A beautiful room and common areas. The bar and restaurant on site had reasonably priced meals and drinks. All staff we dealt with were friendly. Parking was conveniently close.

The staff was very nice and courteous. The room was exceptionally , we even had a nice view of downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanliness and the staff was Amazing

I had a unique room - the fitness room. They only have a few but it is a king size room combined with a small workout area with an exercise bike, free weights, exercise ball and a few other items. The room is very good sized. The bed was super comfy and the toilet was taller than most which helps if you are tall. The breakfast buffet was good and it was nice to have real plates instead of paper. The interior hallways were freezing however and we had to pay $15 for parking in the ramp. There are limited spaces on the street.

My family and I never received a room, but had our money taken off my card at the Double Tree Hilton in Canton at their front desk. Very rude people, couldn't help me with a room nor my money back. So I will never reserve a room here ever again.

I wished the people could've been more understanding that me, along with my family had just came into town and had no where to stay because of Double Tree by Hilton in Canton

As I was checking in, front desk told me street parking only and options at the Post Office and a few parking garages within walking distance. I was thanked as a Lifetime Diamond Member, first time in almost 30 stays. I asked where Business Center was and they did not have one, even though they advertise one. :-( I was missing shampoo in my room, called downstairs and no ne answered, i had to walk downstairs at 5:30am and found no one at front desk. Finally, was given a few shampoo bottles. Everything else was great, room, fitness center and even pool. But HILTON, its the simple things that matter. Sincerely Lifetime Diamond Member!

The hotel staff is amazing. They took the time to answer all our questions. The hotel room was spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the NFL Hall of Fame. I loved the staff at the bar. There is no valet parking. However, there is an overnight parking garage across the street where you can come and go all the time. You can download the app and pay in advance. It is $15/day. The hotel met all our needs and is definitely worth staying.

The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent.. the sink had way more pressure! It was a little backwards!

Clean, skybridge, 2 nightstands, lots of updated outlets, nice tiled shower with footrest for shaving, dinner and breakfast were both very good, short uber ride to the civic center.

The elevator is secured which is great for safety, but not when you are trying to check out, leave your keys in the room, then can't press 2 to get to the skybridge for the parking lot. Had to go to the lobby front desk to have someone assist. It is a bit pricey, but we would stay again.

They got us a room and the thermostat was broken, at first they just want us to use a space heater, we did not agree so they finally moved us to a different room. What a solution!!!

Serviço do café da manhã no 300 Bar & Grill não gostei. Para ir para mesa tivemos que esperar o funcionário nos indicar o local. Estranho pois estava praticamente vazio. As bebidas tipo suco e café tem que ser pedidas pelo atendente que não tinha paciência e atendia sozinho. Serviço não incluso no preço da hospedagem.

The hotel is downtown, close to Palace Theater, Bender's Tavern (great seafood), and First Ladies and history museums. Rooms are large and comfy, lounge/restaurant has good food and great breakfast buffet, and safe free street parking available. Football HOF is easy drive or Uber away.

The atmosphere and the city itself the hotel was very modern and welcoming.

It is always nice to have an onsite place to eat. We ate twice (breakfast & dinner) in the restaurant and the food was great.

That we had to pay to park in the garage or obtain street parking. I am not fond of street parking for safety purposes when travelling, a space in the parking garage as part of your room would be nice.

The room was large

Old and dirty. I couldn't just turn on the TV and watch anything, I had to log in to my personal accounts to watch TV. The bathroom, the way the shower was, water went all over the floor. No microwave. Tiny bathroom vanity. Also, the location. No food or stores nearby for early or late travelers. Breakfast overpriced.

Booking.com's price. I had to pay 345.00 It was listed as 219.00 the day we arrived and there was nothing I could do it about it.

Fantastic hotel from the lobby, to the FD staff, the amount of built in security, cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the bed, space in the shower, Loved it all!! The parking was a bit tricky, but the FD staff explained it well and we made it work.

Ky made a terrific first impression- friendly, helpful, great customer service skills- very welcoming! The room was delightful- clean, roomy, delightful bed! We were lucky to use street parking ( tx to Ky) !

My expectations for the breakfast buffet far exceeded the results Mostly because the items ( eggs especially) were barely warm, the pastries were dry but the coffee was goid!

It was fine.

Mislead about parking. We were told $15 per night. But later we were told $16 from check in to midnight and another $16 from midnight to checkout. We were billed $47.98 on our credit card.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Canton. Staff was very nice, they have a nice hotel bar. Parking is convenient. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to Benders Tavern, and across the street from “First Ladies National Park”. Downtown Canton is a “ghost town”, but we walked around a little, and felt safe, and no problem.

There was no free breakfast. End up charging your room. When requested extra material for room they never showed up. Staff was not friendly.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was clean. Heavy doors keep out hallway and elevator noise. I am disabled and they allowed me to park in a very convenient place.
