سكنت في الفندق لمدة 14 ليلة ولم يعجبني التالي: 1- في كم مرة اضع إشارة تنظيف الغرفة وللأسف أنه لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة كم مرة. 2- الهاوس كيبينج الاغلب لا يتحدثون الانجليزية فقط يتحدثون بالاسبانية. 3- فطور الفندق عادي جدا جدا جدا لا توجد خيارات كثيرة وللامانة ندمت اني وضعت الحجز شامل الافطار. 4- المواقف الخاصة بالفندق راح تدفع فيها 33 دولار لليلة. 5- لا يوجد أحد يساعدك في حمل الحقائب.

There was cockroach in my room and also the lights are not so nice

The size of the room, cleanliness, the staff was friendly and reliable.

The room had a constant white noise. I guess previous customers reported and there is no way to fix it, because there were ear plugs and a note apologising about the noise in the room in a tin box. We only stayed 1 night so it wasn't an issue. But if I had one more night, I would have changed the room. It was room 214.

Possibly the worst night in a hotel. Note to self - if there are earplugs in my next hotel room, go a check out and find another hotel. I’ve stayed near Times Square in NYC and this we a whole different noise. The room hummed like there was an electrical transformer in the closet. Low, dull and constant. The air conditioner sounded like there was a fire alarm going off in the building across the street and it was all topped off with the intermittent rattle of the condenser in the refrigerator cycling on and off. If you still decide to book here, be sure you buy the parking when you book. There are only about 30 spots in the garage, otherwise your car is off in the street in the neighborhood behind the hotel.

This was a cute, simple hotel - ZERO frills, but that's ok. Room was decent, but the only thing I didn't like was feeling very disconnect from personnel at the hotel. The rooms have NO phones, so I had to use my phone. Every time I called, it went to voicemail. Also, the TV, had no cable, so you had to go thru apps that I could not connect to. So if you just want a clean bed and shower, it's an OK spot.

worst Marriott hotel we have ever stayed in, room are not clean, air-condition was noisy in 2 rooms, water pressure is weak, and room has not been cleaned despite 2 remainders to the manager. No breakfast available, and the area is bad with not too many dinning options. we checked out the hotel after the second night and moved to a better hotel.

Great check in and location. Hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast cafe was convenient and adequate.

This hotel is located in Santa Monica about 2.5 miles from the beach. It's on Santa Monica Boulevard so you can drive or take a bus down the road. It doesn't have a pool or fitness room but they do give you a pass to LA fitness which is about a 15m walk away. On the ground floor, there's an area that advertises coffee and croissant for $6. I didn't see it open since I left early. On the other side there is a separate Mexican restaurant that has pretty good food and service but there aren't many tables so you might run out of room. Across from the Mexican restaurant is a little corner shopping area with Domino's Pizza, Chinese food, Indian food, a sushi shack, and a 7-Eleven And on the other side of that shopping area is another one with a pizza restaurant and a fancier Chinese restaurant. And a Smart and Final across the street. So plenty of food options within a 5m walk. They charge $30 for parking but the person at reception encouraged people to park in front of the hotel. If you park after 5pm, you can leave it overnight until 9am for no charge. I see why because there isn't much parking in the parking garage. The receptionist said that it was safe to park on the street and I didn't see any vandalism. The rooms were kind of strange. They have a little window that look out onto a little patio. You can walk onto the patio through a set of security doors and you could then look into every guest's room. Of course, no one did that and most windows had their blinds drawn. The other thing is that every room and hallway has sketches of women, most of them in bikinis. With my daughter in the room, I didn't like the one in my room - two women with their bikini bottoms facing toward the room. I tried taking it off but it was firmly affixed. If I was going with family again, I would not stay there for this simple reason. There's no drawers in the room but there is a closet and open space near the door where you could store suitcases and bags. But if you're looking for a place to just spend the night, it's okay.

