Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal,siempre ayudando en todo. La decoración de la cafetería de 10 y el desayuno variado y abundante. La ubicación un poco alejado del centro histórico,pero ya contábamos con ello,para nosotros no supuso ningún problema ya que íbamos dando un paseo .La limpieza correcta, hacían todos los días la habitación. Gran detalle de bienvenida con un cocktail de la casa y juegos de mesa para distraerse un poco.En cuanto al depósito de seguridad,lo devuelven enseguida,en nuestro caso prácticamente después de hacer el check out y comprobar que estaba todo correcto en la habitación.
Lo que menos me ha gustado es el tema de colchones y almohadas,se podía mejorar sin duda,aunque eso va a gusto de cada uno. El sofá cama no es muy cómodo que digamos.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Hotelul este drăguț și cozy, curat, personalul amabil și micul dejun foarte bun. Locația este cam la 20 min de mers pe jos de centru. Se poate ajunge în centru și cu un autobuz care are stația la câteva minute de hotel.
Uneori, noaptea, se mai auzeau zgomote de afară. Sunt destul de sensibilă la zgomote, însă per total nu a fost deranjant, mai ales având în vedere că hotelul este amplasat într-o zonă destul de circulată.

Die Lage ist ok, aber zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist man ca. 20min zu Fuß unterwegs. Aber die Musseen in der Nähe sind toll und tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Staff are superb, going out of the their way to help you. The location is really great... a ton of restaurants within 3 minutes of the hotel. The lounge/breakfast area is fun and the breakfast itself was quite good.
There was no hot water in (apparently) the building at 8:30 am the morning of our departure. Was working again by 10:30 but... not great. Also the leather (?) headboard was deteriorating on one side of the bed. Resulted in bits of old leather dropping on the bed. Again ... not great.

I opened booking and I saw that there were several free room and I booked one. When I told it to the girl at the concierge as an answer to my words she left the desk annoyed and asked to be substitued by someone else. I found it really obnoxious

The atmosphere in the lobby was very inviting with its cozy furniture and the card/board games that are available to use for all guests. We had a great time there! The rooms were super spacious and clean. Each guest gets a voucher for a free welcome drink upon arrival!
No major or permanent issues to complain about, really. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was that the bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, which, however, is something that can be remedied easily.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Very modern chic hotel. Very busy in terms of decor, but generally relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was also modern decor and comfortable. I was on a lower floor, so not great in terms of view. It is walking distance from the train, if you don’t mind dragging your luggage over the cobblestone. Location seems to be in a very lively area and we were able to walk to the city center to meet our tour guide, though I think the walk is about 15-20 minutes. I only stayed for one night so was not able to enjoy all of the amenities, but things looked good from what I could see.

No quarto, não gostei tanto do espaço para pendurar a roupa, ficava tudo à vista. Não tinha frigorífico, o que, por vezes, faz falta, nomeadamente na altura do verão.

No nos gustó que te retengan cincuenta euros,no entendemos a razón de qué se retiene un dinero.

We were even able to check in early, which was incredibly helpful. Plus, the welcome drink was delicious. The hotel is in a great location, next to many shops and within walking distance of the city center.

We were given four welcome drink tickets. I had the best latte that I’ve ever tasted. The hotel was situated in a good location where you could walk to restaurants and shops. It was easy to call a bolt for pick up and drop off.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Das Moxy hat eine super Lage, in der Nähe sind Cafés und Restaurants. Darüber hinaus sind bspw. Das Margitte Museum fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig, man hört auch kaum andere Hotelgäste. Die Betten sind wirklich sehr bequem!

No había armarios ni cajones, un perchero y cuatro perchas en un panel en la pared.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026It provides classical and reliable Moxy experience. The stuff is very helpful. The location was great and the cleanliness of my room was superb. The food served at bar was also great and I found breakfast good as well.
This is not related with my stay at all but I was asked to pay security deposit during check in. It was okay to pay It but It was not shown on Booking.com. I would have expected the total amount shown also includes the security deposit. Then I would have booked another hotel maybe.
