Dans l'ensemble tout était vraiment très bien : l hotel en lui meme sympa , très bon emplacement , le pti dej un vrai vrai plus .

Notre chambre était un peu petite pour 4 par rapport au prix que l on paye .

We stay here 2 or 3 times a year, driving in from Vegas. It's close enough to the beach that the drive is about 5 minutes.. it's a residential neighborhood that we love to walk in at night. The area has always been safe. Parking under the carport is nice, the free breakfast is actually good lol! The staff are super nice, the rooms are Always perfectly clean 🙂

This trip, our room was upstairs on the end near the elevator and the street. Too loud. I'll ask to change my room next time. That's been my only complaint in 6 years of regular visits here!

Los housekeepers muy atentos y amables, diría lo mejor del hotel. La cama muy cómoda. La piscina está bien. La ubicación esta bien a 10 min en bus al pier de santa Monica. Y con autobús directo a Hollywood.

El sitio como tal es una estructura de parking, un pequeño complejo para todas las habitaciones que tiene. El precio que se paga es totalmente desorbitado para lo que es el alojamiento. El olor a humedad en la habitacion es muy fuerte y el ruido de los air con es alucinante. El desayuno un 0, todo de plástico, lo mismo siempre, los huevos los traen de una bolsa de plástico, ni los cocinan ellos. A parte, se colapsa la habitacion de desayuno porque es muy pequeña, y las mesas están en el patio de las habitaciones con lo que si te toca el piso de abajo, te despierta la gente y te ven cambiarte, nada de privacidad. La habitacion no tiene luz, es solo la de las lámparas. El parking NO ESTÁ INCLUIDO 47€ por 4 noches.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer geräumig mit Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut mit warmen Speisen, Süßem und Brot, nur mehr Obst dürfte es gerne sein. Das größte Plus ist aber die perfekte Lage am Santa Monica Boulevard mit einer Buslinie direkt vor der Tür, die in die eine Richtung westwärts über Santa Monica bis Venice fährt, in die andere Richtung bis Downtown LA. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig oder in wenigen Fahrminuten gut erreichbar. Auch der relativ günstige Parkplatz ist groß.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber das störte den Aufenthalt in keinster Weise und war auch auf den Fotos zu erkennen

La chambre n’était pas propre, une mauvaise odeur, j’ai même pas osé marché nu pied ! Trop loin de la jetée et du centre.

There are no drinks (water, sodas) available and the vending machine cannot be used as the numbers to select the drinks have faded. The breakfast food selection is very little, and no cheese.

The unenthusiastic rude receptionist the morning we arrived. Smiling or being helpful doesn't go astray.

Esmorzar senzill però cada dia una mica diferent i molt bo. Zona de taules a una terrassa per poder-hi menjar. Molt a prop de tot arreu. Habitacions grans i netes.

A la reserva posava aparcament gratuït i no és així. Et cobren 10$ per dia.

Mauvais accueil sans information sur l’hôtel. Les chambres sont hors d’âge et excessivement petites (difficile de pouvoir ouvrir une valise par exemple). Et l’on découvre que le ménage des chambres est realisé sur demande alors que la nuit est à 300 € !!!

Location is ok, its easy finding, and close to main road. Staff is ok, they give us extra towels on our request

The breakfast is very poor. Only eggs and sweet things, as pankakes, or marmelade. The room smell bad. The carpet on the floor looks very old and dirty, full of dust. We spend there 4 nights, but the staff didnt clean the room. The room is cleaning only upon request. The parking is payable.

One night stay, all was good other than the bath/shower base that was very slippery and could have led to a major fall and injury. My concern was communicated to the receptionist on our departure.

Odalar genelde zeminde. Bizim kaldığımız yer ana binadan farklı bir binada idi. Odalar çok ortalıkta. Bütün bir kapalı alan ve bina yok. Çok dağınık. Kahvaltılar hep paketli gıda.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. The parking was good (and well priced). It was a good location (only a few mins drive to Santa Monica beach. Also easy to get to Venice Beach (10 mins), Beverly Hills (30mins ish), Hollywood (30mins) ish) etc.) It was nice to have a pool. It was always quiet and there were loungers and pool towels. Internet was fine and worked throughout property. Included Breakfast was basic but had everything you need (a waffle maker, eggs, sausage/bacon, cereal, pastries, porridge). Couple of juices, tea and coffee. Nice to sit at tables and chairs which were laid out between the rooms to eat. For a very well priced motel, this worked perfectly for us as a base as we were out and about most of the time. Important to have a car if staying here.

Przyjemny, czysty hotel, w bezpiecznej i cichej okolicy. Pokój bardzo duży, większy niż standardowe pokoje w innych hotelach. Klimatyzacja cicha. Śniadania podstawowe, ale wystarczające. Super basen - duży i z przyjemnie chłodną, orzeźwiająca wodą. Wygodny parking. Dobrze zlokalizowany. Plaża 20 min jazdy samochodem, Universal Studios - 30 min jazdy, outlety - 30 min jazdy. Kameralny i przytulny hotel. Miła obsługa. Świetna jakość do ceny.

