I was hesitant after trading some reviews, but I was very pleased, had an enjoyable stay . The staff greeted you down the halls every time,, made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean,& roomy. Only downfall was no pool, but after construction is finished next door, they will have one next year is what I was told The complimentary breakfast was hot, & fresh. Staff had ithe area Very clean & neat both days I was there. Uber was around $10 to get around the area, which everything was close to the hotel. It is not the top rated hotel but it was good for the money I paid. I'd stay again.

Too bad the view of the ocean was scrappy and of course the construction next door was a mess, not your fault. I was disappointed, I wanted to relax besides the ocean.

There’s a building directly next to the Holiday Inn that is either being remodeled or demolished, and unfortunately, that was essentially the “view” from our two-bedroom suite. Instead of the view we were expecting, we looked directly at a construction/demolition site. If you looked hard enough past all of that, you could technically see the ocean way off in the distance. Needless to say, it was extremely disappointing and definitely not what we expected when booking the suite.

The hotel was in a great beachfront location with beautiful ocean views. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, and the location made it easy to get around and enjoy Corpus Christi.

Some areas of the property could use a little updating, but overall it did not take away from our stay.

No me agrado que cobren el estacionamiento. Sugiero que instalen una regadera a las afueras de las instalaciones del hotel (acceso a playa) para quitar exceso de arena que puede uno traer de la playa, ya que no hay manera de enjuagarse. Creo que seria menos complicada la limpieza para el personal del hotel.

Helles, großes und sauberes Zimmer. Kaffee kostenfrei vorhanden (richtige Kaffeebohnen im Automaten). Nachmittag gab es Kekse und einen Spender mit kühlem Getränk. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice.

It is the perfect spot. Very clean, smells great. The staff were friendly. I’ll keep coming back.

I liked everything about the property.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was excellent loved the fact the beach access was literally next to us.

The construction was right next to us and that we had to pay for parking. I think the person's that use the parking lot to go to the beach should pay for the parking not the guest that already paid for the stay at the hotel.

New establishment with beach access and pier. Lots of open parking spaces and walking distance for a morning or evening walk. Even though the building construction next door and driveway entrance, my stay was very peaceful and the rooms very clean and big with a window view of the Gulf of Mexico. I will make this my primary hotel stay hotel 🏨 when coming to Corpus Christi.

How close it was to the beach?

Breakfast was very good. The pancake maker was out of order. Waffle maker would be nice too!

Can I make a suggestion about putting a faucet by the patio outside of the beach so when we can wash our feet before going up to the hotel so we don’t have sandy feet.

Great location. We reserved through a third party site and still got a room with the gulf view. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and patient. Great breakfast too. We will stay again.

The hotel advertised swimming pool and hot tub but there was no swimming pool so r hot tub anywhere on the property.

Being right on McGee Beach is great. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of Corpus Christi.

I didn't like having to pay for parking. The hotel adjacent to this one was also under construction and blocked off access to the beach and the sidewalks which was a real problem.

The breakfast was fresh and amazing it reminded me of being home. The location was great for the beach and fishing, I had an opportunity to just sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of he waves. I loved watching the sun rise.

Nothing could have been done better. The staff was amazing from the front desk, hospitality, and kitchen staff for breakfast and attentive to all needs.

My biggest complaint was the toilet, which didn't flush properly and often took several attempts to fully empty. I reported it to the front desk and was told maintenance would take care of it, but no one ever came. Not having a properly working toilet was a real downfall for our stay.

The only thing I found odd at this location was that you have to get into the shower stall to turn on the water. I was expecting to have dual sliding panels so I could slide open the panel closest to the shower faucet and be able to turn on the shower water without having to get into the shower stall. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and never encountered a shower stall like the one at this location. Unfortunately, on the side of the hotel where my room was, I had an excellent view of construction at the bulding next door.

Die Lage war perfekt, um zum Flugzeugträger oder zum Aquarium zu kommen. Wir haben auch Port Aransas mit dem Auto besucht und sind zum Straßenfest in Corpus Christi zu Fuß gewesen. Alles sauber und ordentlich im Hotel. Frühstück ist typisch für amerikanische Hotels - allerdings mit ein paar Extras wie zum Beispiel Omlette.
