Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Ekimae PREMIER

A very fine city centre hotel in an excellent location - the staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Kudos to Mr Fujii on the reception desk who took great trouble to book a restaurant reservation for me - he was so helpful.

The breakfast options were limited for those with milk or gluten allergies, though the food allergy information was clearly labelled.

Äußerst schlechter Service und Unterstützung durch Personal bei Rückfragen. Kein Interesse an Lösungsfindung. Personal hat das Gefühl vermittelt, Europäer auszulachen. Frühstück nicht nach europäischem Standard. Matratzen durchgelegen.

Top-tier hotel in an extremely central spot. It is a proper luxury hotel with great amenities, yet the rates were remarkably affordable. The room was huge and well thought out. A special thanks to the staff, who were super helpful with our bags and every little detail. Definitely worth every penny.

Laire acondicionat de la recepció està massa fort. Lhabitació és petita i gairebé no hi ha espai per penjar la roba. No hi han calaixos.

La posizione e la colazione

Hotellin sijainti rautatieaseman, isojen kauppaketjujen, ravintoloiden ja temppelien välittömässä läheisyydessä oli loistava. Henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja kohteliasta. Aula oli siisti ja tuoksui hyvälle. Hotellihuoneen kylpyhuone oli siisti ja tilava.

Hotellihuoneen ikkunasta näki ainoastaan viereisen kiinteistön seinään. Hotellissa itsessään oli verrattain hyvin vähän palveluita.

Kyoto è una città particolare: assolutamente da vedere e vivere, ma con i peggiori mezzi di trasporto pubblico che abbiamo trovato tra tutte le gradi città del Giappone che abbiamo visitato. Per questo motivo la posizione dell’hotel a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale si è rilevata vincente: vicino a tutto e permette di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città facilmente. L’hotel è spettacolare: personale cordialissimo e accogliente, stanze enormi, bagno bellissimo e un’ampia scelta di prodotti (da bagno e non) a disposizione degli ospiti. Veramente una struttura eccezionale.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Small but in line with Japanese room sizes, but very functional. The hotel offered a variety of toiletries on reception level which was nice. It was also very close to Kyoto station which made it easy to arrive and leave Kyoto by train and the hotel was connected by underground shopping mall to the station, which was a bonus.

The room was quite small and the shower was in the bathtub with a shower curtain to stop water going everywhere. I would rather have a fully functional shower with shower screen.

ほぼほぼ良かっただけに、ベッドメイクは綺麗だったけど周りの上のところに綿棒が残っていたり、小さなゴミが落ちていたりしたので清掃は大丈夫？とちょっと残念。

Zimmer klein aber ausreichend mit guter Ausstattung und schönem Bad. Lage in direkter Nähe des Bahnhofs, so dass An- und Abreise gut klappen und der ÖPNV in Kyoto gut nutzbar ist.

Das Frühstück ist allenfalls ok und hat nicht für alle Familienmitglieder etwas ansprechendes geboten.

Proximity to train Station and undeerground walkway connectivity to it and other nearby stores during extreme heat or weather is a plus, room size, and features. The quality of the room, the support from housekeeping. Special mention to the staff, one gentelman helped us connect to JR for our lost baggage and talked local language.

checkout timing was not flexible at all, they even asked to charge extra for a 30 min delayed request from 11 to 11:30 am as normally till 12 most hotels are flexible in Japan

J'ai été surclassée et la chambre était vraiment bien. La salle de bain également. La localisation près de la gare très appréciable.

Je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner la VOD ou à connecter mon ordinateur sur la télé pour regarder un film. Le personnel m'a confirmé que ce n'était pas possible.

シンクの水栓ロックが壊れてました。折りたたみ鏡の汚れ（前泊者のファンデ）が顕著てま不潔でした。

Door Booking hebben we helaas een verkeerde kamer geboekt. Ons kind van 14 jaar wordt als volwassen gezien en was nog niet in de prijs inbegrepen. Gelukkig tegen een kleine bijbetaling konden we de kamer alsnog hebben. Toen wij onze kamers hebben gekregen vonden we dat één kamer nog rookgeur had. Het personeel kwam inspecteren en heeft ons uiteindelijk een nieuwe kamer gegeven. Het inchecken heeft wel even geduurd , maar verliep goed. Personeel was vriendelijk. Locatie is dichtbij Kyoto station, dus makkelijk voor bussen en treinen. Paar dagen vantevoren ontving ik een bericht dat ik de juiste routebeschrijving voor dit hotel, omdat er twee Daiwa Roynet hotels zijn in Kyoto.

