Great location, very clean and comfortable. The hotel felt cozy and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. We had a really pleasant stay.

Die zentrale Lage an der Kyoto Station ist perfekt für Ausflüge mit Bahn und Bus. Man findet in der Nähe auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen (z. B. Foodcourt, Resaurants). Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut (vom japanischen Hausanzug , Hausschuhe, Wasserkocher, leistungsstarker Föhn, täglich 1 kleine Wasserflasche pro Person im Zimmer uvm). Frühstück (japanische und internationale Bestandteile) war auch sehr lecker.

I messed up the date on my booking, only stayed 1 night and staff were very nice helped us.

It's our wedding anniversary trip, the staff has prepared a very nice decoration and warm card and gift for us. This exceeded our expectations.

The rest area should allow guests to take outside food, imagine taking the food in the room is much worse if the guest accidentally drops it. We were stopped by the staff when we wanted to take a small snack at the rest area after a long day walking.

Good location, good service, good staffs, very friendly and Comfortable.

Das Hotel ist super schön, toll am Bahnhof Kyoto gelegen. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und wir können einen klaren Empfehlung für dieses Hotel abgeben.

The hotel was very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the Kyoto train station. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and well set up. The staff were extremely helpful with information, made arrangements for luggage transfer, etc.

There were two washing machines for guests, which turned out to be woefully insufficient for the size of the hotel. We had to make a few visits to the laundry room over our stay to find a machine that was free, and when we finally did, other guests also popped in and went away disappointed.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable—being right next to Kyoto Station and Porta made getting around the city, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. We also loved how quiet the room was, and the nice, comfortable bed guaranteed a sound sleep every night. Combined with the courteous staff and impeccably tidy lounge, it made for a perfect stay!

Right next to the Kyoto station, so it was very convinient for moving around. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful when we had trouble using the air conditioning (it was all in japanese, so we did not know how to use it). Would totally stay there again! :)

Very close to Kyoto Station, reasonably priced, and with a sufficiently spacious room. All necessary amenities. Free access to a lounge with coffee (moderate taste), tea, and juice. Easy access to numerous good restaurants in the station building.

The window directly faced another building, so there was no view, nor any possibility to open it.

Hotel jest idealnie położony, tuż przy stacji kolejki oraz Shinkansena. Wokół mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji. Rozmiar pokoju odpowiedni. Dla gości jest sala z kawą i napojami przez cały dzień, można tam usiąść do pracy lub poczekać na znajomych. Bardzo wygodne gdy się podróżuje z grupą.

Nasze pokoje miały okno, ale widok na ścianę, więc w hotelu zamontowano zasłony dekorujące. Trochę brakowało widoku, ale hotel jest w centrum miasta, więc nie ma co się spodziewać cudów :)

Location and helpful staff

No breakfast. Expensive to add on breakfast. Especially for vegetarians like us where we can eat only 50% or less of the spread. The same comment for Monterey Hanzoman in Tokyo

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from central Kyoto station. Staff was extremely respectful and kindly allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. We could refill our water bottles from the dispenser on the lower level. The hotel provided any item you might require (shaver, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, etc). Room was comfortable and relatively spacious. We did not try the breakfast.

No complaints The window did not open and was frosted with a decorative screen to cover it. We were told this on check in, and it was not a problem for us.

Camera molto confortevole, pulita e struttura silenziosa, moderna e con tutto il necessario.

Everything was good except for the fact that for most of our stay one of the elevators was broken and it took forever for it to come. One day we were stuck on the floor for quite a long time and we were going to lose our train and they didn’t let us use the stairs…

La habitación es confortable, silenciosa, elegante, está bien decorada y muy limpia; el baño, igual. Todo está nuevo. Hay detalles, como la tetera tradicional y el té, que he valorado mucho. La ubicación junto a la estación es perfecta para moverse por todas partes con facilidad. Además, la habitación es tal y como se ve en las fotos. El personal de recepción es muy amable, y tanto el check-in como el check-out son muy fáciles y ágiles.

Todo estuvo muy bien, nada que reprochar. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que el armario cuenta con poco espacio y hay que organizarse bien para mantener un cierto orden.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed hotel located next to Kyoto station. Rooms were decently sized, king size bed seemed bigger than usual and you were able to access remaining wash/dry times directly from your room.

Only two washer/dryers were available onsite.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff was wonderful, they were so helpful and accommodating. We loved our time at the hotel and the location is a 2 minute walk to the train station and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful.

It was nice to have 2 washing machines, but they were constantly being used morning, noon, night and in the middle of the night. I finally got a machine at 4 am, and people were waiting as soon as I was finished! Since many travelers visit japan for more than a week, it is important for us to be able to wash clothes. You might consider eliminating the vending machines and getting more washing machines to meet the needs of the numerous amounts of people who needed to do their laundry!

The room interior is so beautiful with Kyoto-inspired decor. There is a nice lounge in B1F to get drinks and relax. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room layout is spacious and very relaxing. Unlike other hotels, they don't require the card key to get electricity in the room etc.; overall the service was great and they don't charge for every little thing. You'd feel respected here. The breakfast was Kyoto-themed and very memorable - including cha-soba, seiro-mushi, annkake, and tempura. Obviously. the location is so convenient, with easy access to the JR station, bus terminal, and the shopping center. It was a great stay.

I was happy, but to nitpick, the lobby was rather small and crowded. I was waiting for someone there but no seat was available then to wait. If you are not into Japanese-style breakfast, the western / European breakfast is not as great as the Kyoto original breakfast; they had prosciutto, but their bread was sub-par and no cheese / bacon / egg / yogurt selection. Neither was serious drawback though.

