It had a pool. Staff were friendly. It was downtown, close to events.

The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. I was overcharged for parking, which was corrected later. No extra linen or towels for our room, 3 adults and 1 child. The room wasn't ready when we checked in. The food in the restaurant was ok. For what we paid, I would expect better.

In a city like Moncton, New Brunswick, it is unacceptable that there were no French-speaking staff members at the reception desk.

Le resto n'est pas accueillant. Nous avons été victime de vandalisme sur notre véhicule. Des gens ont découpé la toile de notre camion pour voir à l'intérieur.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. For example, We checked into an accessible room to only find one chair for 2 people. We requested a second chair twice, but was told that that room only comes with one chair. There was no table to sit at to enjoy any kind of beverage or meal. The room was very basically decorated with no appealing features. No view of the window other than office buildings. No photos or pictures on the wall to show the beauty of the province and/or city. There was only a duvet on the bed, no blankets to select level of warmth or coolness. Overall, this hotel is not of the high standard of other Delta hotels in Prince, Edward island or Halifax, for example.

LOVE The Delta Beauséjour in Moncton! This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints! Checkin is smooth, thank you to Tania and to Sukki at front desk for being so efficient and attentive to our needs! Honestly the staff is so welcoming! Service with a smile always! We were upgraded to a premium newly renovated King room #744 with a view of the river. LOVED that room! Love the bathroom too! Bed is extremely comfortable and it made our 4 night stay that much more relaxing! The Delta is very well situated with many places to eat within walking distance! There is a restaurant on site with a bar/lounge! Food is excellent and cocktails are super! Love the bartenders! We ended each evening at the bar. We were hoping to see Gigi whom we met last year, she’s a gem but was away on vacation this time! We were very happy to see Pierre again, another gem! And this year we made the acquaintance of Timothy another superb bartender with a great personality ! Can’t go wrong there! This hotel also has a lovely indoor pool with a water slide, fitness facility and a spa! Having lounge access was also an added bonus for us! There was a plate of sweet goodies waiting for us at our arrival, thanking us for our loyalty! Nice touch! For us, this Delta is definitely a big favorite! LOVED our stay once again!

Une seule borne de recharge niveau 2 pour un hôtel de cette taille, stationnement 20$ assez cher, le stationnement publique a côté est beaucoup plus abordable, deco des chambres vraiment vieillotte.

One of the best restaurants in town! Fun water slide at pool. Excellent gym, much better equipped than most hotel gyms in most cities. Spacious clean rooms well-maintained by the staff. Prime location, very walkable to everything downtown.

I enjoyed my two-night stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour in mid-June. The parking area around reception can get congested, but check-in was quick and easy. Parking was in a lot next to the hotel. My room had lounge access, and it was located in the lobby. Standard…coffee and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, light hors devours in evening and free breakfast. It was nice and I stopped each time I went in or out. Breakfast was standard and the evening snacks could have been better. Had a few drinks at the bar…nice bartender and good drinks. I did not have any other meals here. My room was great (846). It was big, modern, clean, and overlooked the river…I could even watch the tidal bore from my room. Large King bed was very comfortable with a bunch of pillows. There was a plate of fresh fruit left for me in the fridge as a welcome gift. There are monitors in the lobby with times for the tidal bores in the river behind the hotel. Twice each day a small wave comes down the river from the change in tide. It is small but interesting, especially how far it is from the ocean. I did not take advantage of most of the other amenities, but all looked good. Nice place, I would stay again if in the area.

We stayed here with friends while on a train tour of Eastern Canada and arrived there after travelling overnight from Quebec. The hotel is situated close enough to walk from the station. The rooms were clean and welcoming and provided a safe and a kettle. We did not eat at the hotel as there are lots of choices in the town. The weather was not good while we stayed so the fitness room was an added bonus although we did not get around to using the pool, it looked good fun with slides. Overall a comfortable stay in a pleasant room.

The staff were very efficient, however the suite lacked drawer space. The bed was very comfortable as well as sitting on the sofa bed. In most cases there is one comfortable chair, the sofa bed for sitting was comfortable. Just one issue ,lacking drawer space.

Gym is awesome. Pool is warm. Rooms are comfy. Conference room is big and spacious.

Carpet in room is old and dirty. Someone decided to vacuum at 10h30pm. Conference room was extremely cold!!!

The location is excellent - right in downtown Moncton, with cafés and restaurants literally just across the street. The view from the window was also great, overlooking the city. The staff at reception were very friendly, and the breakfast team was professional and polite. We didn’t have time to try the pool, but judging by everything else, it should be decent.

The price feels a bit high for what you get. While the hotel is in a prime location, the building and rooms are clearly not the newest anymore. Things like the air conditioning, lobby, and furniture feel somewhere between “classic” and “this probably belongs in the attic.” It’s not terrible, but it definitely shows its age.

The price was costly and you would think for the amount you pay the parking would be included, not charged daily, and when you have 3 people you do expect extra sheets and pillows in the room.