Het probleem met verkeerd geboekte kamers kan voorkomen worden , als vantevoren gevraagd wordt naar de namen van de gasten in de kamers. Maar dit was een fout meer van Booking dan van het hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, ruhig, gepflegt. Es hat gut gerochen und es gab kostenlose Kaffee- und Teepads, Kosmetikartikel in der Lobby und in den Zimmern. Das Zimmer hatte etwas mehr Stauraum als andere Hotelzimmer in Japan. Unser Bad hatte eine große Dusche und das Zimmer war perfekt temperiert. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr gemütlich. (Siehe Foto) Pyjamas gab es auch. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Kyōto war optimal, um sich mit Bus und Bahn in Kyōto zu bewegen.

Es war alles wunderbar. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Great location. Across the street from Kyoto Station and next door to large electronic store. Walking distance to Teamlab. The amenities they provided in the lobby (snacks, kids slippers/toothbrush, bath salts. Nice touch! Also, laundry room.

Great location. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Essendo letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto, la posizione è il suo punto forte. La camera era piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, se non di più. Il personale efficientissimo, ci ha aiutato a spedire i bagagli e c’è la possibilità di fare check in e check out in autonomia nella hall con macchine elettroniche.

The room is very clean and they provide a lot of amenities

The room was spacious and clean. It also has a massage chair which is really useful during our stay. I like the layout of the toilet where they separate the bathroom with the toilet. They also provide facial and hair products where you can grab from the lobby. There is also toiletries and pajamas for kids. It is a 5 mins walk from Kyoto station. Next to this hotel has yodabashi camera shopping mall where you have Uniqlo and GU, lots of electrical goods, bath bombs for my son, even the Pokémon figurines!

A localização era perfeita ao Lado da estação de Kyoto. O quarto era muito confortável e maior que a média no Japão. As amenidades eram bem variadas e de muita qualidade.

Do café da manhã, o restaurante que serve o café é Vietnamita, e quase não tem opções ocidentais. Faltavam itens para quem tem problemas com lactose, foi mesmo muito fraco, pela qualidade do hotel poderiam ter muitas mais opções.

Bed too small for two people for the high price. Had stayed previously in Daiwa Roynet ekimae in Morioka for two people which was less expensive and more spacious.

部屋をセミバブルからダブルに変更してくれました。ベッドが広いと寝やすく快適性が上がりますので満足度が高かったです。また、浴槽の作りが独特ですが、トイレとバスタブがセパレートされており快適性も良かったです。部屋は広くはないですが、静かで快適でした。 3日間の宿泊で、雨模様の天候でしたが、京都駅から地下道でホテルまで行けるので傘も必要なく非常に助かりました。 地下鉄も地下構内にあるのでとても利便性が良いホテルでした。

もう少し部屋が広いと嬉しいですね。京都駅周辺に同系列ホテルが3件あるため、地理に詳しくないとホテルを間違いやすいです。私たちも間違いましたが、スタッフの案内があり助かりました。あとは京都という土地柄、ホテルの雰囲気作りなのかは分かりませんが、廊下の照明をかなり落としているので非常に暗く感じました。

Localização muito boa, ao lado de um shopping e a 2 quadras da estação de Kyoto. Perto do metrô e pontos de ônibus. Staff super simpático, gentil, atencioso e solícito. Hotel novo, super limpo, bom café (estilo oriental), quarto com bom tamanho, cama confortável.

O café da manhã não oferece algumas coisas a que estamos acostumados no ocidente, mas isso é normal por lá.

We found this was the perfect location to stay in Kyoto. It was a block from the station which gave us access to the both the station and bus terminal. The staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough to assist us. The hotel accommodated a last minute booking change and assisted in forwarding our luggage to Osaka. A really lovely stay.

The bed was a little bouncy and small.

I liked the wide range of options that the buffet had.

For me, the eggs were a little too runny. But that is just my preference.

l'emplacement parfait de l'hôtel situé a proximité directe de la gare ferroviaire et routière et a cote d'une multitude de restaurant et grands magasins /accès direct Himeji Hiroshima Nara Kobe Osaka / en gros nous sortons de l'hotel et en 3 mn sommes face a la gare routière avec l'acces a toutes les monuments de kyoto (city bus ) / les chambres et salles de bain sont superbes et confortables le personnels de l'Hôtel super sympa je recommande vivement et beaucoup de monuments a voir a moins de 10 minutes .
