Home2 Suites By Hilton Wayne, NJ

Everything was night and nice and clean, and they have varieties of areas where you can sit down

The property is closed most me to everything you can imagine I’m talking about probably like two malls water parks close to restaurants pharmacy food courts like it’s like right in the best area.

Overall the facility was clean. Our room on the top floor was quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Part of our stay was over a busy weekend and staff kept up with refilling the food and keeping the food and public areas clean.

No complaints about our stay.

Location and pet friendly, nice efficiency set up

Hotel allows dogs but there is no place they can be walked. All the grass areas have signs about dogs not allowed on grass.

The location and the resourcefulness of the front desk staff, Jackie.

Queuing for breakfast and housekeeping not satisfactory

The rooms and the hotel overall were very clean and everything looked like new or recently renovated. We stayed overnight but for the guests staying longer there's everything: the kitchenette, plates, silverware and even dish soap and dish sponge, everything new and packed. But what gives this hotel a soul and made me smile every time was the people working here. The staff members are incredibly sweet and friendly and helpful. I can't but mention Jackie who works at the front desk. My son didn't find any hot sauce at the breakfast area (and it wasn't supposed to be there), so Jackie kindly gave him a Tabasco bottle from her personal belongings, how sweet is that!

Rooms were so comfortable, place is so convenient and staff is extraordinary nice and super friendly.

Nothing I can think of.

Location was good and it was nice to have free breakfast in the morning

Bed was very uncomfortable and the pool was dirty. There was tons of hair in the pool so we did not get to stay in and enjoy the pool which was disappointing.

Excellent hotel.

Everything was good I did request extra pillows and never got them. The pillows were very flat

More pillows and firmer pillows and when we got to the room at 500 it was just being cleaned after 2 days

The layout of the room was perfect for my family. Also the pool & outside area was very nice.

Don’t have any complaints really only thing was the ice machine was not working the whole week. Also the breakfast was just okay.

Its a great place

Clean

House keeper didn’t leave extra toilet tissue, there was only one toilet tissue in the bathroom which was used. No kitchen towel.

I like that the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some of the towels were dirty. The drawers needed to be cleaned out.

The location, free breakfast, pool

The cleanliness

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast, they offered a variety of options, pretty good

N/A

Nice breakfast options! Kids enjoyed the pool.

The location is complicated!

Very clean

A bit of chaos with breakfast, there was a bit of a shortage of food. And it was hard to see it on the shelf. I recommended increasing the shelves. And everything is wonderfully calm, quiet and delicious. Thank you.

Rooms were Comfortable and clean

Breakfast did not have healthy selection and everything was frozen and warmed up. Not the best

Clean, many amenities.

Very clean

Very large room. Adequate breakfast. Very lovely and accommodating staff!

More towels

otelde konaklayan bazı tipler güven vermedi.

Clean. Nice staff. Love that there's free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all the time. Also great breakfast.

Clean

Nothing

Breakfast was tasty and the front staff was friendly, Our room was clean and spacious and the shower pressure was good.

N/A

Breakfast options were very limited. They ran out of items before the end of breakfast and didn’t replace it. Items were taken off the menu the next day.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were kind

It wasn’t enough quiet. The breakfast could be better.

The worker was friendly and the hotel was clean

Close to everything. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

The pool had so much chlorine our kids left coughing.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre super équipée et très propre. Parking sur place. Piscine.

It’s always safe and clean and friendly I love it here

Nothing

Location was good, love that it was very clean and breakfast was not bad at all. Very satisfied.

Location, staff, clean, price

The breakfast was horrible. The pool was Murky. The towels were dirty. The door locks were broken.

Staff was excellent. Room was nice. Decent breakfast

Couldn't safely walk anywhere with small children even though the mall was just a few blocks away. Unimpressive pool.but no hot tub. Room was clean but the rug needs to be cleaned not just vacuumed.

My king size bed was smaller compared to the one I had the last time. The room was relatively smaller too

Room size, bed size

The breakfast was typical motel food. The interchange it is located on is very confusing.

Everything about the motel was too rate other than the location.

The hotel was great but air conditioning in lobby/breakfast area seemed to be not working.

The room was great with it's mini kitchen and spacious feel! Complimentary breakfast had lots of options and food was very good! Hotel was located within minutes of a variety of things to do and was very well maintained.

