New World Makati Hotel

Highly recommended

Friendly staffs

Staff were respectful and very accessible to restaurants and stores

5 star

Great location

It has met most of these expectations like clean room, great staff and shops nearby but not the Buffetts or room essentials like selections of drinks to choose from which majority of 5-stars hotel will provide.and if course the gym workout equipment were outdated and especially the free waits.

All good except, lighting controls are not individually zoned. Everything is connected to a single master switch so we can’t turn on night lights only if desired. I prefer to sleep with some dimmed lights on but since everything is controlled by master switch, I had to sleep with all lights on.

I extended

Hotel staff provides brilliant service the minute you enter until you leave!!

Excellent location and service is top notch. Would stay again on next trip to Makati.

Overall, this hotel delivered exceptional service and quality in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Very enjoyable

First time to stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. I wish we had more time. The staff are friendly and attentive. It’s nearby a high-end shopping and restaurants. Love this hotel we definitely stay again.

Having gone to Makati more then any other in Manila, this certainly may be one of my favorite properties. The staff alone is incredible, could not walk more then a meter without someone there offering assistance. Very kind and extremly friendly as well. The location too was great being right across from Greenbelt 3 entrance. Food was delicious along with extremly pleasent rooms. Would stay again. On a side note, if you are foreign to the phillipines, a great hotel for any first timer.

I just got back from a 7 night stay at the New World Hotel.

We have been staying at this hotel for a few times now, very convenient location, staff are amazing. Will surely book again!

Great location, convenient for my appointment.

The service and hospitality here is exceptional—warm smiles, eye contact, and polite bows made a big impression on me. Rooms are clean, smell fresh, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff’s attentiveness and professionalism made my stay a blessing. Truly, the staff is the hotel’s greatest strength and what sets it apart from the rest. My verdict: 5/5 STARS

Breakfast was great, the staff was amazing and the location was very convenient.

.

The hotel is close to the city center, so there are plenty of places to eat and drink in the evenings while on a business trip. Highly recommended for tourists who love shopping.

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel overall was clean. Multiple elevators so it was very convenient and fast to go up and down. Highly recommend this place and definitely would come back again!

Very good location. Service is awesome and the hotel has a nice breakfast

The entire staff at New World is most excellent

Greenbelt right across the street, which was convenient. The staff was very friendly. I've been here numerous times and will continue to stay here

Nice stay

Highly recommended

Everybody at the pool bar was very nice along with the buffet. The food was quite diverse. Chinese restaurant is excellent. I would recommend to stay anytime most. The people are very nice. I only had one issue with the manager trying to tell me that hotels.com was booked on the wrong date, even though it all a matter of changing the day they tried to kick me out of the hotel.

My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and once we arrived on the 24th floor check in area for the residence club, everything with our check in process was so smoothsailing. We will definitely go back to this hotel when we return to the Philippines for our next vacation dates. Maraming Salamat, New World Makati Hotel!

Amazing property in the heart of the greenbelt area, safe with lots of options for dining, shopping and much more.

Excellent location but need some updates. Friendly staffs.

I like the location of the property. Althought Hotel may need some updating.

Well maintained staff knowledge and friendly

Modern, clean and conveniently located hotel. Very easy access to the beautiful Greenbelt area with lots of restaurants, shopping and people watching! Friendly, Philippino service.

Nice location gym sauna helpful staff.

This is our 3rd time to stay in this hotel. It is Conveniently located across Greenbelt 3. It’s very accessible to restaurants and shopping.

Love everything about this hotel. I booked 5-6 rooms here to for friends and family. I think the room I got (1-BR with residential club access) needed a little upgrade but the rooms that my family got were renovated.

Not connected to the mall.

Hotel was in a good location close to the greenbelt mall

Great experience.

I loved it

The staff were all amazing! They were very attentive to us.

Rooms outdated, beds uncomfortable, changed rooms 3x due to mattress issues (you can really feel the springs on all of them). Breakfast has a good selection but lacking flavor. Customer service is excellent though.

Location

Nice hotel And convenient location for dining and shopping.

Great restaurant theJasmine, comfortable bed, close to Green Belt overall just a great hotel

Overall rating excellent

Your Customer Service is absolutely Impeccable. Very warm and inviting

Rain and Ron at the front desk was expedient when checking in our group of 16 people. This is my 3rd time staying here within a year. Whenever I visit Makati I stay here due to the location and excellent service. Everyone is super helpful and attentive.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The bed was great, the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Definitely recommend getting the aromatherapy massage...felt amazing

Awesome experience! Great location with excellent amenities. Staff quickly responded to all my requests. Would highly recommend this property.

2nd time staying at New World. And it gets better every time. All of the staff especially on the 24th floor were so helpful. Alex and Wilson on the 24th floor Directors restaurant were excellent!! Once my kids walked in they knew their exact order. They were so nice to my kids, my kids felt so welcomed and at home. Thank you Alex and Wilson you are the best!

Very convenient to the Greenbelt shopping area.

Great hotel, amazing location and the food was good. The girl at the little pastry area was the best, apparently only a month on the job. Great stay

Great room and service! Excellent location near Greenbelt Mall and restaurants.

It was our second time at New World and we had a great time. We'll definitely go back.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Facilities a little dated.

