Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was first rate.
I have been truly impressed with my stay at the Embassy Suites - Valley Forge. Brenda and Chrissy and the front desk were extremely courteous. They honored my request for an early check-in, which was relatively last minute since my home internet was down. I had to run to my car to grab my bags post-check in, and Suzanne (I think that was her name) from Housekeeping came running over to inform me that I dropped a shirt from a hanger on the way in. The convenience center was easy to use, but Brenda even gave me a quick tutorial. I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels over the years due to work travel, and I have to say, this is one of the best. Thanks a ton to the staff and management - customer service here is too notch, and the location is great too!
It was clean comfy and the people was so nice. Release was our waiter and he was friendly with great service
They didn’t tell us they put a $50 extra charge on ur card for damages it will b refunded but they should tell u about it
Everything but the shower head did not work, we told the front desk fella and he said it did.
Shower head did not work and the front fella said I was a liar
We arrived for a stay of 30 days. We checked in and stayed the first night and everything was fine. We were on our way out the next morning and made a stop at the front desk that next morning to ask a question. Brenda was at reception. She asked if we were checking out. I told her no since we were staying for 30 days. She told me my reservation was only for one night. I didn’t understand. Here, when I booked the room, apparently I hit the wrong button on the phone and was directed to another booking site and they only booked me in error for 1 night instead of 30. Brenda told me that they didn’t have any rooms available fir my full stay - I was in a panic since we had just unpacked everything that morning. Brenda went into
Very nice
They was late on having our room cleaned so we could not check in until close to 4pm
I stayed here for a sports tournament, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The hotel is in serious need of a refresh. The room (and common areas) showed obvious signs of age, including rust in the bathroom, worn paint, and a sofa that was so sunken it was uncomfortable to sit on. While I don’t expect luxury at a place like this, I do expect a room to be clean, well maintained, and in good repair especially with such a high rating. The first night, I found a bug in my room. The second night was even worse: there was a fire at the hotel, and guests were unable to re-enter until around 11:00 p.m. Understandably, emergencies happen and I don’t fault the hotel for the fire itself. However, when we were finally allowed back inside, the building smelled heavily of smoke, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The fitness center was another disappointment. It smelled overwhelmingly of bleach, yet somehow still looked dirty, which left me questioning how well it was actually being cleaned. Overall, this hotel fell well below my expectations. Management needs to invest in maintenance, updated furnishings, and improved housekeeping. Will never be back.
Hotel muito limpo e confortavel. Funcionarios muito simpaticos e amigaveis. Quarto bastante espacoso. Cafe da manha muito bom. Excelente estadia. Excelente Custo Beneficio
O horario do restaurante poderia ser mais flexivel. Fecha as 22;00hs sem excessao.
First, I wanted to shout out to the amazing front desk staff, bar staff, and housekeeping before this review. My family had a stay on Saturday June 20th for one night. We were in town for my sons lacrosse tournament. We had a very long day at the fields on Saturday and were so happy to come and relax at the hotel. The check in staff were very friendly and informative of all the amenities, and I was so pleased they had quarters readily available for me to use the laundry services (It is amazing how many hotels do not have quarters for guests). My husband and I enjoyed a lovely meal and a couple of drinks at the bar while we ordered my son dinner to go. The food was amazing and the service was on point. We enjoyed meeting others in the bar and all talking about what brought us to town. We had a great room with two king bedrooms and all got a great nights sleep. We had to be back at the field fairly early so the plan was for me to get up early and while my husband and son got ready I would grab breakfast for them both and bring to the room (we do this at many many hotels with no issue). I was a little taken aback that there was a security guard (it had security guard on his t-shirt) checking names and numbers as I entered the breakfast room, but I gave him my information and went on to get some plates. I had a bowl of oatmeal, a bagel breakfast sandwich, and a bagel with cream cheese on my plate and when I went to leave I was confronted by the security guard that I could not leave the area with food. He was very rude and not kind at all about this, and when I asked him if I just waste the food his response was “I don't care”. So, being a little upset I threw the food out (which is so ironic that he said that as there are signs in the breakfast area that read something to the effect of please be mindful of how much food you take as to not waste. I briefly stopped at the front desk and again the staff were so nice and said I was certainly not the first one to complain but there was nothing that could be