The location and the cocktails served in the evening.

The drain flys everywhere. We had them in our room and they all over food at the buffet. Definitely needs to be addressed. Lost my appetite for sure! Also. We were out of shampoo and conditioner when we got our room and had to go get some from front desk.

No heat to room. Bad experience.

Location was perfect, I had lived in Corpus Christi for 43 hrs, so I already knew that, but it's close to good food, shopping, etc. It's an older hotel, but it's been well cared for; my room, bath, was clean, hotel staff was great.

Just wish I'd taken my home bed pillow!

I didn’t like that the bar closed early every night I was there (before 9PM) the bartender a female was there everyone and I was told “she was closed” I never got to enjoy my complimentary drink!

I didn’t like the fact that according to the receptionist, there was an issue with checking-in. We arrived at 6 pm and got our room until around 9pm. We traveled and went directly to the beach all day and were expecting to check-in immediately and wind down. Our youngest was 3 years old and it was uncomfortable for him. Also, our room felt extremely humid and warm.

The tub was not cleaned.

The location is great, the hospitality was great, everyone was nice and helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. The Hotel itself needs some upgrades. The room was ok, needs some upgrades, but the bed was horrible, Very hard and you feel every spring. We found a dirty leftover towel in our room and my grandson found a leftover Qtip under the table 🤢. The noise level was to be expected for a hotel, not overly noisy.

Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, and food was good!

The happy hour was when we were out and about, but overall it was good

The big breakfast option, the separation between the bedroom and living room with plenty of space and storage, pool indoor is awesome and cleaned often, love the scenery in the middle of the hotel it’s like your outdoors but your not, the staff are friendly and helpful for the most part

The parking lot was full at night with little parking places. It needs to have more parking places. The complimentary drinks should be available to get as long as the bar is open not just for 2 hours. The vent in the bathroom was leaking on us and we told them as soon as we got there and it didn’t get fixed but they did slow the dropping down somehow so at least they did try to fix it.

The out side was nice but the inside of the pool was all rusted

The employees and staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. the food service and breakfast were very good as well as the bar. Again all the employees and staff were excellent.

The condition of the rooms were incredibly bad. This hotel is in severe need of a makeover. It appears that nothing has been done to it since the 1990’s. The carpet is old and filthy, the plumbing in the bathroom is old, rusty and in general bad shape. The bottom of the bathroom door is shredded and coming apart. The door knobs are loose and about to fall off and the toilet is loose and wobbly. I do realize that economic conditions in the CC, TX area have not been the best in the past few years , but if something doesn't change here, the outlook for the Hotel is very Grim! Please don't get me wrong, I really like Embassy Suites and the overall concept it represents. I hope this does not come across as a disgruntled visitor, because I'm not. Just disappointed in this location.

It was so close to everything and everyone there was great

the bedroom was very hot. but if you walked into the living area it was cold so i guess ventilation not good in bedroom. Bar tender was very very rude.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was really good. Quite a few options. On the website it said the restaurant part was open all day, but it wasnt.

It is definitely older and needing some updating. The air in the room didnt blow very well but it did stay cool. The toilet kept running. We had to fix it each time. The bed was alright. Firmer than we are used to.

The facilities are run down and very dated including beds and other furniture in the rooms. Bathrooms also need upgrades badly.

Staff was friendly and courteous, especially Jacob, who even remembered my name and greeted me and my family every time we left the hotel and came back. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The young man making the omelets to order was fantastic. Our grandchildren loved the beautiful indoor pool.

We had requested an early check-in, but the room wasn't ready until 4:15, which was later than the usual 4:00 check in time. Jacob was very apologetic and offered a later checkout time when we were leaving two days later, but we decided to leave for home at 11:00 a.m.

The breakfasts weren't very tasty, but thank you for the service; the staff were very friendly.

The parking lot was full most of the time, and the main access was very dangerous and narrow.

Staff were very nice, great breakfast, kids loved the indoor pool, loved the 2 complementary drinks.

Our room was not available till 5:30pm so had to kill time after being at the beach all day. The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. We had mold on the roof of the shower.