I took the suite and it was excellent. The gym and pool

Service is great

Convenient to everything

For a 5 star Hotel the room we were given is not up to standard with Minibar fridge faulty and had to be changed, TV volume was way too loud or off only and remote control had to be changed. TV rather old and could do with update. Soap dispenser for bathtub was completely empty and sink not draining properly. However, Hotel lobby was spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe 1228 buffet was good with a variety of international choices. Location wise hotel is across Greenbelt with about 400m walk to SM shopping complex. Given a better room we would have enjoyed our stay.

The room was very quiet and clean the restaurant had a great breakfast, and dinner buffet I really enjoyed the outside smoking area

Location location location ... fabulous location right across from Greenbelt and Ayala mall ... Wonderful pool with Rescue Bar ... Fantastic Service and wonderful but pricey Buffet ... The service people were wonderful ... the bed was Comfortable ... would have liked a Fan on/off button in the bathroom !!!

I've stayed at the New World too many times to count. I always enjoy my visit, the service is outstanding! The location is awesome: steps from Greenbelt and minutes away from Landmark, Glorietta and SM. There's an abundance of restaurants and shops which run the gamut from high-end to affordable. The New World is 30+ years old and in need of an upgrade. I understand there are plans to do so, which is great. The staff and management do the best they can with what they got! I look forward to returning, especially once improvements are made, primarily to the rooms and other facilities. I don't want to discourage anyone from staying here, because the service is outstanding! Check it out for yourself...however this time I give the hotel 4/5! Thank you for an enjoyable stay...A special "shout out" to Babylyn and her staff at the Residence Club: Alexis, Ella, Wilson, Nicole, Jim, David and Kate! And my room attendants Ray and Janet! Mahalo! Jim from Honolulu, Hawaii

Excellent staff, wonderful service, very attentive. Fun vibe, great breakfast buffet, outstanding personals service at every turn!

Accessible to shopping malls and easy to go around the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and there were a lot of options to choose from. I appreciate how close it was to Greenbelt and that it was right in the middle of Makati CBD.

Everything! The staff, the service, the attentiveness. All top notch!

Impeccable. The Best of the BEST

It is very close to the mall, walking distance. Comfortable, convenient and clean. Will stay again on our next visit

Very convenient to shopping & restaurants. Wonderful staff, exceptional service & very efficient!

I always stay here when I'm in the Philippines.

Amazing stay! Accessible and really good location.

Beautiful and classy hotel as always. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean… huge lobby… the total service is excellent!!! 5🌟

The dining staff were very nice but the hotel is very old and worn out. We spent 3 days there and the bathroom was dirty, beds were so hard and everything was worn out or broken and chipped.

Best stay in Makati. Residence club lounge makes the stay so comfortable and the staff are amazing. Great amenities, the gym and change rooms with steam and sauna was awesome. Always a great stay, thanks New Worlds staff!

Great stay!

Shout out to our favorite server in the bar his name is Owen. He was above and beyond excellent server. And the rest of the staff there front desk bellboy bar swimming pool area driver security all excellent. We would go back there again and again.

Enjoyable stay

Lovely pool area staff friendly and accommodating

Everything was great food, service, and location except the room air conditioning. I even had the upgraded. I was able to switched rooms then second wasn’t like the first but still not cold like other places I stayed. Unfortunately won’t be back here

We requested early check-in dud to early departure next day . They had rooms available but wanted to charge . No consideration. We checked our / am . Will never stay in that hotel

I arrived at 2:45 after being stuck at airport unable to get a taxi uber or any kind of safe ride. The hotel could care less. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t look at their text messages ..am no one answered the phone my room was nest to the service elevator heard noises all night long. For this inconvenience they gave me 1/2 bottle of cheap wine from chille Not the same experience. How ever the manger. Abby was very nice and understanding but gave up nothing do to upper management my maid was wonderful and well tipped

Best ala carte breakfast I have ever seen

The staff were very helpful and professional. I would like to thanks Carlo. You are excellent in what you do. Keep it up. Very professional, kind and amazing! The view from my room was the best. The place itself is accessible to a lot of malls and shops.

Pool was nice

Comfortable accommodation, typically excellent Asian/Philippines hospitality. Close to airport, good shopping and tourist sites nearby. Highly recommend.

👍

Staff and service crew are courteous. Breakfast has a lot of options and food tastes good.

The property is clean and staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is good .

Hotel was situated next to Greenbelt 3 so it was accessible to everything you need. Buffet breakfast was amazing with variety of options to choose from. The staff were amazing and cannot be faulted in any way. Overall, i highly recommend this place.

I had a very good time and everyone was very nice. The room was spotless the management‘s a little slow but they do come around. I’d recommend it for anybody. The pool was warm. The bed was very very hard all in all I give it 9.2.

Really loved staying here, super friendly workers.

Great staff! Amazing location! Nice rooms.

Love the hotel and the people.

Not only the hotel but also the hotel staff are outstanding.

Great location and excellent condition

We, more often than not, choose to stay at New World when we are staying in Manila/Makati. Typically this would just be for a single night prior to our flight abroad. And we usually book a club room. The staff at the club room check in desk and those serving in the club lounge were once again top notch. We will be back.

Our second time here and loved it even more!