Stayed at the FOUND Hotel Santa Monica very pleased! Great location with bars and cafes nearby. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with AC and all essentials. Friendly staff, quick check‑in. Appreciated the free parking and on‑site bar. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

While on a work trip, we booked this hotel for the remainder of our stay and found it to be an excellent choice. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean - perfect for both rest and work. I especially loved the well‑equipped desk, which made it easy to catch up on work before bed. The Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, and parking was convenient; we found spaces easily, which made navigating the city stress‑free. I would definitely book here again without hesitation.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider coming back. The location turned out to be one of the biggest advantages — it’s close enough to Santa Monica attractions, restaurants, and shops, while still being in a relatively спокойном районе. Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Santa Moniitca. It's got that cool minimalist Marriott vibe. My favorite part was that I didn't have to hunt foor power outlets to charge my laptop and phone, they're everywhere. The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear someone in the hallway once or twice, but overall it was pretty chill. Much better value than the overpriced hotels right on the water

Don’t stay here! If you want to get any sleep! Stay elsewhere! Their broken air conditioning system is louder than a stadium rock show. It’s so bad they have free ear plugs in every room! So Marriott knows they have a problem, and they take your money anyhow. I moved to 3 different rooms on 2 floors in one night! Same thing. Didn't sleep a wink. Just don’t stay here!

Lugar é bem localizado, quartos confortáveis e bem equipados. Um belo lugar para vivenciar o coração praiano de Los Angeles. Perto do Pier de Santa Mônica e Venice Beach e com acesso fácil às Highways mais utilizadas.

Nem todos os integrantes da equipe da recepção são simpáticos e atenciosos. Tivemos um primeiro contato bastante positivo, com a Erica, mas outros foram um pouco desagradáveis. O estacionamento é um pouco ruim no que diz respeito ao acesso e a vagas para os hóspedes e o entorno é difícil achar lugar para estacionar. Os quartos que ficam de frente para a avenida são um pouco barulhentos devido ao movimento dos veículos na noite.

The accommodations at Found Santa Monica were exactly what our travel team needed: comfortable beds, quiet rooms, centrally located. Parents and athletes alike were very happy with the set up. The boys enjoyed a solid breakfast burrito offering, and the parents/coaches took advantage of complimentary coffee. The local food offerings a short walk (<5 minutes) away were spot on. We chose the Found for its helpful 4x twin room configuration, which meant all the athletes had their own beds. This in turn reduced the overall cost for the trip, and was a huge help on the budget. The location along Santa Monica Boulevard lends itself to quick access to the 405 and the PCH.

I was recently staying at this hotel i found, get it, cause its called found. I made myself chuckle. ANYWAYS, the staff was great, room was clean and the place is what the kids call a vibe. Id 150 percent stay here again and again.

The Found in Santa Monica was such a pleasure to stay at. The new branding of the hotel has made really great improvements in quality of the rooms and superior service than before. The staff was immensely helpful and friendly. The General Manager Cory made sure our stay was as best as could be. The parking was surprisingly adequate for the Santa Monica area.

End to end great experience from booking to checking out. The staff is helpful, the room was clean and as advertised, the food and bar were good, the location is great and overall I had no issues.

Great stay! The hotel has improved a lot since joining Marriott. Ethan and August were welcoming and helpful. Perfect location for Santa Monica and Venice. Friendly team and a much better overall vibe.

I liked how it was not far too far from universal studios and Beverly Hills and also the late check in.

I disliked how there is only limited parking for guests. I had to move my car out of the garage because it was “sold out” and had to park in front of the hotel but also wake up early at 8 am to move the car again because of construction. After coming from a long night out that’s the least thing I wanted to worry about. The sinks were also terribly small. Washing my hands alone got water all over the floor.

La ubicación, precio, y la habitación fueron excelentes para mi estancia. Todo quedaba cerca al hotel. Y al lado del Lobby hay restaurant y un bar muy comodos, muy bien.

El único punto que quisiera que se mejorara fuera tener realmente un estacionamiento propio, ya que no siempre se cuenta con espacio disponible para estacionar

Ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il parcheggio interno si paga, per quello esterno attenzione alle multe, che a Los Angeles arrivano alla velocità della luce. Non si parcheggia, ad esempio, nelle vicinanze di un idrante. Verificate le varie eccezioni, che sono diverse dall'Italia!

