Das Zimmer war richtig gross, mit einer kleinen Küche drin. Parken auf dem eigenen Hotelparkplatz war sehr gut. Für einen Zwischenstopp ein perfektes Hotel.

The rooms are well maintained and clean, the free breakfast buffet was great with a nice variety, and the hotel is located very conveniently in downtown Moncton with it's own parking area.

The pool lining seemed damaged making it feel like pebbles were always hitting my feet. However, the pool is clearly just there to entertain kids and as a family travelling it is always great to have that option to quickly entertain the kids.

I liked that it was close to everything in town and I really liked the option to have the two bedroom suites. I also like that the staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and had options and the ingredient lists available.

I didn’t like that the pool and hot tub were in very poor condition. We did not even use the hot tub because it had a film on the surface and the water appeared brown. Several of the towels in our room were stained.

The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space.

However, it was not well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper and paper towel, and we noticed some staining on the sheets. We also discovered that the sheets on the pull-out bed had not been changed. When we asked for fresh bedding, the sheets were simply dropped off for us to change ourselves. I did not find this acceptable, as housekeeping should ensure every bed is clean and properly prepared before guests arrive. We were paying for a hotel stay and should not have been expected to complete the housekeeping ourselves. Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized we had forgotten an item in the room. When we contacted the front desk, we experienced some rudeness, and the attitude that came with the response felt unnecessary. When staying at a hotel, we are looking for an overall experience, and so much of that experience is shaped by the staff and how guests are treated. The suite itself was great, but the cleanliness, housekeeping, and customer service could all have been handled with much more care and professionalism.

Nice to have a downtown hotel with excellent facilities. As a suites the 2 bedroom is exceptional

Rien du tout ou peut-être notre chambre trop loin de l’ascenseur #428 vue notre état de santé un peu plus limité pour marcher . Sinon la prochaine fois je préciserai notre besoin .

I liked that I could open the window in my room. I also enjoyed the shower. It was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the staff for the most part were friendly.

It started out with finding a pair of underwear behind my curtains when I opened them. I put them in a bag and went down to reception. They were very apologetic and offered to take my parking fees off. I just wanted them to pass the message on to housekeeping so something like that would not happen again. It's unsettling. I didn't realize upon reserving our room that there was no restaurant bar in the hotel. That was disappointing. Another big disappointment was the pool area. It was so outdated and small. Really did not enjoy ourselves. The carpet and the couch both had stains and we just didn't feel like it was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Went to breakfast that was included and there were loads of children touching everything and not much food because there were so many people. Coffee was empty and had to wait just to get coffee to take back to our room there was no butter left to make a bagel. No chairs the second day to sit and wait for more food to be brought out. One elevator working so sometimes waited up to 10 minutes

The room was spacious and had every amenity we needed to prepare meals and relax. They allowed for an early check in (this was a huge bonus, we appreciate it so much). The breakfast, OMG it was so delicious. They had everything from cereal, toast to healthy options, and a waffle maker! Great coffee too. And a great selection at their snack store for afterhours at front desk. The staff, can't say enough good about each and everyone we spoke to. Exceptional service and stay.

Whirlpool jets were hardly working, it was dirty. Staff were not friendly and seemed inconvenienced by any questions but were also very over whelmed with the kids running parentless and rudely around the hotel. Paid 485 for the room, then an additional $16 to park and aas told that "there will likely be no spaces to park but had to pay anyway. As a Marriott member I was seriously disappointed in this stay.

The check-in experience was excellent. The front desk staff were very kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciated their support and their positive attitude during our stay.

My family and I had an uncomfortable experience in Room 303. The room, especially the sofa, was quite dusty, which made it difficult for us to sit on it comfortably during the two days we stayed there. I kindly recommend that the housekeeping team pay special attention to cleaning this room, especially the couch, for future guests.

It's not their fault but ASK FOR AN EVEN NUMBERED ROOM if you don't want to listen to Harley Davidson motor-heads revving their weak egos on the main street ALL DAY LONG

My husband and I have stayed many many times at this hotel thru the years, since it was new. We've had awesome experiences ,until this weekend !! What has happened to this once ,beautiful hotel?!!!!!! New management??? Lack of staff?? Something major has changed. We arrived at the hotel.. supper at the Keg (attached),then headed back to change to go for a swim ans relax in hot tub. The water was green and cloudy!!!!! The hit tub was even worse. I refused to get in!! My husband took a chance..... the jets weren't working, the water was warm, and as my husband rubbed his had over the seat he was sitting on, the finish (tile) was coming off on his hands.. We inquired of the lady at the front desk..she couldn't speak much English.. but manged to say ." Ti old!!!!!" (The tile is old) The room was clean but time to buy new wash cloths.. paper thin..so old . Towels were fine ,bedding clean.. the couch is worn and accents pillows are very old and thin. Breakfast was fine. This Marriott is prime location ,located down town.. This weekend experience, was not great and will be our last stay here.