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Kyoto und trotzdem ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und unser Bett war groß. Alles war sehr sauber und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt in Kyoto brauchten. Gut war gerade auch, dass zwei Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung standen, auch wenn diese von vielen Hotelgästen begehrt waren. Das sehr reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet bot neben verschiedenen und täglich auch etwas variierenden asiatischen Angeboten auch einige europäische Akzente. Neben den in Ostasien selbstverständlich üblichen Stäbchen gab es auch Messer und Gabel zum Essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Zwecke hätten wir kein besseres Hotel finden können.

Tatsächlich hat uns alles sehr gefallen.

從京都車站走出後，比預期中路程還短；拉大行李移動的路面也相當平整，很好移動。 因為行李遭航空公司損壞，櫃台人員協助聯繫航空公司，並在隔日給予文字回復聯絡細節並直接投遞至房間，相當貼心。 房間很大，足以攤開兩個大行李箱，還留有其他移動空間，浴室浴缸及整體空間也十分夠用，乾燥度足夠；床的軟硬度適中，所訂雙床且每床配有兩顆枕頭，很舒適。 因為連續入住兩晚，可以選擇是否環保整理房間，比如只換毛巾、不需要更換被單等選項；B1提供也免費飲品及休憩空間，飯店整體上很不錯，會願意在下趟旅程中做為首選。

Can't beat the location if you want to be near Kyoto station. The room itself is tiny (Japanese standard I support) but perfectly clean (again, Japan) and with nice touches (the tea coffee slippers, etc. again, Japan). Staff were very helpful.

Staying an extra two hours after the standard 10am checkout was quite expensive, they could be more flexible I think.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Lage direkt neben Kyoto Station mit Zug-, Metro- und Bussanschluss nach allen Richtungen ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind für Japan als sehr groß zu bezeichnen. Unsere (406 und 408) schauten in Richtung Kyoto Station, das Fenster war durchsichtig und konnte geöffnet werden. Wir haben den Luggage forward service genutzt, ca. 15 Euro für einen großen Koffer, um 9:00 abgegeben, um 12:00 war es schon im Hotelzimmer im Osaka - diesen Service kann ich wärmstens empfehlen!!

Die Betten und die Kissen fanden wir eher unbequem, aber das ist ja eine sehr individuelle Empfindung.

Fantastic location. Well appointed rooms. Very comfortable and inviting. Lounge area is excellent for a family to gather and spend time. Breakfast was very enjoyable with both Japanese and western options. Outstanding staff and service overall.

The laundry facilities include two units that were occupied all the time. Luckily there is a Laundromat nearby. This is a minimal issue though.

Hotelli on ihan juna-aseman vieressä, mutta rauhallisella sivukadulla. Aseman yhteydessä on iso ostoskeskus, josta löytyy aamiaispaikkoja ja ruokapaikkoja. Lähistöllä on myös ruokakauppoja. Huoneessa oli leveät ja hyvät sängyt, huone oli viihtyisästi sisustettu ja päivittäin tarjolla oli maksutta kahvia, teetä ja mehua.

スタッフの温かく、親切なこと、駅前という便利さ、必要充分な設備、朝食のバラエティと優しい味わい。 三井ガーデンホテルのリピーターだが、他より、コスパがいいとおもいます。

空調の設定画面が小さく、いちいち目がぬを取り出し、操作しましたが、いかにせん文字が豆のようで、高齢者には大変でした。

The hotel is very responsive with my request of receiving a package before my arrival. they securely kept the package and place it in my room upon check in. The location is right next to the station, but room blocked outside noise completely! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room is honestly quite spacious among all the hotels i've stayed in Japan.

There were only 2 laundry machines so there was always a queue. The lights in room weren't bright enough. The window is only there for decoration and you cannot open it at all, there's no way to see views outside. The room doesn't provide disposable slippers, so I had to ask for it from the staff.

朝食が美味しかった。チェックアウト前日に体調が悪くなってしまい、レイトチェックアウトを申し出たところ、今回は無料にしてくださり有り難かった。設備がとても綺麗だった。

部屋に入った瞬間なんだかおじさん臭い感じがした。持参した消臭スプレーを部屋中に撒いて少し改善したが、再度部屋に入る度におじさん臭は感じた。 シーツなどのリネンやパジャマなどがしっかり落ちていないとこのような臭いになります。このようなホテルは多くありますが、せっかく設備もキレイで朝食も美味しく、スタッフも素晴らしいのでその点は残念に思いました。

チェックインからスタッフさんが親切に対応頂き、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 京都駅前すぐの立地でとても便利です。館内は落ち着いていて、大変静かでリラックスして過ごすことができました。 部屋も広く、清潔でした。朝食が大変美味しく、ゆっくりと味わうことができました。 三井ガーデンホテルさんは色々な場所でお世話になっていますが、こちらのホテルも大変満足でした。 価格もこちらのホテルは他の三井ガーデンホテルさんよりかなりリーズナブルでよかったです。

強いていえば、部屋の窓の外に終日鳩がいたのか、昼夜問わず終始鳴き声がしておりました。 気にならない程度です。

とても清潔でした。また、ホテルフロントの方がとてもとても親切で、日本人でありながら、日本人の対応の丁寧さに心打たれました。外国の方々も日本人の方々にも大満足のホテルだと思いました。また、利用したいです！
