Convenient location to The Biltmore, access to the major highways. The room was enormous. Breakfast was complete including a variety of food like waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits depending on the day .

A couple of minor items: slow water draining in the sink, empty shampoo dispenser.

We had a great experience staying here with our two children. Mayra was wonderful and went above and beyond with helping our kids with multiple different things! She was so kind and sweet! It is within one mile of the Biltmore’s entrance which made life easy and our kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Great experience from the second we entered. Staff was warm and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and the facility was beautiful.

Staff went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bathrooms were large and well appointed. Loved shower!

Location was excellent for our 2 days visit to Biltmore Estate. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had our dog and the location for pet relief was excellent and easy to use. Very pleasant stay!

The first morning breakfast was fabulous was looking forward to the next morning's breakfast. That was not so good powdered eggs, no bacon or sausage. Frittatas were the very best. In two days never had bacon.

Safe in my room needs work, loose on its base, couldn't get it to lock. Door to the ice machine room (Fifth floor) needs work, scrapes the floor and makes a loud noise when opened. Ventilation in that room is grossly inadequate, probably because the door fits too tightly to allow air to circulate.

Jasmine & Robin could teach a course on Hotel Customer Service--they are awesome individuals with wonderful personalities and are also very courteous, professional, engaging, friendly, funny (Lynn, blink twice!!)...and did I say just awesome individuals?!?...from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and appreciated! The hotel is conveniently located, beautiful, our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the fruit infused water. I highly recommend this hotel and would visit again, hoping Jasmine & Robin would be on duty! ;-)

Everything but I haven't received my 50.00 each for the 2 rooms I rented. We didn't brake anything. I'll be looking to receive that 100.00 back to my account. Thank you. 😁

Very bare-bones. I don’t mind the walk-mounted toiletries , but that was it. Not even a note pad and pen or a shower cap.

Because of our schedule we did not have breakfast. But just viewing the dining area the breakfast items it appeared to be something we would have been ok with.. The front staff were super helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The room accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Overall we were very pleased with our overnight stay.

The location was near Biltmore Estates. It was easy to access off the highway. Parking was near the building. The staff was friendly and made a personal connection at check-in. The hotel was not damaged from the recent flooding in the Asheville area.

The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Due to time restraints in the morning, I was unable to report the issue to the management. However, I did let the hotel know about it, to which I received a reply which I considered rude.

I liked it all but wish the price had been less. I came to attend a wedding, and counting the travel from Georgia plus wedding gift plus clothing costed a lot!

Breakfast was awesome and the orange lemon water Was wonderful! I have never stayed in a more quieter, more comfortable, more cleaner, almost sterile looking hotel in every aspect, with such a helpful nice staff! On a 1-10 scale we nurses gave you 10+! Thank you for everything! Hey HAMPTON INN CEO! THIS HAMPTON INN NEEDS A CONSIDERABLE RAISE!

The workers were extremely kind and welcoming. My dogs thought they were rockstars going through the public areas of the hotel. Great location to stay to visit the Biltmore. Breakfast was good.

A gluten free option for pancakes or waffles would be amazing. Or even a gluten free muffin. It would have been helpful to get the discount code to the Biltmore sooner. I had already purchased my Biltmore tickets when I received the discount code. You could advertise that you will provide a discount to the Biltmore if you book a stay.

Hotel was clean and freshly remodeled (almost done). We loved the 24/7 coffee and favored water in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is excellent. When you walk in everything is super nice and updated. The rooms are super clean, updated, beds and pillows very comfortable and air conditioner works perfectly. They are still renovating but I never seen nor heard anyone. In fact you would never know it if it wasn’t for the staff saying so and one of the elevators being blocked off on first floor. All staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice, hot and tasted good. The floors and tables in breakfast area was clean as well. I can’t say enough about this place. I will certainly return when we come back to tour Belmont Estate house/ garden again.

The property is quite hidden but centrally located so that we can enjoy the perks of the city from Biltmore village, Tangier outlet and the mountain view. Austin also spends the time to check up on us to ensure we enjoy our stay.

Wonderful location for visiting the Biltmore House and Estate. It is less than a five-minute drive to Biltmore. Very clean hotel. Hotel staff very gracious and helpful. Ask for a map of the local area; they are free if you ask at the front desk. Free breakfast was very good with hot and cold items. Kudos to the baker of the mini blueberry scones! There were some renovations going on at the hotel when we visited, but they did not interfere with our stay. I would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again in the future.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a wonderful first impression. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the room looked like it had been recently upgraded with a sleek, modern design. Although there was construction going on during my stay, I never heard any noise from it, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the lobby even smelled amazing-such a nice touch.

This was the first pet friendly hotel we have stayed at. You would never know it! It was clean, smelled clean great property.

The hotel property is in a very convenient location, with plenty of free parking. The hotel staff was attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The seating area was a little small, as it couldn't accommodate the number of people that were there for breakfast.

The motel overall was good. Most of the help was useful and kind.

The swimming pool heater needs repaired so it is warmer. Too cold for us to swim.

We love the room. It was a spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a modern, well-equipped bathroom and a king-sized bed that ensured restful sleep. We loved the thoughtful touches, like giving us bottles of water and easy access to freshly made coffee and cole fruit flavored water. The bathroom is very clean and with amenities. What really impressed is was the breakfast. They were excellent and good variety. Food is packed individually. They really put an effort for sanitary reasons to prevent contamination. This effort is very appreciated. Thanks to the management and staff.
