Hayfield Manor

All super!

Classic high-end country house. Bags. Get to rooms before you do. Drinks at the bar amazing. Breakfast. Excellent and promptly served

Too many ancient Americans.

Breakfast was excellent, fantastic selection of high quality options to eat & drink. Very quiet bedroom, comfortable bed/mattress. Nice linen.

Carpets could be a bit cleaner.

Lovely welcoming spacious room, great choice/quality of breakfast, bed amazingly comfortable. Quiet pool area.

Fantastic service, food, comfort & staff.

We liked everything - the very friendly and helpful staff, our room, the food at breakfast and dinner, the bar, the facilities, the re car park and the general ambience. Highly recommended.

Hervorragende Lage. Sehr persönlich. Personal hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich. Haus besitzt sehr viel Charme.

High Quality hotel with excellent staff.

The standard of the staff and food and facilities

Absolutely nothing

Great staff an good

Comfortable, beautiful, friendly staff

We loved everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, great location .

Exceptionally friendly staff and a breakfast beyond compare!

It is about 5kms from Cork centre and the Ubers charged us 15 euros to go to the city!

Top notch staff and service Beautiful hotel couldn’t find any fault

Exceptional staff and really central location

Some of the products eg milk and shortbread in the room were not Irish. We loved the Ground toiletries and it would be a nice touch if the edible bits were Irish too!

All facilities and food offering excellent.

The Staff were so friendly.

No complaints at all

Our upgrade to the Shandon Suite was simply stunning & beyond our expectations. Thank you kindly. 😊 Hotel pool, outdoor jacuzzi & spa were exceptional. Food was delicious, & the cocktails & bar were superb 🍸 The staff were extremely helpful. & professional. All in all, a top 5* experience & good value. We look forward to returning.

Everything was superb!

This is a beautiful exterior property, painting and decoration was taking place during our stay, and carpets across the hallways and stairs are all different types of carpets and patterns

Value for money. The price of food alcohol and coffee was absolutely nothing short of daylight robbery. Clear to see a very popular American destination, and this seems to be the main target audience

Rooms are convient (old style) and clean - location is not central but easy to access town - restaurant is good

The majority of the staff is young and unexpierenced - waiting time to access breakfast - check your bill !

Friendly, helpful staff Excellent facilitates Good food Good service

Breakfast service can be a little rushed. Personally I like hot food to be served after having cereal etc.

The included breakfast was awesome. I like the option of a continental breakfast, which was very inclusive, plus having a hot made to order breakfast too.

I really loved the warm hospitality of this hotel. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Food was delicious and service was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return at a future date.

NA

Cork is beautiful, room was top-notch.

Staff dismissive, inattentive and patronising at times. Dirty, wet towels re-folded and left on towel rack by housekeeper. Management unhelpful during and after stay as well.

I have been to the Hayfield Manor on previous occasions and it never disappoints, the rooms are so nice and comfortable, the food is top class and the staff are very professional and friendly

Very good

Small hole in duvet cover .. these small details are important .

Beautiful old world charming vibes, comfy rooms, we had 2 because my husband snores,my room was at the front lovely, great place to relax and unwind, fabulous atmosphere and food and a wonderful spa which we enjoyed.

It rained for the 2 Days, that were there 💦😂

Breakfast was excellent best 5 star

Couldn’t pick anything.

Everything. Especially the staff.

Nothing.

Very nice place

Everything….it is magical

The fact I had to leave.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Warmly welcomed upon arrival, seated for check in & offered a beverage. Exceptional bar, restaurant & breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet is exceptional with beautiful presentation & selections. Bar staff are very knowledgeable & happy to share Irish whiskey nuances.

Our room location wasn’t the best. Lower level near cars arriving & some guests smoking. Expected a bit more based on the nightly rate.

Everything great as we would expect, we will be back again.

Magnifique manoir je recommande vivement

Great breakfast lots of choice.

Only criticism the breakfast room chairs a little too low and relaxed for the table especially if not too tall

Amazing property, great location; staff were welcoming, professional, and courteous

This property was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were exceptional. We appreciated the king beds and air conditioning in the rooms. We enjoyed drinks in the Bloom bar out in the gardens, and dinner at their Perrott's restaurant. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. This booking was worth every penny!

Wow, what a privilege to stay in a unique hotel with so many thoughtful extras and such a wonderful staff!

Family run attitude - staff excellent. Room was good, but no bar fridge, room service menu, good breakfast. Complimentary bikes

Slightly out of town.

Great location, excellent facilities and the staff are exceptional.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay

Very good old world charm.

Bed was a little firm.

The highlight of my visit to Ireland. This wasn't just a place to stay, it was an experience in itself.

Summer house bar and Jack the bar man was great!

Everything was excellent and relaxing

Nothing comes to mind
