Clean the bed was very comfortable
The parking and access to the room
Good sized room with nice layout and very comfortable bed. The person who checked us in was very kind and helpful. The location was only a mile or so from the Biltmore Estate, so was very convenient for our visit there.
Although beyond the control of the hotel, the driveway to access the property was a little tricky. The hotel is located on a main road so emergency vehicle sirens woke me up 3 or 4 times in the middle of the night.
Room wax on the highway side and we had a lot of road noise. Breakfast was awful.
Everything it was clean and good shape it was a great place
Nothing
Add a little more variety on the breakfast. Have some bagels or English muffins. Also have some sauces like salsas or hot sauce.
Awesome
Muy limpio
Todo esta bien
Staff is super nice!
Location
I found the place easily
The rug in front of the refrigerator was saturated. I reported this in the morning and was told it would be fixed but when I returned to the room the next day the same problem existed. It was in a main walkway of the room and unavoidable. I contacted the number I was given to make a complaint and ask about compensation for this unacceptable condition but I got no response.
Very clean and staff was courteous
Little loud at night with traffic
Nice rooms, nice property located right off the interstate. Close to all the attractions. Texas Roadhouse right next door.

Location and cleanliness
Nothing
Property was nice and clean. Terrible location. All night, long traffic, loud motorcycles and sirens. Oh my goodness!
The sirens, loud motorcycles, the noisy traffic
The location for easy access to the parkway & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & helpful for recommendations. The breakfast staff was very attentive & kept the breakfast area clean.
Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Noise from the kids in the pool carried up & the street noise was LOUD all night long. A room towards the back of the hotel would probably have met our expectations. There was no bread/toast to go with the eggs at breakfast. Why put green onions in the scrambled eggs? The waffles & toppings were excellent. No variety in fresh fruit, just apples which were quite soft & mushy. I always carry my own makeup remover face cloth which happens to be white. While we were out on the parkway, housekeeping cleaned our room & took my facecloth with them. This has never happened before & we have stayed at many hotels these past 3 weeks. It had a totally different texture. There was no ‘do not disturb’ sign we could place in the door, which we would have used.
Very clean, good location.
No pastries or bread for breakfast, but other options were good, including waffles, eggs and sausage.
Clean rooms and close to the Texas Roadhouse
Nothing
Room was very clean
Cleanliness Breakfast Cleaning personal were working " like beavers" in the a m.
Drain in tub was strange- to drain water I had to " unscrew" the drain stopper
I like that we could drive our car right up to our room, but when we returned back to our room late that night there were almost no parking spots and we had to park way around the building.
That we had to park way away when we returned at night. I saw what looked like a smeared booger on the wall behind the bathroom door and I can’t get that out of my head. Before I saw that I felt like the room felt really clean but after that I started feeling gross about the room.
Cleanliness lacking, breakfast lacking, service lacking. I felt that this hotel could have cared less about my stay.
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
Pool was closed for Maintenance, and not told that until we tried to use it.

العزل وازعاج المكيف
The swimming pool was closed but there was nothing stating that it was closed when we booked.
front desk was very helpful
Outstanding staff and guest services compassion and caring. Throughout June and July I stayed at this property multiple times the service was always 100% knowledgeable and very well trained team members throughout the hotel.
The location of the hotel is terrible especially when you are trying to get out of the driveway to the Main Street. The breakfast was terrible; I had stayed at hotel several hotels with a complimentary breakfast. This one was the worse and the attendant did not speak or understand English. One of the patron had to ask my question for me . Just awful 😡
This hotel needs to be renovated
Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, as I wasn't feeling well and went and got my fiance.
She put us in a room beside the office and laundry room. So I had to hear them roll the cart by our room making the sickness worse.
Horrible customer service! I was packing my bags at 11:02 AM when the manager was beating down my door like there was a fire outside. I opened the door half dressed, because I thought there was an emergency. The manager would not let the door close, she stood in the doorway as I continued to finish packing my bags to check out. I felt like she treated me like a criminal for not checking out exactly 11 AM. She would not even grant me the courtesy of a 15 minute late checkout…as a diamond Choice hotel member. on top of that I was charged $250 for smoking outside of my room, in the parking lot by the way.
