DoubleTree By Hilton Brussels City

Extremely comfy beds and blackout blinds. Amazing sleep!

Nothing to complain about

Great location close to everything you can think of. Staff was friendly and the look of the hotel is very nice and sleek! Really enjoyed our stay there. Easy access to the city and metro station.

very nice breakfast; also liked the idea of the water stations in the corridor

Would have been nice to have filled water bottles in the room upon arrival rather than empty ones

Beds were very comfortable, free sparkling water, gym and sauna, cookie

Would have like a served breakfast including pancakes, omelette.

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, yeri tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Everything. There's nothing to not like.

Excellent room size, especially interconnecting room for family of 4 people. Good buffet breakfast and friendly staff

Everything was perfect

Everything. Amazing breakfast. Had an issue with a door handle in the room, reported it via WhatsApp, someone came and fixed it straight away

Nothing

Merkezi olması , Kahvaltısı

Propre et personnel super aimable et a l’écoute

Pour moi rien

All was very good. friendly staff, beautiful room, nice bar, good food. 200% better than Hilton Antwerpen or Hilton Grand-Place Brussels.

Amazing service. They sent WhatsApp messages daily to see if everything was up to standard & if there was anything you needed. Room was really nice & spacious with a really fab design.

Nothing

Dr. Heidloff

The electricity went off, and we lost our rings and earrings in the room

The staff

.They gave me a room with double beds for me and my wife also the room without a view, they don’t provide any amenities without you asking for it such as toothbrush shaving kit etc

Beautiful art deco foyer and restaurant/bar. Friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Very clean.

It was a heatwave and the air con in the bedroom struggled - the room faced Rogier Square and was in full sun. An electric fan would be helpful to supplement the air con. 36 degrees is unusually hot though. Summer restaurant menu is very limited Be aware that the area behind the hotel is a little dodgy, particularly towards Gare du Nord. We also found the walk back from the town centre a bit lairy at night but using the metro station at Rogier was fine. It was still a good stay, we liked the hotel overall.

Helpful staff. Thank you Kim and the team who were on duty. Very approachable and helpful.

Nice size of room and only 15 minute walk to Grandplace. Parking is secure and underground next to the Hitel and you pay for a voucher there to use when leaving as cheaper price 16 Euros for 24 hours.

Shower floor was a bit slippery we had to use a towel on it while showering but that’s all everything else very good

Tolle großzügige Zimmer Top Frühstück Sehr kompetentes höfliches Personal jederzeit wieder

Alles Perfekt

Property (room) was fresh and clean, airy and spacious.

GENTILLESSE DU PERSONNEL

DOUCHE GLISSANTE

RAS

Booked room for three adults. The double bed mattress was dipped in the middle and my both the girls were just sliding in the middle of the bed. They couldn’t sleep and got bad back and shoulders pain. I got the sofa bed which was adjustable but the room was in front of the gym and full night the light was just flashing from the gym into the room in spite of the curtains and it was very disturbing. Informed to the receptionist but she said if we booked via booking.com this is what the quality of the rooms we get. Breakfast was good.

Location of room and bed mattress was not good.

The location was very good, breakfast spread was good as well. The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful.

Despite booking a bigger room it was very cramped up when the sofa bed was open. The cupboard doors were broken. The furniture really needs to be revamped.

Very good location and very friendly staff

Location and bathroom

De junior King suite was geweldig! Erg mooi, groot en schoon. Lekkere koffie aanwezig op kamer. Het ontbijt was kwalitatief goed en uitgebreid.

Enige minpunt is geen parking in hotel.

Next to the train station

Parking garage was off premises and hard to access. First room had something stuck to clean sheets and soiled headboard. Second room smelled of mold, third room smelled like sewer gas. Were given same soiled towel three days in a row.

It is perfectly located! Noemi and Rita were both helping.

Lokation

Lokalet var lidt lille til to personer med to kufferter.

Breakfast was good. Excellent to have mineral water on tap from refillable stations. Room was a really good size. Excellent proximity to public transport but we walked to most places.

Very poor ie non existent view from room. Straight into a wall.
