Hilton Garden Inn Wayne

I've decided that staying at this particular Hilton for The Gathering at Sunnybank is definitely worth it. I loved getting texts checking that everything was satisfactory. The staff was wonderful!!! Expect me annually!!

The bedding the pillows were yellow like need to be changed and the sheets

It was very nice, the staff exceptional! Mo and Nicole at the front desk were the crown jewel of the hotel! The property was beautiful.

It was a little far from things.

The location, the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff

I didn’t like that breakfast was not included with the stay for the price of the room. Breakfast should be included.

Clean rooms good food

Remote location

Staff was super courteous and amazing breakfast and service.

NA

Beautiful, clean, warm friendly help.

All great

Didn’t have it

Not much I was very Happy

The location was good, the hotel is really confortable and the staff really nice!

The breakfast was disappointing, and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers needed to be refilled. Additionally, my TV was not working properly. However, the receptionist was very helpful and assisted me in resolving the issue.

Everything

That breakfast wasn’t included with the stay

Good day, We did not appreciate the confirmed, paid in full reservation being cancelled because the Team arrived a day later. The lack of a courtesy call spoke volumes. Additionally, if a company decided to block rooms for any length of stay, that is the choice of the Company.

The location was excellent. It appeared cleans safe. Adequate parking. The front desk staff were attentive

The hallways were cluttered with unpacked furniture. I think they were renovating

The staff were very helpful and kind Breakfast The pool and the hot tub

Breakfast was great. My only complaint is the server gave me bacon instead of sausage.

The heater in the room was a bit noisy.

A safe place to stay near the FORD training center.

Nothing!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All was quiet. Rarely heard noise from the hallway or other rooms.

Refrigerator was not on when we arrived. There was no visible control and had to contact the desk for assistance. Ultimately got it working.

Clean and convenient. Nice that’s there was a bar in the lobby to unwind.

It was a bit noisy overnight.

Very nice staff, clean hotel, delicious breakfast, safe and comfortable.

I found a bug on our room.

The room was very clean. Housekeepers did a great job. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good, with cooked to order eggs.

The location

Not that clean for the value

Loved the ability to have my eggs prepared to my liking. Also, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was a bit out of the way.

Modern and Clean

Easy to find

Good in general

Very nice facility. Have stayed several times. Our go-to location. Staff very nice and helpful. And consistent across our several stays.

Great

Very nice and clean

Very clean, inconvenient location

The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all.

very clean, nice room, nice pool and hot tub. Mr. Donald at the front desk was wonderful.

Highly recommend

Great staff. They made my stay more comfortable

Several stays here and all were great. Staff very helpful and welcoming. My go to location for the area.

All

Nothing was perfect, everything

Everything was great except breakfast. We waited for our order to come for about 45 mins. Unfortunately, they couldn’t serve it after 45 mins. This disappointed us but everything else was great.

property is not as new as I thought but it was clean.

Great hotel! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive The rooms are clean and the hotel is very maintained. Food was also great! They have good dinner options and the breakfast is great!

Nice location for what we needed. Staff seemed nice. Disappointed that we booked this hotel that had breakfast included, but they only offered one voucher for breakfast for my husband and made us pay for breakfast for our kids (ages 11-13) which cost an additional $40 each day for the kids. Room was booked with one adult and could accommodate up to a family of 4. Disappointed with Hilton and their policies.

I was surprised that breakfast was not free. No other places to eat within walking distance. Options available in lobby for snacks and drinks I found very high priced. The accommodations were excellent and would stay again or recommend.

Clean and friendly

Wish I came sooner

Donald is my favorite. Very accommodating and friendly. Whenever I come this way this is the place to stay.

Was staying for a Hockey Exposure Camp at the Ice Vault. Upon check in, the supervisor advised me that we couldn't take my sons sticks to the room, for safety. But they would store in the back. I didn't see any other hockey player/family having to store their sticks in the hotel office. We ended up leaving them in the car. Being that a good portion of the hotel guests were there for the ice rink, having the sticks secured in our room shouldn't have been an issue. Side note watch out for the king beds. The corners stick out and if you get too close you'll clip your shin/knee.

.

They advertise a charging station for electric cars, its not there so no ev charging for electric cars, but we found some very close to the hotel and we never had any issues.Great Stay.