done. When I returned upstairs my husband was appalled by this, and so when he and my son went down to eat they experienced a horrible experience. There was a gentleman trying to leave with food as I did and was confronted by the security guard and my husband mentioned to the gentleman that he did not believe he can really enforce that rule and that he planned on taking his food out. This enraged the security guard who then physically started to go after my husband (in front of a room full of hotel guests and my son) and had to be restrained by other hotel staff. My family finished their breakfast (which they both said was very underwhelming, potatoes were not cooked all the way through and the sausage patties were cold) and also mentioned to the front desk staff what happened and they informed him it was noted. We just could not believe this happened as we have never experienced such a poor hotel experience. We have two sons that play both travel hockey and lacrosse so we spend a tremendous amount of time in hotels and primarily Hilton, so this was just disturbing. We had a lovely stay at the DoubleTree in Wilkes Barre the night before, which made this particularly more disturbing. We stopped again after the tournament in Wilkes Barre and actually chose an IHG due to the poor experience, and were able to bring breakfast back to the room with no issue. I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and felt this needed to be addressed. It was a terrible experience for us and I am sure for other hotel guests as well. It is a ridiculous policy, it was a waste of food, and we were able to bring a to go order from the bar to our room no problem. We spent over $150 in the hotel bar that evening, and I would assume breakfast is added into the cost of the room so the fact we could not take it to our room after verifying my name and room number is just does not make any sense. I am hoping very much this is handled appropriately and now question all of my future reservations for the summer that are all Hilton properties as well. Your security guard was rude, disrespectful, and very aggressive which is not okay.
Both were fine, location and breakfast.
The AC in our room was loud and the vent blew it right on us. While walking to the elevator there was a condom, perhaps used, outside another room. It was there all day.

Maria is lovely and so helpful. Hotel is beautiful. I have not travelled lately, so, Maria’ welcome was especially enjoyable.Joe Russo
My favorite place to stay when I travel to PA for work—I keep coming back for a reason 🙂 The suites are super spacious, with lots of bright mirrors (always a win!), and the bathrooms are just as roomy. Everything feels clean and well taken care of, from the linens to the appliances, and I really appreciate the little things like extra coffee pods always being available. The staff is genuinely warm and welcoming, and the included breakfast has great options every time. I also love the overall vibe—no noise, just a calm and comfortable atmosphere. And the Cool River restaurant is such a bonus… really delicious food without even having to leave. The location is perfect too, close to King of Prussia mall and tons of great restaurants. I’ve stayed here multiple times and already look forward to the next visit. Great job, guys!
1. mac n cheese I ordered for my daughter had pieces of latex gloves in it. 2. The listing stated it was a suite with a pull out couch, all we had was a king bed. 3. My daughter was sick the next day when we woke up and I was not allowed to bring food up to her (Its a hotel, what do you do with plates from room service). 4. We were there for a soccer tournament, my daughters teams stayed at the Hampton and I chose Embassy for a better experience and received far from that. Not impressed.
Everything
A bit busy and noisy with so many soccer kids (100+)coming for tournament all weekend became a bit of a crazy town
We stayed May 22-24 2026 for a soccer tournament. The hotel was full capacity with the majority being youth soccer teams and families. Pros: *Plenty of on-site parking *Located right off the highway *Friendly staff *Lots of room for hanging out and a larger bar area with seating *Evening reception with snacks and 2 free drinks. *Complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets *THE WINE WALL 👌🏻 Cons: *Pet friendly hotel. Our room (138) smelled like wet dog. They did deodorize when we asked and it was better. But the smell creeps back in. The rooms are okay. Comfy beds and even the pullouts aren’t bad. *Bathroom is tight and needs updating. *Bar service was VERY slow and there was no organization during the evening reception hours. Other Embassy Suites typically have a line for ordering drinks. This was unorganized. One person would wait 15 minutes while another guy walks up on the side and gets a drink faster. *Only 1 washer and dryer for a large hotel. *The hotel was loud and can only be described as mayhem with all those kids and families. Noise and kids wandering around is to be expected. The parents let their kids run rampant. Things were tossed over the upper balcony. Kids were running and clogging up the elevators. And screaming! The hotel staff didn’t seem equipped to handle it. *They don’t like you hanging out in social spaces past 10pm. The staff stares and walks around making you feel uncomfortable. And it was just a few adults chatting. Overall a decent stay. Especially for sports groups. A few issues they can work out to warrant 4+ stars from guests.