Ils n’ont pas honoré notre réservation avec booking.com adéquatement et nous on charge des frais supplémentaire s sans nous avoir avertie. On nous a argumenter alors que nous avions nos preuves de réservation et de déjeuner inclus. Ils ont refuser le rabais employé du gouvernement du Canada, ils ont charger le stationnement sans nous avisé des frais et nous offrir le choix. La personne responsable a refuser tout resplnsabilites et l’employé nous a manqué de respect.

The building is huge, yet there is only one elevator. Waiting for the elevator took over 15 minutes. The stairs is dirty and very hidden. The entire building is super dark and old. The hotel is also very expensive for what it is. If I have to rate it, it is similar to a 2 star motel

Our stay was such a disappointment that we cut our 4-day booking short after the first night, so I might be biased, but I'll try to be fair. I would say that the overall quality standards would be okay for a 3-star, but lacking for a 4-star with a Marriott price tag. This felt like an aging, somewhat worn-down 3-star. For $271, I would say that the only thing that matched the expected quality was that the location is central, the rooms are reasonably quiet (save for an old, noisy HVAC), there's free parking, and a pool with towels available. Were this half the price, I'd call it a great bargain.

Based on the price of one night, $271 for a premium two-queen bedroom in what was reported to be a 4-star hotel, we did not expect: - An absolutely frigid welcome when we checked in. This was an awkward moment with three people behind the counter who wouldn't smile, just me and my young daughter in the hall, with a guy riding his floor cleaner in loud, tight circles around us while we tried to talk to the staff. Weird, but in hindsight funny. - A small lobby with no space to work efficiently, no pods - Dingy carpets all over the place, with an unpleasant smell - A cramped room with a faded design from 20+ years ago - An equally small and aged bathroom, with a cheap and uncomfortably low tub. - A roaring HVAC and heat pump - The slide advertised in the pics is non-functional and grimy. You have to ask the staff to turn it on if you want to use it, assuming the mold hasn't turned you off by then. I worried this apparent neglect might hint at poor structural maintenance, so I didn't want my kid on that. We gave it a pass. - A skimpy, mediocre breakfast with a powder-egg omelet. That's what will stick with me from this hotel: after a disappointing stay, discovering that half-moon of a foamy, industrial substance on the plate. It cemented my impression of a hotel where every penny is pinched mercilessly, to the point where quality suffers. I think this place has a lot of potential, thanks to its great location. The slide is a genius idea--we fell for it--but Marriott needs to loosen their purse strings and invest in making this hotel what it advertises itself to be. Fake it 'til you make it can only take you so far...

Great service, I was dealing with Dakota Keating and she went above and beyond for us! She is great at her job and deserves some recognition! Keep her around!

The stay was good, but we can’t charge the car because some other customer took the space from 5:30 p.m until the next day (we left the hotel at 10:00 am and the customer still there.

Front desk check in person was not friendly. They asked for my Marriott number I noticed I wasn’t sure if I could find it. They stood not doing anything when I know that they can pull it up and finally said they could find it on my email. I kept looking email they have found out didn’t kindly tell me wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a Delta property that’s for sure.

Gediegenes Hotel. Freundliches Personal an guter Lage zum abends was essen gehen. Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Rund ums Hotel war es ziemlich laut. Viele Halbaffen mit ihren bescheuerten und sehr sehr lauten Bikes fahren die halbe Nacht sinnlos in der Gegend herum. Im 3. Stock gab es zudem von aussen ein lautes, brummendes Geräusch, das, weil tieffrequenzig, nicht mit Ohrenpropfen weg zu kriegen war.

The pool and slide were fabulous! We stayed with our niece and nephew and they had a blast! The room was cozy and everything we needed. The check in/check out staff were so friendly and even interacted with our niece and nephew. A very lovely visit.

The price was a bit higher than we would have liked, but we also understand that that is just how all hotels are right now! The location and the pool/slide made it feel more worth it!

Booked my room well in advance for 2 queen beds. Showed up and was given a king and a pull-out on their 'premium floor', which was no different whatsoever from the same room on any other floor. The rooms are average at best, but you pay a premium price. Dining room staff were helpful. Pool absolutely sucks. Would not go back. Glad it was only 1 night.

The breakfast was cold and made me literally sick, got sick right in restaurant. The pool water was green instead of blue, too many kids and pee in pool. The staff watching the kids coming down the water slide where on their phones more than watching to make sure the kids were safe and they were going right after one another and hitting each other.

Booking add indicated “CLUB KING ROOM, King bed + sofa bed”, but wasnt the case, only a king bed no sofa bed so we downgraded for room on 6th floor, very far and very expensive cause our oldest daughter had the very same room but way cheaper!!

Great location near not only Main Street, but the river. The amenities were great as was the staff. Check out boral wave schedule so you can go down to the river and see it! Make sure you go 15 minutes before the due time of the wave.

Beautiful hotel. No continental breakfast which I was surprised about based on pricing of hotel. Also, was woken up at 3am Saturday night due to a fire alarm. It was a frightening experience as I have never had that happen to me staying at a hotel.
