The hotel was close to a lot of restaurant, Spacious room, quiet room even though close to the street.

It was not a clean place. Before even stepping into the hotel, it looked gross on the ground. Then when I actually walked in the glass doors, the floor was nasty. The first thing I saw when I walked in and looked up was a trash can full of trash and running over on the floor. That was NOT a great impression. That had me worried about what the room would look like. Then when I got in the room I had to ask for a different room because the room vent looked rusted and nasty. I was afraid that maybe it had mold. The closet doors were dirty too. I asked for a different room and then I got a different room, it had a broken curtain that wouldn’t open all the way, the bathroom and closet doors were dirty, the light under one bed didn’t work, and there was a brown spot on the floor next to the bed that had the working light. I wasn’t comfortable in the hotel and I couldn’t wait until the next day to leave. I will not book at this hotel again. I wish I would have thought to take pictures.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, attractive and spacious lobby. Happy to have a mobility accessible bathroom. We liked the in-room coffee and fitness center.

TV was difficult to use and navigate. Instructions would be welcome. Also, my elderly mother would have liked more lighting in the room, such as an overhead light

Absolutely loved it!! Every aspect of the hotel from the lobby, to the very spacious room, surrounding hotel environment including many eateries. The staff were very lovely and supportive with all my queries.

The staff was more concerned about incoming messages on her phone. Handed me room keys but only said like 3 words to me. Didn't even tell me what floor my room was on, or anything about breakfast or amenities.

Very hot! The loony and the rooms felt like the A/C did not work..also the front desk lady was kind of rude because I wanted to check in at 11 am instead of 3 pm (I was only there for one day so checking in at 3 would’ve took my whole day there)

Excellent customer service

Check in was easy and fast. Fresh cookies upon arrival. Hotel was very clean, room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Staff had a text system for communication and met needs promptly. They honored my request for a high floor view of Dallas skyline for a birthday.

I did not like that they charge extra for microwave. Other than that, no complaints.

Quality has significantly decreased. Thermostat in room did not affect room temperature. Mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, and room had a mildew smell.

The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. I am aware of courtesy check in before 12 o’clock is available if inquired and I did inquire the previous day before arrival. The manager’s name is VALERIE and she needs additional customer service training. The manager VALERIE did not greet us and had a sarcastic attitude when I explained that previously I can check in before 12 o’clock, she stated that there’s a $25 charge if we wanted to check in at 12:34 which is never been a case or issue.

The staff was friendly and the room view was good but I requested a higher floor but it was not available apparently.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. There were strands of hair in the shower and on the sink. Also, the window curtain doesn't close all the way to provide a blackout effect like it should and the sun came in and woke us earlier than we wanted to get up. The gap under the entrance door allows noise from guests walking and talking in the hallway to be heard and the light from there as well.

The room was unbelievably hot and we could our neighbors easily. Also- as much as we paid for our stay and being a Hilton Honors member, I can’t believe y’all charge for breakfast, and so much at that.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but we did eat dinner from the restaurant and the food was very good!

If I had to say something I didn't like it would be that there was not a hot tub .