I was asked about floor preference and didn't have one but in the future I would stay on top floor. Guests above us sounded like they were clumsy elephants. Bathroom was nice but shower felt small and narrow, kept bumping my elbows on the sides while washing my hair.

I loved everything about this hotel. Excellent service and staff.

El desayuno muy completo y las camas bastante cómodas. La limpieza de la habitación en general bastante bien

La primera habitación que nos dieron olía mucho a mariguana, por lo que tuvieron que darnos otra habitación sin ningún problema.

The very chaotic breakfast process

The property is nice and updated

This property would be great if it was ran by better staff, ones who are kind and professional. The ice machine on 4th floor has black mold. We had our room switched because the heat/ac unit was not working. Moved to the new room to have the kitchen sink backed up with disgusting water and we were told no one was there to fix it and there weren’t any rooms available for us to move. We asked for an extra pillow because we had two children and the pull out bed only came with one and we were told they didn’t have any available. The staff was very unprofessional as we were checking in. She told me to hold on only to find out she was taking a personal call “saying I can’t talk right now, I’m at work.” Breakfast was not all that great and half of their machines were out of order. Was not satisfied by this stay at all, we checked out a day early.

I didn't like anything

cleaning the room

The breakfast was delicious...full HOT breakfast, fresh waffles, french toast, bagels, toast, eggs, hash browns, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt granola, oatmeal, milk, coffee. Juices...staff extremely pleasant, rooms very clean, lots of towels, convenient location with lots of shopping nearby...

The pool was extremely chlorinated and very cloudy....bur noce pool room

We stayed for a family celebration, the hotel was a definitely was a part of our event. The accommodation was great and, we were pleased.

Heavy Traffic due to all the stores and restaurants in the area . This is an excellent location and place, it met all your needs. Also the cherry on top, the pool is indoors and ALWAYS functioning 😃

Liked multigrain waffles. Roll out sofa bed was pretty comfortable.

The staffs are very friendly.

My bed was not clean. It was used. There were hairs and dust.

Great location and staff

Nothing all good

THE STAFF!!!! I travel for a living…and I have to say the staff here was EXTRAORDINARILY kind, welcoming, assistive …. I could go on and on. Was NOT expecting a 6 star staff….but….please give them their due. Check who was working front desk, concierge for November 18/19….and tell them thank you. What a difference it makes!

Perfect location for our stay

Room was clean

Location was confusing even gps got confused , and the breakfast wasn’t enough for everybody , not much choice, (plus people bring their dogs to cafeteria they kept barking it was weird) for some reason the coffee tasted really bad (didn’t know it was because of water or what).bathroom door in the room was sliding door(was not safe for kids) my toddlers fingers got caught in between(( had to watch every time and keep away from the door.

הכל מיקום מעולה

ירקות לארוחת בוקרמהנה

The room and hotel were immaculate. The suite was very spacious, slept 6 of us comfortably. Mini kitchen with full size fridge, real dishes, dishwasher, microwave, sink, with all the necessary supplies. The staff were super friendly, gave us everything we needed, and checked in on us. The breakfast was excellent. Large variety such as real biscuits, sausages, bacon, tator tots, fresh hard boiled eggs (still hot), mini egg quiches, english muffins, etc. They have an indoor pool as well open until 10:00pm. Plenty of parking and 5 minutes from the MeadowBrook Mall which has a bus that will take you directly to the Port Authority in New York City.

The GPS wasn’t accurate. The precise location is a bit obscure.

Excelent

Food was good, staff was friendly, and best of all, I love the cleanliness of everything, especially the morning breakfast area. Staff ensured that kitchen area was clean. Definitely will stay there again.

Zimmer waren von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit her in Ordnung. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Am besten war aber das stets freundliche Personal. Grüße an Jackie & Co.

Duschkopf der Handdusche konnte nicht angehängt werden. Halterung abgebrochen. Glücklicherweise gab es eine zweite festinstallierte Dusche

2nd time staying here and we loved it both times. Always clean.

Everything is great.

Smell in hall way turned me off. Everything else was average. The continental breakfast was typical what you would see in a lower priced hotel, nothing great.

Great room design and very clean and comfortable!

Clean room; lots of work space and fully stocked kitchenette; shops nearby; nice to have free caffeinated and non-caffeinated hot drink options in lobby round the clock

Great stay.
