Hampton Inn & Suites-Dallas/Richardson

good

It was extremitly hot and there were no shade out by the pool! There umbrella stands but NO umbrellas

安靜的區域 離DART車站還算近

Breakfast is very good, and the location is convenient due to distance to the University of Texas in Dallas.

Location was great for meaning behind the stay

Front desk charges customers for items not used during stay then has an attitude when asked about it.

Cleanliness could have been better. Room was not cleaned for days. I had to call multiple times just to get sheets changed

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for the event we attended, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were especially accommodating when we extended our stay through Booking.com, allowing us to keep the same room. We would happily stay here again!

A complimentary pitcher of ice water with lemon in the dining area would be a wonderful addition, especially during the hot summer months. Also, the coffee and hot tea in the dining area were often cold and tasted stale.

I didn’t know the room cleaning is done every other days. I wish I had been told when I checked in.

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Dallas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nothing really

Staff was friendly, very clean, beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. Was very reasonably priced. Definitely staying here again

The good: Gym was well maintained and in good working condition. Staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was solid, and the eating area was convenient for all of the work group to gather throughout the day. The bad: The bed and pillow were not good. Mattress was crazy firm, pillows were weirdly small. I slept about 3 hours total in 3 nights. The water in the shower had a tough time varying. It felt like it was always way too hot or way too cold.

Todo impecable, instalaciones, limpieza, atención del personal!!

Nada, solo que el desayuno podría ser un poco más completo (queso, jamón)

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Then whole building just seemed sticky. It was very humid outside but it seemed to follow inside regardless of A/C. Just felt like a much older building that what it was.

Staff very friendly and professional. Always had a ready smile to brighten our day.

Convenient to what location I needed to be.

A lot of people running up and down halls in evening but stopped by 10 pm

Terrence at front desk was nice. Room was clean.

Ice machine wasnt working.

Location

A/c never turned off

Made me feel like home

Nothing

Staff talking very rude way . Even they don’t clean My room next day. I ask for towels next day , that says came down and pick up.

It’s nice location. Room is clean and comfortable.

But breakfast is limited choices and would like to have Asian style breakfast. Long drive from airport and if you arrive late night, there is no restaurant and front desk food counter has limited options.

The evening front desk girl was fantastic! She was very helpful with things to do in the area.

I thought our room would have been attended to but was not. We could have used more towels.

Loved the breakfast

La hubicación

Que no les querian hacer check in a mi familia si no estaba la persona que hizo la reservación (yo), cuando claramente la habitación era para 4 personas y 3 de las 4 estaban ahí, se porto muy ruda la recepcionista

Everything. Exceptional service. Ruben the hotel manger was absolutely accommodating and very helpful. Best service I’ve received in a long time!

Absolutely nothing, everything was great.

All fine except pool

Pool was dirty with birds around

It was very clean, quiet, and a great value!! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!!

Breakfast -- so many delicious choices!

Standard amerikanisches Frühstück. Alles sauber, freundliches Personal, gut gelaunt. Parkplätze verfügbar direkt vor dem Hotel.

Der Poolbereich ist etwas lieblos gestaltet. Leider funktionierte nur ein Fahrstuhl, daher immer etwas Wartezeit, aber nicht schlimm.

Elevators on arrival were not working. We had to tote an extra large suitcase to the 4th floor, with not assistance.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Clean. Good breakfast. Convenient and free parking

The air conditioning was hard to get comfortable. Wish we could have ran it in fan only mode continuously. It would wake us up when the unit clicked on and off.

Everything was excellent, except the electrical outlets don't work properly.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Especially Diane. The front desk.

No cleaning the room everyday

I ALWAYS CHOOSE THE HAMPTON INN BECAUSE OF THE CLEANLINESS AND BREAKFAST.

HONESTLY NOTHING TO DISLIKE

Improve the breakfast

Location and Staff were Great! Staff very welcoming, Pretty area/safe environment. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not great (kinda bland) but well enough.

liked most everything except the bed, it was too hard could not get comfortable, repositioned all night long even tried laying on pillows but those were too small and had no support. Woke up sore & tired.

Location.

Tv and cleanliness

Good location and very nice accommodations. Clean, comfortable and quiet for a very reasonable price.

Nice selection. Clean, easy access.

The room was clean, comfortable and the shower had instant hot water. It was close to our event & good restaurants.

The breakfast was good, but wished it had a restaurant style eating experience.

Quite

Breakfast was great! Had lots of choices! Your oatmeal is spot on!!

We were on the third floor and the floor above us was a bit noisy.

Close to my grandkids

EXELENTE 😍

Todo muy confortable 😍

The Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast wasn’t good enough.

The Location was great easy to find, clean on the outside, and accessible. Hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable bathroom amenities were great. What I ate for breakfast was good with plenty of options.

I waited for reception staff every time I went to welcome desk. No one was ever standing there and had to wait at least two minutes before someone came out. Phone in Bedroom did not work. Some problems getting AC unit to work, I never figured it out but room was comfortable. That was on me for not requesting help. Staff weren't the friendliest but were not horrible.