Absolutely loved my stay at FOUND Hotel Santa Monica! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, spacious, and super-comfortable - perfect after long days exploring the city. The shared kitchen (with a fantastic coffee machine!) was a real bonus. Location-wise, it’s close to everything yet feels quiet, and I always found safe street parking. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica.

Everything was perfect!

Had a toilet with broken handle when we checked in. After we asked them to fix it, the toilet doesn’t flush at all so they relocated us to another room. The facilities are mediocre and the hotel isn’t as good as it appears to be.

No food options on the property: No microwave in room as requested..No relaxation amenities.

There were lockers to store our luggage after the checkout, which allowed us to spend the day carefree before our flight.

I was double charged for the room. First, i was fully charged through booking.com and then the hotel fully charged me for the two nights stay using the card i gave to cover the accidentals. There were also massive repairs outside in front of the hotel, making that area basically unwalkable.

Decent hotel. Value for money. Spacious rooms. Clean. Lack of restaurant in the morning / good coffee. But there's a kitchen in the facility with a coffee machine, so you can make one yourself. Overall positive experience.

Is many reviewers before me pointed out the place is disgusting and dirty. I thought based on the information provided by Marriott that they refurbished the place before adding it to their network sadly that is absolutely not the case Front desk cannot answer simple questions. I honestly can’t think of anything positive to say. Check out pictures…

El hotel es increíble, funciona para una estancia corta y comoda, el personal es muy amable y el top para nosotros fue que el hotel tiene un desayunador con cafetera y horno, lo que hace que puedas calentar tu comida y los lockers para guardar las maletas despues de hacer check out.

I was satisfied with the hotel overall. Room was good and staff were friendly.

The area the hotel is in did not feel safe and my bike, that I parked on property was stolen. When I approached the hotel staff about this they were very quick to tell me they couldn`t do anything about it. Until that time they were very friendly but as soon as I approached them with this situation they became very cold and brushed me off. The bike was parked on the property and I would have assumed they had insurance or something that would have covered my loss.

The hotel offers a free coffee machine with lots of choices with an eating area to heat your food ... etc. Plenty of free parking spaces on nearby streets.

There was a small fridge in the room, it was very convenient. The bathroom was big. There was a coffee machine and kettle in a shared kitchen.

The walls are like paper, you hear everything. I had struggle to sleep. Also the bed and pillow were not comfortable. No kettle in the room. The location was not very good, unsafe neighborhood.

The staff was very welcoming and willing to help us with everything. The communal space is great, great coffee is available at all times.

The laundry machines were not working properly (we had to pay multiple times for the same load).

Die Toilette ist jedes Mal fast umgekippt beim drauf setzen. Das Zimmer ging zur innen Seite und man konnte das Rollo nicht öffnen. Es sollte so sein. Das man mehre Tage ohne Tageslicht auskommen sollte. Katastrophe. Wir sind eine Nacht früher abgehauen, hat keinen Interessiert, Geld gab es natürlich nicht zurück.

I checked into my room to find there was an air-conditioning condensing unit on the outside wall (room 306 to avoid doubt). The vibrations from it were so bad the noise in the room was terrible. I went to reception and they come up to the room and agreed that the noise was so bad they would not stay in that room. I asked to be moved to another room but there were none available. I asked what could be done and they apologised and said that either I stay in that room or they would cancel for a full refund and I would have to stay elsewhere (at 22:30 in the evening). I looked and found another hotel so they offered me a "FULL" refund but it would take a couple of days. I was fine with that and thanked them for the help. I have now received a partial refund, I have tried to get them to refund the difference but they refuse because of the hotel cancellation policy. I DIDNT CANCEL THE BOOKING... YOU DID because your staff agreed that room was not fit and you had no other room. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were basic but ok, there is a small bar accessible from the hotel which is ok. The location is ok.

I liked the location though the hotel is located on a major boulevard so there is the attendant street noise if the room faced the street like mine. I liked the décor and no fuss check-in and check-out process, the laundry and kitchen options.

The housekeepers didn’t thoroughly clean the restroomsc especially the showers! There were hairs on the wall of the shower from a previous guest.