The staff at the front desk were courteous and accomodating. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
The facilities were pretty
Pool closed for renovations for 3 YEARS??!!! When I booked, I did not see anything about the pool being closed. Also renovations were going on when we arrived at our hotel room. Banging for hours. Not acceptable. Requested more bedding (bedding for pull out couch very scant/unacceptable. No bedding or towels arrived despite calling for them. Had to go downstairs upon returning to our room late at night for the requested bedding that did not arrive.
We have traveled from California to Florida and then up the east coast. We are heading to Philly today. We always stay at Hiltons. The Valley Forge Embassy Suites was the best one on our trip cross country. It is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of our best. The chef was so personable and made eggs for my dog. Dog price was reasonable compared to other Hilton’s. Ridiculous that some want to charge $175.00. Happy hour was nice. Restful evenings. They even had a printout with pet friendly places around the hotel, restaurants and parks. Made it so nice. Maria at the front desk was so helpful also. She is an asset to the hotel. Definitely a 5 star hotel.
Nicely renovated rooms and common spaces, breakfast was great and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.
TV options were limited, no Netflix or streaming connectivity that we could find.
We stayed May 5 and 6. Maria at the front desk was friendly and very helpful…she cares about guests and makes it a point to maximize guest experience. She is a keeper!
eles poderiam dar uma melhorada na academia , poucos aparelhos e a mesma nao tinha nem um banheiro funcionando .
da academia , muito simples .
The breakfast had a large variety of both hot and cold options. It was easy to get seconds if you wanted more food. There was lots of natural light which brightened the dining room.
The juice machine ran out of orange juice.
The location was beautiful along with the suite. Inside bar was a nice touch and the breakfast area was clean. Brenda and Maria left a memorable experience and made me feel welcome
It was always clean and well maintained.
There was nothing I didn’t like!
I stay here for the breakfast.
Clean and functional room. Great continental breakfast!
That the kitchenette sink lacked hot water.
It very clean and well taken care of
I’ve stayed at 20plus embassy suites in my life. The breakfast was the worst ever. The facilities and lack of pool for an enbassy suites is unheard of…. When the front desk asked me if I wanted to find somewhere else to stay before checking in, I should’ve taken her up on that offer. I will NEVER stay at this embassy suites again
Very clean.
Bed was super hard!!
excellent service friendly people very clean
Wonderful time!! Kudos to the staff. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.
I stay here most weeks at least one night. I stay for work and have tried six other hotels in area. Embassy Suites is tops in following areas: - cleanliness. This is most important to me. Need to feel cleaning staff is top notch. - front desk. I travel a lot for work. It means a lot to be recognized at check in and check out. The front desk staff are gems. Germain in the evening and Maria in the morning. You feel recognized and appreciated. - dining/bar. I often just eat at hotel as I am tired after long work days. Christina at the restaurant is phenomenal. She balances all of her customers with a smile and is hugely capable. Bryce and May back her up beautifully. The menu is great. Can have a salad, a chicken sandwich with fries or even an outstanding baked potato. At breakfast, EVERYONE welcomes guests and provides an excellent breakfast to order if desired. An all around excellent experience.
Everything
I loved everything
Jose Cruz had quite an angry disposition. Mr. Cruz did not care for my question. My question was this: two visits to the embassy suites in one week both times the digital key was not working. Both times we need to go to desk, wait in line. I enjoy efficiency which is why I asked for a digital key. Mr. Cruz response to my inquiry was, “the digital key didnt work because it was denied”. I chuckle to his response because it is the equivalent to me to calling the Electric company upon finding out the electric has been turned off and their response being it’s because the power is out. Well, this inquiry really enraged Angry Mr. Cruz so much that he goes to his manager Kate and immediately takes a coffee from her and she is not expecting this. Every step of the way he could’ve gone in the back but because he was so enraged he stayed out in front, even though I had requested for him to be put into the back. I walked into this hotel with PTSD and it’s now 6:52 PM and I’m literally still shaking with symptoms from angry Mr. Cruz. I did not get the impression that Kate the General Manager care too much. In fact, she didn’t do anything or say anything to quell my experience. Mr. Cruz os a very angry man. I do not feel safe now.