Breakfast was great.

They had no room available for our arrival,so we slept on the first floor by the loud street. Close to the entrance door and you can hear slamming doors night and days. We checked out earlier, unfortunately. Our stay was ruined.

The location, the breakfast, the tables on the hallway, the bed and pillows.

The breakfast room is too small. The rooms could use an update. The parking should be included. I think the price could be a little lower.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The kids thought the soccer shaped waffles were so cool. Plenty of parking spaces and all the staff we engage with were very pleasant. It was a very easy drive to the pier.

Would have liked the pool hours to have stayed open a little later but other that that our stay was fine.

Booking.com book me a room that was unavailable had to cancel and wait for refund. Be very careful booking through booking.com same day or even a couple days.. rooms were mediocre some things were falling apart location is just okay not worth the money.

Our microwave stoped working and they charged me 25 dollars after 1 day I left. I had no chance to complain about it. The staff was not frindely. This is the kind of hotel that only wants to make money

Sheets were wrinkly. The hotel is obviously old and could use an update. It met the minimum standards.

1 Zimmer mit Fenster in eine Ecke, sehr dunkel. Allgemein sehr laut durch ACs. Morgenessen sehr schwach. Pool ohne Ambiente, max. zum Abkühlen.

All the staff were so kind and friendly. Gave us a welcome feeling. Breakfast was good. The staff kept clearing the counter and table, which made it very nice. The pool looked very clean. That is hard to maintain. Great job!

It was a cute little hotel. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

There was really nothing I didn’t like everything was good.

Location, free breakfast, relatively safe parking, bed was super comfortable and the room very spacious!

I could not close my curtains at all so there was no way to block out the light at all, and people could see into my room from the terraces (the dark curtains on the sides were mere decorative pieces that could not be moved to a closed position), only the regular white see-through curtains could be closed. That was disappointing and affected sleep and privacy..

La habitación es un poco oscura y tenía un fuerte olor a humedad. El lobby muy pequeño y el hotel no cuenta con espacios comunes. Sala de TV, de descanso etc.

Fast easy check in. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Clean rooms. Hot showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn Santa Monica – West Los Angeles. The location was convenient for exploring Santa Monica and the surrounding areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the on-site parking, which was available for a reasonable fee of $10 per night. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and we would gladly stay here again.

Love the courtyard and the easy access and the garaged parking. We felt safe. The room was clean and spacious.

The pool is open from 9am to 8pm and we were never allowed access. There is no spa or hot tub.

It's a nice hotel in good location with good security. Room was big for a couple or even 3 people with large bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and professional.

It was very expensive for an 'inn' kind of hotel and with extra $10 charge for daily parking. It was during UCLA graduation time and beginning of The Word Cup but still too much. Also, the pool hours are to short, 9am to 8pm as I remember... We never got to use it as we were out during that time. You pay for something that you can't really use it as this isn't a place to hangout all day. Yo want to use pool to either start or finish your day. That was disappointing.

Great breakfast. Room was exactly as described, and even though we got a window to the street, it was really calm at night. The location was perfect for out needs.

Heated pool was advertised, however, the water felt really cold and not heated at all.

The rooms were small and it always had a musty smell.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Comfort Inn Santa Monica, West Los Angeles und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, sauber und gut erreichbar. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was in der Region Los Angeles ein großer Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, Santa Monica ist in etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar oder in wenigen Minuten mit einem Taxi beziehungsweise dem autonomen Shuttle-Service, was für uns ein besonderes Erlebnis war. Unser Zimmer war groß, geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und mit Kühlschrank, Fernseher sowie einem gepflegten Badezimmer war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück. Es war vielfältig und reichhaltig mit verschiedenen Brotsorten, Eiern, Würstchen, Kaffee, Tee und weiteren Angeboten. Für einen guten Start in den Tag war bestens gesorgt. Im Außenbereich stehen Tische und Stühle zur Verfügung, sodass man auch außerhalb des Zimmers gemütlich sitzen und entspannen kann. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, wodurch sich Ausflüge in die Umgebung bequem planen lassen. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel durch seine Sauberkeit, die geräumigen Zimmer, das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, die gute Lage und die praktischen Parkmöglichkeiten überzeugt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Gute Lage in Santa Monica, aber nur mit Mietwagen. Frühstück war sehr gut und immer etwas Abwechslung. Nettes Personal, sehr bemüht.

Extra Parkgebühr 10 $ pro Tag; das Zimmer mit Teppichboden hat sehr modrig und feucht gerochen, war fast unerträglich, wir mussten ständig die Tür öffnen um zu lüften.

it is real close to hospitals they are on the street just a couple blocks west on santa monica blvd .We did not do to the much as went to hospital for my wifes operations.