The hot tub was not clean and filled properly. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The universal plug in for my EV car didn't work. The fitness room was extremely hot.

I cannot compliment Residence Inn Moncton more. I have been staying at this hotel regularly for four years for work. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the breakfast staff. Olfat is such a warm and inviting employee, and I look forward to seeing her each morning at breakfast. Tanya on the front desk is always helpful and provides suggestions for places to check out. She and the others truly go above and beyond for myself or if other co workers need anything during our stay. I'm thankful our employer chooses to place us at this location for our work stays. It is situated in the best location downtown, with tons of parking if needed. It's located amongst the best restaurants and cafes, and is close to grocery stores and the Champlain mall. I will add, as health and fitness continues to grow and become more popular, I do wish the gym space was much bigger, as there are sometimes 4 people crammed into a very tight space. More people these days tend to take advantage of a hotel gym, maybe more so than in the past, and the current space is simply too small to accomodate more than one person if they want to use weights, not cardio equipment. That is truly my only feedback. I look forward to my stays and am always welcomed back with big smiles from the Residence Inn Moncton team.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations around the area. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing—I slept better here than I do at home! I also really appreciated the little details, like the high-quality toiletries, great lighting, and how quiet the room was at night. The hotel facilities were excellent as well. Everything was well maintained, and it’s clear the staff take pride in keeping the property in top condition. The location was also ideal—close to everything I needed while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. What truly made the stay special was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, especially the front office manager, Tanya, she is always available to help regardless of the issue, kind, and eager to help. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish!

Nous avions une suite, très belle espace, propre. Petite cuisine correcte. Correspondant à la description.

Le divan lit correcte sans plus, un vrai lit style escamotable aurait été parfait. Un autre suggestion, un service de café dans lobby aurait été un beau plus. Simplement une kurrig ou machine à café... près de la piscine.

Je voudrais souligner un point important qui n’est pas mentionné sur le site de l’établissement : le stationnement coûte 10 $ par nuit et il se peut qu’il n’y ait plus de place si vous arrivez en soirée. Nous avons dû garer notre voiture en bout de rangée, en laissant quand même assez d’espace pour que les autres puissent passer, tout en surveillant depuis la fenêtre de notre chambre qu’une place se libère. Finalement, certaines personnes sont partaient dîner et, à ce moment-là, nous avons prenions leur place. Je ne sais pas du tout où elles se sont garées par la suite. Pour le reste, nous étions bien confortable, le personnel est bien courtois quand on est courtois évidemment (j’ai lu certains commentaires..). La chambre donnait une impression d’espace grâce à son aménagement ; nous ne nous sentions pas à l’étroit et chacun avait sa place. À noter également, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, qu’un des ascenseurs était en panne, ce qui rendait les déplacements entre les étages un peu plus longs. Comme nous étions au 4ᵉ étage, nous avons souvent pris l’escalier. Merci!

For years we were loyal to the Delta Beau as the hotel for our family trips to Moncton, but we switched to Residence Inn for the last few trips because we found the Beau was getting real run down, dirty, overpriced blah breakfasts, plus they removed the hot tub. But now we are feeling the same way about the Residence Inn and think it’s time to find a new fav hotel for our family trips to Moncton. This trip included an elevator out of service, cold pool, luke warm hot tub with non-working jets (does that mean water not being filtered?!?), breakfast offerings (although complimentary) are gross (runny eggs with white sausages), curtains that don’t close all the way, and a towel bar that fell off the bathroom wall. We paid more for the two bedroom suite, but not worth it anymore. However, this could be simply how things are now with lack of adequate staff in the hospitality industry in Canada - not enough cleaning and maintenance being done.

Parking was a nightmare, I drive a dodge truck, and was told at 1030pm that it was full and I had to leave my truck in the over flow parking area which wasn't on the property and had to walk to hotel, NOT COOL for 5 women...we had a suite booked for 5 girlfriends to do some shopping and it was the furthest room from elevator and the homemade carts were terrible to try and use. No coffee in room had to call for it both mornings. Suite rooms were big with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, that was the only plus!

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Les petit déjeuner était très copieux. Buffet sucré-salé à volonté. Proche d'un complexe commercial (10 min à pieds) et du centre commercial Champlain (5 min en bus). Déplacements faciles car bus toutes les 20 minutes.

This was a great place for a weekend away with the kids. Parking was great with covered passage to hotel if you had to use Parkside part. Later breakfast meant my teenage son could make his own breakfast instead of me making it for when he woke up.

Only downside would be the hot tub didn't stay hot long and didn't get very hot. On the plus side, my kids got to enjoy the hot tub because it was more like a bath temperature.