Booked 2 queen beds but when we got there they gave us a king bed with a sofa bed. We were very disappointed and told front desk about error. The manager came out and told me that I booked through a third party web sight so she could not help me. I didn't understand why booking with a third party was the issue. I felt like the manager didn't care to help me. I don't think I will stay there again. I just wish someone would have told me that booking with you was going to get me treated differently.

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good.

The property needs remodeling and the tub had lots of rust on the tub. The air vent in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling and it had lots of clogged dust coming from it along with strings of hair. The hotel wasn’t worth the money it’s old and run down looking and needs remodeling so I checked out early from being disappointed.

All the staff were super friendly. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable.

For being Embassy suites I was not impressed. I walked in the room the smell of old carpet was a disappointment. The pictures I saw online looked a lot bigger than in person. The Tv's Really are in Need of an UPGRADE! Terrible. Couldn't even hear the tv sound. The fridge was all wabbily but I managed. In general the rooms need to be upgraded. Rooms need better decor. Oh the white bread was the only thing missing in the buffet. The gentleman was nice I'm guessing the bus boy but he seemed overwhelmed and over worked. Felt bad for him nice man but he looked overworked.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN MANY MANY YEARS THAT WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS HOTEL THAT THE POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER,,, :( BUT THE GENTLEMEN WORKING THE FRONT SENT US TO A PARTNERING HOTEL WHERE ARE GRANDKIDS GOT TO SWIM... THAT WAS VERY NICE OF HIM TO DO!!

One of the slowest, most annoying check-ins II can remember. An overly chatty and cheerful apologized to the queue many times. We were in line almost 20 minutes. Our room was reserved under a family member and we had further delays over that. The room was a dreary brown. The bed cover and sheets were a bit rough and itchy. Water pressure in the shower was weak. The highlight was a robust breakfast bar with an omelet chef

Big rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, bar and afternoon snack. Property was pretty and we loved the location of our room to everything.

Pool was down and that is one of the reasons we booked there. Also, room had a musty smell and some rips in the carpet.

The staff was very friendly.

The hot breakfast was typical of a hotel breakfast, the fruit was not as fresh as I would have preferred. The bath room was tight quarters. The carpet felt ancient. Furniture leather was cracking or torn.

If the pool was not functional then that should have been disclosed..its not fair to go down the street to use the neighboring hotel..it should have been disclosed

We stay at the Embassy a few times throughout the year, and it just seems like every time we stay, something is second-class. Not terrible, but not what we've come to expect from the Embassy or what we've experienced over the years. Think the maintenance department needs to step it up and make sure all these small things don't get out of hand.

A lot of cars parked in front of the entry way, my daughter couldn’t move the car closer since I am handicapped(have a bad knee and use a cane).

They had a good breakfast, and the layout of the hotel was nice.

The hotel is very outdated and has not been maintained well. Carpet was ripped up I. Multiple locations, paint peeling, rust all over the place, furniture was warn, beds old and uncomfortable, shower tubs cracked and poor caulking jobs, shower heads dirty, and much more!

This hotel is awful and dirty. There was a dirty filter with dust in the little kitchenette. The entire hotel is old, rooms looked dirty along with bedding. Also the rooms and common areas smelled bad.

The pool hours should stay open a bit longer

Pool had a foul sewer smell and rear elevators were not working, we had to either walk all the way to the front or use the stairs.

The hotel needs major renovations, the hot water did not work, and there is major mold under the toilet bowl...

I don't remember all the staff names..but the chefs that cooked omg!! I had to tip!! Bartender was cool..all staff were awesome

Pool was closed for majority of stay..wich was i booked here..my birthday is during this time and I wanted something for my grandkids..but it was being cleaned and it was being maintained so🤷‍♀️

I liked the location; it was close to all the destinations that my family and I visited.

Cockroaches in room, ice machine was down, dish washer was down, breakfast plates were filmy and dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Pancakes were burn, and eggs were watery.. not happy after paying so much for this type of stay.

It was a great experience but the location where was at was to busy! Other than that is was nice!
