Fairfield Inn and Suites Canton South

Easy to find; right off the highway. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was fair-good.

Carpet flooring in the room. Furniture stained.

Very nice facility and very friendly staff.

The shower area could use a facelift. Grab bars?

Staff nice

Cheap but incredibly comfortable. 2 ply toilet paper!!!

The shower curtain was not long enough

I like everything. My room was excellent. I would recommend this hotel. The staff were wonderful!

Great staff, clean room & excellent breakfast choices. Location is perfect if you are going to the Football Hall of Fame. Highly recommend.

Staff were so kind and considerate.

The staff.

The pricing was way too high for the type of hotel. With this type of pricing, there should have been valet parking and a restaurant.

Clean and fresh

Not many food choices close

I made the last minute reservations for 2 nights 1 night before arrival. I was then notified to cancel the reservations which I did at 11am on the first day of the reservation. I put in a request for full refund and as of this moment I have not been notified of the refund. Note, I will adjust this score once I receive a fair refund. Kelly Burns

Very good

How clean it was The people were very nice The room was great Property was great

Was a little to cold temperature

Michael checked us in. He was very helpful and explained where and when breakfast would be both days of our stay. Charlotte helped us when husband spilled juice. She spoke to us and asked about our stay. We felt like she could be family. She even remembered our names the next morning!

Room was far from elevator for husband with cane. However, we never asked for closer nor did we mention it to anyone at hotel so was our own fault.

The pool area was clean and so was the room. The carpets were also very clean.

The desk person wasnt very welcoming. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. Also, the rooms are dim. Maybe upgrade the light fixtures to allow more light.

Clean room, comfy beds, and awesome breakfast!!

Tea with coffee in room and maybe thicker comforter.

Liked everything. Staff from beginning to end were wonderful! The property was spacious and laid out in a convenient and easy to find way. Rooms were nice; had extra sitting area with couch and table; also had walk in showers. Breakfast buffet was always clean and food containers always full and good!

Nothing!

Staff is always friendly. Very clean rooms and property. Quit location. Easy in and out.

Right off 77 easy to get to

Clean with very good continental breakfast. Very friendly staff. Fresh cold fruit water available.

Facility is very dated, and the furniture was worn and sketchy looking.

Location

Price other places where less

I needed a place for early .morning check in and couldnt help me due to 4pm check in. And wouldn't refund me.

Breakfast was great, beds were good, clean room nice staff.

They need a nIcely decorated and heated smoking area.

Very nice 👌 👍

All good 👍

The lady working the front was so wonderful nice an clean bed was great yes I would stay again planning on it again soon

The electric car charger was a huge convenience.

Breakfast was good and room was very comfortable

nothing

The location and room.

They have my room deposit still tied up on with my bank. -100.00 and its been a few weeks since my stay

Great place friendly

The pool was cold and I had a scooter so handicapped access abilities was limited wish there was handicap doors opening buttons to access

Toilet seat was dirty upon arrival

The staff, especially the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful.

The room smelled of smoke and could’ve been cleaner. There was only two carts to bring your luggage to and from your room, with one unusable due to a wheel completely immobile. The pool was unusable due to being too cold.

Everything

N/A

Almost everything!!! Very clean and very nice.

Just one incident happened. There was a little debris in the pool and my son got a small cut on his toe. They shut the pool down immediately! We were understanding and forgiving. I still would stay here again, because it is a very nice place to stay. You have to understand things happen beyond people’s control, and it was very minor.

Room was very large and spacious for three people.

Breakfast. Rubbery sausage, lukewarm coffee at 5:00 a.m..

Friendly staff and very clean

Quiet and out of the way

NA

Fantastic staff! Clean and new looking hotel and rooms

Bed was super uncomfortable!

Staff greeted and linked my rewards account before I checked it. Staff was the best especially the female

Was very pleased!! Staff was very accomodating! We came for a cheer competition and theynplaced us all as close as possible! It was very clean! Breakfast was good, with lots of choices compared to other hotels we have stayed at. I loved the wire shelves in shower to hold all of my personal shower products

The bed was a little on the firm side and felt hard but thats just a personal perference.

Close to expressway. Quiet. Clean

It was a very nice hotel! Clean and fancy!

Gut gelegen zur Übernachtung nach der Hall of Fame Gutes und Preiswertes Hotel Gutes WLAN Bequeme Betten

We got in late during a storm ,it w as nice just to be inside

Clean room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Stayed 1 night while visiting family.

Very nice room, hotel was very clean Breakfast was very good My only issue was the highway, our room faces it and although we didn’t notice the noise till later in the evening when the room was quiet, next time I would ask for the other side of the hotel

Right off of the interstate with food and gas right there. Quick easy drive to the football hall of fame. The oatmeal/yogurt bar was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. There must have been at least 10 toppings to choose from. The quiche was good too. Staff were very friendly.

Housekeeping did not clean the room or switch out towels. No big deal but we were not told that we would not have housekeeping service. They did give us fresh towels when we asked.

We could hear the upstairs occupants walking back and forth the whole time.

Absolutely great front desk - LOLA

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. I’ll definitely stay here again

I want my money Back Now..never got my room cuz girl Lulu was disrespectful amd said I had to pay 50 more dollars for room and I didn’t have and I never got room! Give my money back now

Breakfast was ok

The place was very clean! The staff was very helpful and pleasant .

It was in a great location, right off the interstate. The beds are very comfortable.

The lobby is very inviting and the staff are friendly. The room was also comfortable and very clean.

Overall, the Breakfast was okay but could have been better. Like many places, they’re now using Powder eggs - which don’t have the best taste.

Location

No issues

Easy to get too. Clean Good breakfast

Nothing

Very clean. Good variety for breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Customer service was great from check in to check out

WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY. THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND INTERESTED IN WHAT EVER WE MAY HAVE WANTED, WHICH WAS NOTHING, BECAUSE IT EVERY THING WAS GREAT. Thank you (General Manager) Jamie Banker

Everything was nice, clean and accommodating. Room was neat and had more space than I realized when booking so that was a plus.

They never responded to my early check in request. The complimentary breakfast was not that good

Clean and convenient

Absolutely great place! Shower was awesome! Comfortable bed! Staff was GREAT! Breakfast smelled awesome! I’d stay here again without giving it a second thought!

The people upstairs kept us up most of the night. Asked the reception to call them but it didn't make a difference.
