Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, tolles Frühstück mit genügend Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen. Nettes Personal. Nachts war es relativ ruhig.

Der Ausblick auf Lüftungsschächte und Klimaanlage war nicht so schön. Das ZImmer war etwas zu teuer

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Verkehrsknotenpunkt Rogier liegt quasi direkt vor der Hoteltüre. Die Reception war freundlich und hat uns per Mail Tipps für einen tollen Tag in Brüssel geschickt. Am Abend hatten sie Zeit für einen längeres Gespräch. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Die Betten war sehr bequem und die Zimmergrösse war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und liess für mich keine Wünsche offen.

Rooms with a lot of space, very clean, the buffet was good

No microwave, no drinks dispenser machine and they did a bit too much with the decoration, it was overwhelming.

Actually, and to be honest, I didn’t like the property at all. It’s very dusty, not clean no clean services no clean towels when we request very bad.

Cosy deco and greenery around. Bird chirping. Water tap at hallway. Environment consciousness. Well equipped room with attentive details. Good quality and pleasant scent toiletries.

One flush button of toilet broken. Sometime coffee capsules got stuck, broke and got wasted. Not enough space between bed and cupboard to pass through. Room smaller than previous stay. Sink drain too slow. Big shower head too chalky. Restaurant closed in weekends.

Clean and comfy with friendly staff. Great location!

Although there was a coffee machine in the room, there was no tea or coffee provided. Breakfast is very expensive.

De locatie is handig als je in de buurt moet zijn voor werk maar het is geen fijne locatie. Voelt 's avonds als vrouw alleen onveilig.

The hotel location is convenient in terms of travel and business. The rooms are spacious and breakfast is fine.

The prices are very high nearly 300 per night for this type of hotel. The rooms are a bit run down and the cleaning not great.

Loved the decor. Really appreciated the flexibility to have a room ready when we arrived as we were so tired. Dining room was also very flexible to our friend's allergies.

Only disappointment was being told we could think about taking breakfast discount and when we came back the same day and said yes were told discount was no longer available to us. Created a bit of a sour taste. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

La ubicación, en un barrio muy cultural y se puede sentir en algunas zonas algo de inseguridad pero muy céntrico. A 15 minutos de la Gran Place, y al lado de una calle muy comercial. Metro también muy cerca (estación Rogier).

Realmente todo fue muy agradable. Hotel muy recomendable. No es barato pero tampoco es exageradamente caro.

Both nights we stayed there were functions in either the restaurant or seating area so there was nowhere for guests to sit Bar shut quite early but also were not permitted to sit in the bar to relax with friends. We sat outside and were told it wasn’t safe One female member of staff did find us some chairs so we could sit in the foyer but there were other guests also looking for somewhere to go

El hotel está muy bien, bien ubicado, buen servicio, fácil acceso, la habitación en general es bastante cómoda

La distribución del baño es bastante incómoda, con unos pequeños cambios, sería mucho más confortable

Great location right next to Rogier metro and about a 20 minute walk to the Grand Place. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful inside, a lot of attention has been paid to how the hotel looks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great, hairdryer, ironing board and iron and coffee machine in all rooms and a laundry service. There are water machines on all floors where you can get still or sparkling water. The shower had a choice of standard and rainfall.

I would have liked a larger cup for tea, the cups are espresso cups and weren't suitable for tea or hot chocolate

Nice hotel and central

We stayed as a group of 6 women for weekend. Both nights there were private parties on so we were unable to sit in the bar or anywhere else as it was all closed off. During the day also couldn’t get a drink or coffee on a Saturday which was peculiar. Bar closes early just before 11pm and even then we were ‘allowed’ one drink after being out all day but had to leave the bar to drink it. (had nowhere to sit as private parties) the young lady who worked there found us some chairs so we could sit in the lobby which was kind of her. We sat outside on Saturday night and security told us to come in as it’s dangerous and robberies are common! Brussels is quite run down and not a particularly nice place unfortunately, it’s really changed. Saying this the staff were nice and we found some lovely bars but overall I wouldn’t return to Brussels again.

