L'hôtel est moderne et très propre. On a une vue sur Bruxelles. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et très bon.

Nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit de la rue (voix de promeneurs, voitures qui pétaradent, circulation incessante). Le matelas était trop mou (mal de dos fin de nuit). La salle de bain n'était pas complètement fermée et la seule porte qu'il y avait servait à la fois pour la douche et pour le WC (pas du tout pratique quand on est deux à aller à ces deux endroit différents. De plus, merci pour les odeurs WC dans la chambre)

The location and close proximity to the metro. A very safe neighbourhood. Clean rooms and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent view of the city.

L emplacement de notre chambre juste en haut d un bar !! Nous n avons pas pu dormir pendant 2 nuits nous n avions pas d idée du pourquoi c’était si bruyant Toutefois Yousra nous a aidé lorsque nous avons mentionné notre situation et elle nous a proposé une autre chambre pour notre dernière ce que nous avons apprécié

The view was exceptional as well as the location. The spa was definitely a treat as well. Comfy beds and good amenities.

It was quite a surprise to learn that there was no door to the shower room and that the toilet was a glass cubicle!

Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and a lovely hotel overall. Very centric.

We paid for a late check-out, but the keys stopped working at the regular check-out time. We then had to queue for 20 minutes at reception to get the issue resolved. This was frustrating and disappointing. During the weekend, there was an extremely loud local venue right in front of the hotel. Even with the windows closed, we could hear the music and people very loudly from the 15th floor, which made it particularly difficult for our baby to sleep.

Le style

Incredible hotel, i d say like a 5 star one. The room was excellent, the establishment perfect, the location superb, the breakfast UNBELIEVABLE ☺️. I wll definitely visit it again.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le personnel la beauté de Dieu ainsi que le confort de la chambre, et un emplacement de choix avec accès à beaucoup de magasins À pied

D’un point de vue personnel pour moi le séjour s’est tellement bien passé que je ne vois rien à améliorer
