All round fantastic hotel with excellent staff

The restaurant was great, and the staff was very friendly

There was a massive leak in our bathroom and they could not change rooms for us

3 people in room only catered for 2 .. ie towels, bathrobes, cups etc Requested 2 rooms nearby … allocated on separate floors

Carlos and Gabriella were exceptional. We loved the space

Staff attention to detail was second to none.

- Prosecco and fudge were complimentary upon request - bathroom has separate shower and bath, dental set, shaving set etc in case you forget anything - robes and slippers were comfortable - variety of teas and coffees (kettle and coffee machine is a plus) - bed was comfortable - fridge was spacious - staff were very friendly and helpful I liked everything

Pokoje są bardzo dobre. Łóżka ogromne , wygodne. W pokojach bardzo czysto. Łazienki zadbane.

Pokazywany basen do którego jest dostęp, jest w rzeczywistości publiczny. Przychodzą osoby z zewnątrz, dzieci mają zajęcia pływackie i jest mega głośno. Obowiązkowe są czepki. Jak się nie ma (bo skąd) trzeba kupić za 3 euro. Są dwie sauny , jedna bardziej brudna od drugiej, obie z wejściami bezpośrednio z płyty basenu, co uniemożliwia zachowanie jakiejkolwiek kultury saunowej. Wszyscy wchodzą na drewniane ławki w mokrych strojach i klapkach , bez żadnych ręczników. W saunie parowej nie można spłukać siedzenia, bo nie ma czym. Obrzydliwe. Przy rezerwacji przez booking trzeba uważać, bo bywa oferta ze śniadaniem, ale hotel tego nie uznaje i potem trzeba płacić 16 lub 26 euro za śniadanie. Sporo.

Liked the breakfast , would have preferred this to have been include with the booking by default.

We liked everything, the food was excellent, the service was superb, and the rooms fabulous. Really is a fantastic hotel

Excellent location and facilities nice lobby and view from the rooms, the rooms were clean and well organised as well as the city centre was easily accessible.

Left too early to have the breakfast would have appreicated the ability to get a coffee before leaving early

The space, the locality, beautiful decor, spaciousness. Concierge service very good. Breakfast had great choices.

The staff were excellent in reception and the bar area where we ate lunch and dinner. The small bar/ coffee dock near reception was nice. We were allowed to check in earlier than planned and room was spotless

The sink in the bathroom was really dirty Only 1 packet of biscuits in the room also no water at all in the room I took a video of the sink it was that bad but I couldn’t upload it so the photo doesn’t show out how bad it was

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff opened the door for us and offered to take our cases. Even though we declined the offer, it was very much appreciated. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even explaining the car charging option in the hotel for me. Waiter in the breakfast room was super helpful with setting us up for breakfast with our kids. Room was spacious and very clean. Overall, a really nice hotel, managed by super helpful staff. We will definitely visit it again and are currently looking at trying another of the hotels in the Doyle group. Our 3rd short break this year and we definitely saved the best till last.

Good-sized family room, excellent food at the bar restaurant, friendly staff.

Parking is awkward and with only one elevator servicing the car park. It was odd that you couldn't pick food from either restaurant's menu, irrespective of where you sat, given they're both interconnected.

Comfortable, decent sized rooms and clean

Food was fabulous, pool was lovely for family. Location excellent.

We ate in the restaurant night 1, food was amazing but service was just shocking. So slow and plenty staff on but unfortunately didn't know what to be doing! Was a pity as food so good. Ordered drinks which took forever to come, we had a babysitter for 1.5hrs and spent first half hour waiting for a drink.

Very clean with good gym. Range of food options for breakfast and a nice restaurant area for lunch and dinner if required.

Fee for parking ( not sure this was clear on booking) and only one lift working.

Very friendly staff, room was a great size and spotlessly clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable. A very quiet room, no slamming doors or external noise to be heard.

The pool is not quite what we expected, not as luxurious as we had hoped.

Hôtel très joli extrêmement bien placé, à 10 mn de tout! Une grande chambre très moderne et confortable. On s’y sent tout de suite bien! Un bar avec vue sur la rivière, très joli et reposant, petit écrin de paix.

Le restaurant/bar n’était pas au niveau du reste. Long pour servir et peu varié.

Spotless. Staff were great. Food was outstanding although my steak was more medium/well than medium rare. We had an issue via booking.com but the staff at the hotel dealt with it superbly well.

The price for the breakfast is extremely expensive and definitely wasn't worth the price charged, unfortunately.

Property was beautiful a bit of language barrier with food and drink on the Thursday no turn down on Thursday nite, but there was on Friday, pool was fantastic, a bit if noise during the day ( building) could have been told beforehand, but we enjoyed our stay

Nada, que no haya mas hotels como este

It was close to the Mardyke, the hotel was airy and clean with a gorgeous terrace and restaurant. Pretty good food and very good service.

The drilling work happening on the floor above that was very noisy and the lack of affordable breakfast. Breakfast should be included in the roommate as Eur26 per head is absurd. Also 3 people booked into a room should mean 3 glasses, cups, robes etc but that was only achieved on the last day.

Mooi gelegen hotel aan de rivier met ruime parkeergarage ernaast waar ook de fietsen prima kunnen staan. Prima bedden en vriendelijk personeel

De eerste nacht werkte de airco in de kamer niet waardoor het benauwd en warm was. Dat werd de volgende dag prima opgelost doordat we naar een andere kamer mochten verhuizen. Maar ook daar koelde de airco niet voldoende en bleken we ook geen koffiezetapparaat meer te hebben wat wel bij de gekozen kamer had gehoord.