NEAR TRAIN STATION Brussels Noord (like 5mins walking distance) SUBWAY STATION (1 minute walking distance - Roger Station) The breakfast buffet is outstanding and healthy.

The Roger station is a little rough outside but walkable, the area is safe. Rooms are a little dark. One night (I stayed 5) the room service didn’t arrive so we had no clean towels. The hotel gave us coffee as complimentary - we don’t think that was the best answer to that fault.

Hotel conforme alle aspettative. Camera molto ampia, letti comodi, servizio buono, piano alto con vista sulla piazza. Pulizia buona per il luogo. Fontanelle nei corridoi. Zona comoda ai servizi. Colazione eccellente.

Pulizia come mi aspettavo per essere in Belgio, non ottima ma letti e bagno erano ok. Sconsiglio il ristorante, ha prezzi molto alti ma cibo scarso.

Colazione eccellente e molto varia, camere silenziose arredate con stile con macchina del caffè nespresso con tantissime cialde a disposizione. Servizio di pulizia a in camera molto efficiente. Unico neo, le finestre che non si aprono per più di 5 cm!

La posizione è relativamente comoda e vicina al centro ma le strade adiacenti all’albergo non sono bellissime. Ma la vicinanza alla stazione nord è ottimale se si vuole visitare Anversa o Bruges in giornata. Il ristorante dell’albergo è un po caro e la qualità del cibo non mi ha molto soddisfatto

The location

We hadden een premium kamer met zetelbed voor de kinderen. Zelfs met het opengeplooide zetelbed, bleef de kamer zeer ruim. De kamer en badkamer waren mooi ingericht voorzien van allerlei comfort. Koffie-apparaat en fles water (bij te vullen op centraal punt in de gang) op de kamer. Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Parking Rogier komt uit op het plein voor het hotel. Vlakbij het centrum van Brussel.

It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! The room was so spacious for the three of us, everything is near to de hotel: the city center, the train station (10 min by walk) and the metro 10/10

The hotel is close to the metro station, stores, supermarket and the centre of Brussels and even to a public car parking. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean.

The room description mentioned a shower + bath, but we only had a shower in the room, so the description can be misleading.

- L'emplacement (situation toute proche du parking et métro Rogier - Sympathie du personnel - Literie de très bonne qualité - Très bon petit déjeuner - Décoration très jolie (chants d'oiseaux dans les couloirs)

- Chambre mal insonorisée (place Rogier et boulevard proche de l'hôtel forts bruyants jusqu'à fort tard dans la soirée) - Denrées alimentaires du client précédent présentes dans le frigo

The room was very dirty. I have found food from other people on the floor behind the sofa.

L'emplacement est parfait, parking juste à côté, station de métro au pied de l'hôtel. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais très confortables avec une déco sympa.

Hôtel très propre et bien situé. La déco est superbe. Petit déjeuner correct.

Nous avions une chambre familiale et la salle de bain était minuscule. Les toilettes étaient contre la douche, si bien qu’il fallait se sécher contre les toilettes. Pas très agréable. Notre chambre était située contre les systèmes de ventilations qui étaient bruyants tout comme le divan lit des enfants. Une autre famille arrivée en même temps que nous avait reçu des cadeaux de bienvenue pour leurs enfants. La réception nous a confirmé que les réservations via booking n’y avaient normalement pas droit (la personne a quand même offert des galettes à mes deux garçons) et que les meilleures chambres étaient accordées aux réservations via le site de l’hôtel.

L'emplacement est idéal. À deux pas de la rue neuve. Métro à proximité desservant les points les plus importants de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est un plaisir au quotidien, varié et rassasiant. Le personnel charmant, à la fois disponible et discret. Le distributeur d'eau à l'étage est une idée géniale et fort utile surtout quand on est en famille.

The rooms are small, which is not terrible but the bathroom was almost unsuable, too narrow. The fire alarm went on due to steam but with how cramped those rooms are the fire alarm system is too sensitive.

Well, the facility is super clean and staff are helpful

I have to ask for a hygiene kit, slippers, and bathroom kits when needed , usually, they should be in the room automatically i dont have to call each time for those.

All the staff were amazing and the hotel itself was fresh and clean, I would stay here again