The room was spacious and clean
The pool wasn't functioning. The staff said an inspector had to come out to inspect before it opens. The pool was the main reason we got the hotel. I asked if I could be compensated because the pool wasn't open and they said because I booked on booking.com I couldn't be. The breakfast was mediocre as well.
We enjoyed everything. Friendly service. Clean and great location.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Only one van handicapped parking spot. Usually taken by a non ramp/van occupants.
Noise from the street was very loud with sirens until late. Beds were hard, no elevator, and the WiFi was awful.
I really liked the simplicity of the check in and check out. It's more like an old-fashioned "motor inn" where you pull up directly to your door. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were modern and clean, and the staff was friendly. We have stayed here twice while visiting the Biltmore, and plan to stay again.
The swimming pool was closed for repairs, but that couldn't be helped.
I wanted to enjoy before a surgery. No pool, Found Ice but no soda or snacks where Ice was that I saw.
Everything. Front Deck lady was so sweet. I wish I got her name. She was great checking us in . So nice. The place here is great . We will be back to stay again
Just a little disappointed because the pool was closed down for maintenance. But other than that ,everything was great
Convenient to Blueridge Parkway
There weren’t enough choices for breakfast. We enjoy peanut butter on whole wheat toast, light yogurt and more fruit choices.
This place was clean and convenient to our destination for the day. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. Overall it was a really great experience and for the price an excellent choice for anyone looking for a nice one night stop on the Biltmore area.
Nothing.
Loved the location, cleanliness of the room, size of the room and the staff.
I had no negative issues
Love the location close to a lot of good restaurants.
I had a wheelchair non mobile person and they switched my room to a regular made it hard to get around in the room other than that I liked it
This was our second stay. Nice hotel, clean rooms, staff is so friendly, close proximity to Biltmore Estate and good restaurants. For the price you can't beat this hotel.
The breakfast was really good ,herbs in scrambled eggs were different but so good waffles an sausage made the perfect breakfast along with yogurt an cranberry juice extra nice lady taking care to keep food out
Building
Parking
Staff was very considerate
Parking was tight. Larger vehicles kinda blocked areas for others.
The staff were nice and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, bed was comfortable. Location near Biltmore, five min from downtown. Full hot Breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles.
The driveway to the motel was kind of sketchy. You have to pull off a busy road and immediately make an acute turn up a steep hill. Easy to miss the turn, signage isn’t great. Breakfast was good, but no ketchup for eggs?
Close to Biltmore and other Asheville locations. Handi capped accessible room.
The room was clean. The mattress felt like sleeping in a floor. Door had a gap at the bottom. Lots of traffic noise. Pool was not in service. The breakfast was minimal.
Clean great price
Close to the busy road
Close to Biltmore Estate
Breakfast did not have any pastries or bread. People leaving very early and setting off car alarms.
The property is clean and organized and has no smell of cigarettes or derivatives
There is no elevator and perhaps this harms the accessibility of those who use wheelchairs. But I believe that if that's the case they book a room on the ground floor
If the breakfast had a little more variety, also the times, it should open up earlier. I went at 6:15 and it did not open until 6:30 and the staff member told me to leave.
I would have liked to have more access to breakfast. Also, it was difficult to connect to the internet. One staff member when we first arrived was amazing! I do not recall his name however he was very nice.
Treated rudely by morning receptionist Sleep disturbed 3 times during the night by people carrying on in parking lot outside my room. Then woken by cleaning crew talking moving carts around cleaning above me. Very frustrating
Entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky (you enter the site as if going to the Texas Roadhouse) but otherwise it is a nice economic place to stay in comparison to other hotels in the area. We appreciated the laminated guide to the television channels as it gives you a quick guide as to what channels are available. The breakfast room is a bit tight. The first morning was great; really liked the eggs. The second morning the attendant a different one was not keeping up with demand and we saw some people give-up getting the eggs and sausage. While we did not visit the Biltmore in this visit it was an excellent location for our visits to the Arboretum and the Estes-Winn Car Museum.
room was clean breakfast wasnt available til 6:30 and we left at 6
window let every noise in, very loud cars, sounded like they were in the room with us!!!
Staff was wonderful Price was better than others
Breakfast was disappointing- Nothing very healthy. I was traveling with two other people who have mobility issues. There were no elevators and lots of stairs. Bed was not comfortable and room was smelly and not very appealing This whole complex needs an update.
