Coyotes Hotel & Conference Centre

I liked the way they receive guests, you feel so welcome. The maintenance wow wow wow, my room was always clean.

Can we have microwaves in the rooms if possible

Breakfast was excellent

No room service had to go fetch an ironing board and iron myself at the reception and my room was far from the reception. Then take those back again. That was torture. Breakfast please ask us our preferences especially with eggs. Don’t give everyone a standard breakfast. Also add water please.

It wasn’t difficult to reach

The bed seemed old, I felt like I was going to fall and it had this squeaky sound

Nice place

I like coyotes with all my heart i will come back soon

I didnt have experience any problem so far thank u coyotes🙏

Lentidão na reposição do buffet. Necessidade de colocar leite quente para acompanhar os flocos.

Neighborhood

It was clean

Shower head old Shower glass broken

Inside the room, perfect

24/7 open gate

Some of the staff received us well

The noise is too much Customer care is not the best Therr was no shower gel, the container wa empty. Walking to reception when you need assistance

Some of the staff was friendly and rooms were fairly clean

Horrible service at check in and unprofessional. Poor communication when booking and you get what you didn't book for.

the fridge is very very small

The staff was welcoming and ensured we are not lacking anything. The room was quite spotless, very clean.

The room wasn't well prepared for 2 guests. The sheets were not comfortable, there should be one double sheets instead of two.

The Professionalism and friendliness of the receptionist members! My heart is full! I felt home! They are so welcoming !

Nothing at all

Absolutely nothing

The room was really not clean. Dirty glass and coffee cup. The fridge was not cleaned. Cockroach running in the room. Shower head broken and spraying water all over the place. No internet as advertised. TV remote is broken and not working. The worst part is they must have known about it because the remote had cellutape around it. No value for money here. Breakfast was cold

The receptionist (Virginia) was so helpful, breakfast was nice and the chef was so helpful. Definitely coming back

Nothing

I did have breakfast. I location is good but the property is not well looked after properly. One of the room was not cleaned well .

Making sure that every room is clean

The shower had blocked nozzle

Their breakfast was good

They didn't provide enough towels and the water didn't come out fully

Bedding was white and clean

Clean and comfortable 👌🏿, everything was working, air conditioning, lights, television and the shower had cold and hot water,

Nothing

It was clean

The gates were open at around 00:00 that scared me a bit.

Le rapport qualité prix, la propreté , la literie confortable

Il n'y a pas de porte entre la sdb et la chambre, un rideau serait bienvenu

The rooms were clean, and enjoyed my stay

The only thing that I did not like was not given a tv remote, other things were working perfectly well

The room did not have hot water in the middle of winter.

Breakfast, and stuff hospitality met my expectations

Bedroom was big enough

Blankets were not clean... Air-conditioner was not warm

Shower, Air-conditioner, the bed.

Cleanliness

Sharing bath towel They give 1 bath towel for 2 people 🤷

There is peace

All was good

The staff was helpful

The room could be more cleaner I appreciate the cost is below market price but general hygiene : shower, clean sofas and a working toilet ,ensuring place is fumigated are basics.

Rooms closer to the noisy main road

Nothing

Big bed nice

Property location not good

Location

Nothing

Did not have breakfast, location is within a walking distance to central which was great

Plugs in the room are limited was difficult to plug kettle for my coffee, room 4 has no TV remote and the signal of the TV is horrible

Location

Nothing

The bathroom in my room needs some paintings as the wall shows mounds at the bottom. The TV was not working , and there were big cocrouches under the stove The cleaners did their work perfectly, the bed was comfortable and big for single booking but with no extra blanked.

The hotel is close to all the malls. Not first time booked in that hotel

The bed and couch were comfortable 🤌🏾 and the place was very clean

Tv not playing

Personnel sympa mais hôtel sans grand intérêt

Hôtel vieillissant - SDB usée - chambre sombre - petit déjeuner à éviter. L'emplacement ne permet pas de sortir le soir pour trouver des restaurants ou bar.

The water was warw

Rats were making noise the whole night and i failed to watch the TV because poor picture quality. The gate is always open which comprises the safety af us and our belongings

The location was good

There were cockroaches in my room

The was no glass in the bathroom room had to use The glass provided next to tv stand for brushing my teeth ,the tea n coffe stand had no milk n limited tea bags n sugar

Bed was comfortable

I wish they can have a mat inside the bedroom the tiles are cold Tea stations had no brown or white sugar The was only one towel and I booked for two adults

Room clean

Internet 🛜 service bad

The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like

Room was comfortable The lady that cleaned the room was professional and provided an excellent service

Receptionist,I had to change two different rooms having called earlier Priotised other people that came after me

Friendly Staff welcoming and on point

Lighting is very poor where I slept

Very comfortable accommodations. Lovely breakfast. Some staff excellent another was not professional. He continued a conversation at the reception desk with a coworker while I stood waiting for what felt like several minutes.

No toilet paper in the room. There was only. One bathtowel and a towel left on the floor as if cleaning staff had not finished cleaning the room

The stuff was great.

On my second stay, there was too much noise from fellow tenants. Upon calling to complain about the matter, I was asked my room number which I really felt that it was putting me on the spot. The company could have controlled the noise and it went on for hours, at around 1am

Swiming pool

Nothing

Spacious room with TV n working aircom

Plugs were faulty, shower door missing, towels not fresh, bar fridge not working, didn't get wifi from reception, noisy

Breakfast was good.

Absence of Ironing equipment in the rooms and having to walk a long distance to the Reception every morning for an Iron and Ironing board was frustrating.

Clean, intown and friendly staff

Nothing

The stuff wasn't bad

Before my wife sleep, she wanted to bath but the water was cold. In the morning we needed to bath both of us, 1 person bath few minutes later no more hot water. Basin only had boiling water imagine, brushing teeth with hot water. The place is quiet but being on main road you hear noise from the street

Allowed early check in hassle free.

The security guard can treat patrons better.

I was just not happy at check out, it felt like im being accused of stealing, Instead of thankibg me for visiting, i was told to wait so they can check the room first, The check in was perfect but check out service was very poor, all staff was gossiping there while checking if we stole something.
