Spark by Hilton Richardson Dallas

Room was clean , more than enough for one night stay.

No concerns

Dirty towels and cock roaches are unacceptable.

It was prepaid and we felt like we had no choice but to stay sadly, but wont stay at this location again

We only drank the coffee But we like the location

The info in the room stated that the towels would be replaced and trash would be emptied every other day and it was not

Clean rooms and the staff is so kind and helpful. Ayush was helpful since the time we checked In. He gave us an early check in as our flight was early. I would preferably stay here than any other hotel when I visit Dallas again.

The breakfast bar, I was gonna stay at the hilton gardens, but you guys offered breakfast, which was just continental breakfast

Visiting grand kids in The L's, so this isn't particularly close, but works. Our 2nd stay, very consistent excellent. Both of us fell asleep and stayed asleep-very rare. Fairly dark room. Great TV and selections. Had FOX! Big rooms. Pillows were fine; we usually bring our own, but these were square, different, and excellent. Price is great, 15% higher than last year. The parking for us is excellent.

Found a lady bug dead, on the air unit when we first came in, which made us question cleaning. Also, the paint job in the bathroom is as bad as first time we stayed. More of a 'chuckle' moment than affecting our stay. Coffee good, the breakfast is which bad banana do you want. Big seating area. Don't expect anything fancy. ppl at the front desk were alert and attentive.

The breakfast had boiled eggs, different breads, yogart, and fruit juices. Cereals of many kinds. bagels, muffins .

could have had more fruit choices.

Breakfast was good. Everything was fresh. Hotel was very quiet. Room was extremely clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Very happy with everything.

Clean room,

Nothing. Out of my expectation

Not clean. No conditioner in the shower, water leakage, not clean. The wall of shower had some strange dirty things on it. After I asked for sending somebody to clean receptionist said ok but at night my trashes were there and it was untouched.the hallway floor and the doors were all dirty. Breakfast was horrible.

I liked the hotel and the location. Good TV. Great shower.

The air conditioning was roaring ao I unplugged it to get to sleep. The bathroom door made a sharp abrasive sound when being opened and closed.

Everything i like in this stay especially staff was very nicel

Nothing everything ok for me

It was a nice big room. It was quite and easy to find.

I didn't realize i had to pay a 100 dollars deposit fee. But it all worked out because I could pay cash. The ice machine was broken on my floor so I had to go down to the next level for ice.

The staff was friendly and SO accommodating!

The staff were great! I left an item behind in my room and they were very helpful in me recovering it, I'm quite grateful.

Nothing comes to mind

Exelente

The hotel was nice and clean overall.

We arrived around 2:00 a.m. and had to wait about 30 minutes for someone at the front desk. We also requested sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, but the sheets were still wet and no blankets were provided. Since the hotel knows how many guests each room can accommodate, it would be helpful to have these items prepared in advance.

Good

No, it was good

Stuff are very friendly

Add some new iteam on breakfast .

Great location - lovely and quiet Great facilities - clean & comfortable Brilliant staff - looked after us and made us feel like family

Everything was great

Beds were very comfortable, pool was perfect.

There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling

They charged for a service animal very sneakily, very illegal and were extremely rude about it

Close to grandchildren

Everything was good

The beds were comfortable and the front desk woman was kind. We were looking for a low cost, no frills place to sleep during our travels, and this hotel checked that box.

The hotel was musty. Our AC was set to 69* when we entered, but I can't imagine that the room ever reached below 77* until about 3am. The workout room and breakfast were both sparse. The stairwell (we take stairs where we can instead of elevators) was dirty and it seemed that the hotel was being renovated sporadically.

Convenient location, soft comfortable bed,

Breakfast had very limited selection

The staff

I had to change rooms two times, the toilet wasn't working in the first room and then a bug in the next room. The Manager never called me.

Location

Old carpet. Strong detergent smell

We had to check out in 4 hours after checking in, the smell of bleach was overwhelming and the air conditioning was not great, the pillows were too big and uncomfortable

Todo

Nada

The location was great.

The breakfast option was horrible. They also do not have towels. Like none. We ended up going buy towels from Walmart.

Que no devuelven el deposito a tiempo ya casi 8 dias y aun. No an devuelto el deposito

Help

The rooms were clean although there was a huge water leak and they had to rip the walls apart right outside of my room which was anything but peaceful

Pj at the front desk was nice but there seemed to be a lot of drama at this hotel. The Nigerian maintenance guy was extremely rude when I was trying to enter my room and asked for space to enter and he wouldn’t move. I told him he was being invasive and he became extremely mouthy and rude - not any way guests should be treated, especially young women traveling alone and wanting space from her room.

My first time in a hotel room without a rug

Os banheiros não tinham agua. A descarga é por conta gotas. O chuveiro também é por conta gotas. O café é sempre o mesmo e faltam itens se acordar mais tarde. A equipe é simpatica e prestativa.

Fantastic hospitality and delicious breakfast. A relaxing stay overall

Everything was clean, modern, and well-organized.

Todo

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay and always ready to help. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the amenities and overall atmosphere of the property. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the experience felt relaxing from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Todo bueno

Handicapped accommodations, late check-in, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, plenty of linens. My sister-in-law and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

There wasn't anything.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Hotel was clean which was good. Pretty much no frills. Room was large and a good tv. I felt like my side of the bed was a little lumpy. Very good shower. Breakfast wasn't worth taking the time. We got coffee only. We just needed a reasonable, clean space to sleep while visiting relatives. Price was very good. It met our expectations.

Breakfast was minimal but based on what we paid no big deal.

The air conditioner gets super cold. The location of the hotel is great.

We had some plumbing issues with the standard shower draining. It almost flooded each time we took a shower. The breakfast is all cold. There's no eggs or meat. It's basically cereal, oatmeal, bagels and muffins. Not up to the Hilton Image.

Highly recommend! The staff was welcoming and the stay was smooth and enjoyable

The breakfast was excellent

Everything is perfect

Wonderful experience! Everything was neat, peaceful.

Great stay

The smell in the hallway

Location

Break fast same everyday Coffee took forever to get one For Two nights not enough towels

Clean, trendy, and comfortable.

I had such a lovely stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect. I’d absolutely stay again!

What stood out the most was the level of customer service.

the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable.