Full hot breakfast included in price Manager cocktail reception with light snacks 5 to 630 pm each evening of stay Sorry I missed the first night
Handicap accessible room very hard to regulate temp of shower and see H and C markings
Everything was good
When we checked in the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well kept and clean. Good value for the rate we paid. Would come again.
I was already tired when I checked in, so I got exhausted quickly. Unfortunately, the front desk computer wasn’t working for quite a while, and I had to just wait. In the end, that first impression turned into a rather negative one.
The location was good. Breakfast was good but they didn’t have enough seating
Everything was great except for the setting for breakfast. It was really crowded
Breakfast was good, location is nice and scenic. Hotel has a nice look and layout, rooms are spacious and luxurious.
Having bananas at breakfast would be a nice touch!
This is the best Embassy Suites EVER! The staff was incredible- Chrissy & Marisa at the front desk did everything possible to ensure a great experience! Give them a high five for their hospitality! Omelette station was off the chain! Really superb location!
I liked the pool, gym and the breakfast in the morning
I didn’t like that my two rooms where on different floors.
Clean the place clean it was a great enjoyable experience with everybody that worked there although my friends things were stolen and no one messed up to it it was left in the lobby we think someone of the staff got it but we couldn't be sure
I didn't like the only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't take my breakfast up to my room and that just is irritating because I didn't want to eat with everybody else I like to relax so very irritating actually that was the only thing that just threw me off actually
We have stayed at this hotel several times. We have travelled all over the US and internationally, and this is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Even the room layout is very convenient - like the closets placed close to the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and responsive - especially the front desk staff. After we checked in, and found out that the room we had booked on-line was not what I prefer, ( I prefer a room with lots of natural light), the front desk staff was very helpful and changed us to another room. They also have an excellent breakfast buffet with a fantastic banquet chef who's in charge of the omelet station. Once you have ordered, he remembers what you ordered the next day you come in. I ordered one egg for my omelette , which, I now understand is not an easy task for an omelet, but he got it done. This chef is the best of the best. And this hotel is amongst the best of the best. Hilton's Valley Forge Embassy Suites shows that it doesn't have to be a Four Seasons, for a hotel to be the best of the best.
Beautiful
Location is central to everything we love in KOP
This hotel is a little out dated and temp in hotel itself on the warm side with rooms being hard to temp control cold one day to warm the next. I have stayed at this property for 3 years now because of the breakfast. The chef is excellent. Benny and Nancy put out a fantastic complimentary breakfast.
Nice looking on the outside
No pool (renovating) yet “all public spaces are newly renovated”. Well, not that public place. No corner rooms available even though I put in the request weeks before our trip. No notification and Staff were nasty about it. Elevator in a weird location for where our room was located. Weird layout- not a fan. Looked like an outdoor motel but on the inside. Very cheap looking even with a glass elevator and chandelier. Sheer curtains. You could see right into the rooms if the lights were on. Creepy. Sheer curtains to the outside windows too. Super creepy! Shampoo Bottles literally bolted to the shower. I mean, you can’t afford a complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion? Even the Motel 8 has complimentary bath items. Stingy Restaurant was severely overpriced. I spent $30 on chicken and rice and some hard broccoli stalks. Chicken and rice tasted good but not $30 good! No balcony options. No benches to sit outside.
Maria was amazing !!! The front desk staff member Maria was do great. I've actually already told my company to strictly book here for forthcoming trips to Philly
BB at the front desk was outstanding in doing her job and more. Always friendly, efficient and helpful BB made our stay more personal. About 1/2 hour after checking out , I realized that I had left a favorite scarf in our room. We drove back and BB immediately took us up to the room and retrieved it from the maid who had cleaned our room already and had saved it in a plastic bag. Our inclusive breakfast included excellent made to order omelettes and a full range of other breakfast standards. Definitely the best hotel breakfast we have ever had.
The property was beautiful