Convenient location, very clean, good choices for breakfast, friendly staff, and the price was great!
My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much!! The room was clean and fresh and well supplied!! The continental breakfast was delicious and fresh just what we needed to start our day!! The staff was cheerful and helpful!!!
Location, value, extremely clean!
Little bit of road noise, not terrible. The breakfast offerings were average.
want to take a moment to recognize Chelsea, the assistant general manager at the Clarion pointe hotel. She is truly a lovely person—very sweet, polite, and professional. She handled my issue with ease and efficiency, without any pushback or attitude. Instead, she was kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. You can tell she is both smart and great at what she does, because she made what could have been a frustrating situation feel simple and stress-free. I honestly have never had such an easy and smooth resolution like this before. Also, the location is excellent—very convenient to both the Biltmore Estate and downtown, which made the stay even better. Thank you again, Chelsea, for your outstanding service and kindness.
I do not recommend this motel, especially for senior citizens. During my stay, the staff was made the entire experience uncomfortable. What concerned me most was that a staff member handled my prescription medication without permission. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of personal boundaries. Medication should never be touched by anyone other than the guest or a licensed professional. The lack of respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy was disappointing. I would strongly advise others — especially older travelers — to choose a different place that values guest safety and privacy.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
No tv for first night and half the next day. Felt like the price was way higher than what I’ve paid before.
I set my arrival dates but it did not update so it made the arrival date for that night. The full balance said it was $90 but my card was charged $144. They wouldn't refund it either. Then I tried again to make a reservation online and saw how the dates wouldn't change even though I changed it 8 times. Again the balance was $90 but wanted to charge my card $150. Trying to reserve a room should not have this many issues.
close to a lot of things! great breakfast
We were staying in Asheville to visit the Biltmore Estate. The Hotel was conveniently located within a mile of the gate. It made it easy to access the property with zero impediments.
The breakfast could have been better - not a lot of choices and the eggs weren't appetizing. There was no toast, nor biscuits to accompany the sausage and eggs, and the choice of cereals offered sugar rather than nutrition. There was no granola although the yogurts were good. The fresh apples were a tad mushy. I think a more continental breakfast of meats and cheeses would have been better along with croissants and fresh pastries.
The location was nice an quiet.
The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Bed was very comfy. I would stay here again.
Room was nice and clean
Very clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again. Im very fussy about a clean room!
Driving in to check in is hard. Texas Roadhouse is on the same steep little road.be patient and you get in
This site is right off the main roads that lead to the best trails for hiking and to visit The Biltmore. Close to downtown Ashville.
Ease of check in, clean rooms, central to food shopping and medical. Staff identified items I left behind and held till I arranged pickup.
I recommend this hotel. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and felt safe.
Close to everything
Did not have bacon for breakfast. Does not say right near a hospital with the extra noise.
Complained about noise from adjacent room multiple times. Desk clerk did not do much, I couldn’t sleep at all! Not very friendly night staff.
The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful!! The room were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! It was in the prime location for what we had planned! I will certainly stay there again if I come back to the area!
It was a very clean and comfortable room , no issues. I had to stay near work/hospital due to icy weather conditions.
I did not like having to climb up steps to the 3rd floor. I did not realize there was no elevator, or I would have requested the bottom floor due to having to lug all my luggage and items up those steps in the cold, icy temperatures.
Beds were comfy and love all the soft fluffy pillows.
I was told we could check out at noon due to the fact we worked nights at hospital during recent ice storm. And was rudely woken at 11 by housekeeping then rudely called by front desk. The lady at front desk over phone in the tone very rude "checkout was at 11" I understand that it was not communicated about the checkout but the lady at front desk didn't have to be rude about it. Also, its hard to pull out of parking lot due to the angle and the curb. Also no elevator. If your on the third floor who wants to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. If thats an issue, I'd definitely request 1st or 2nd floor.
Very close to the Biltmore at a good price
The traffic noise
Staff were very friendly
Shower had hair in it and the beds are like bricks. My room was above the lobby so I was up all night due to the noises. Also the tv didn't even have the basic channels so I wasn't able to watch the local news
We did a road trip through Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. This was by far the best and most comfortable hotel we stayed at. Very clean and well organized. Good breakfast. Fair price. Comfortable beds and bedding. Extremely attentive staff. We absolutely loved it.
