Reviewed Jun 26, 2026I love the property because its cozy, small, have the essential facilities - tv, wifi, washing machine. Beds are firm, but I like firm beds. Plenty blankets and towels. Breakfast supply, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Cooking pots and pans. Great size fridge. Microwave. Dimmer lights. Washing machine to wash clothes and laundry mat up the road to dry clothes. It is close to 3 major takeaways KFC, McDs and Burger King. I'm a home cook and will bring something already prepared from home and heat it up at the unit. Countdown supermarket to grab extra shopping for home. A hop skip jump to CBD. Simple house rules are to treat the unit like it's your home. Leave it the way you found it. It is a home away from home.

Ants from the bin on the floor we had to clean that trail up ended up leaving the bin in the wash house. The beds felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the bed my husband slept on the floor. The pull out bed was even worse we ended up buying x3 mattress at the warehouse. There was smell i just couldn't get pass the couch was stained and covered with a cover. The air conditioner was terrible was dripping wet and the noise was omg I just wanted to leave. Overall 3-10

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ordentlich eingerichtet. Auch die Lage hat ein Lob verdient. Parkplatz direckt vor der Tür.
An der Türe ist auf einem kleinen Blech die Telefonnummer die man schon von Booking hatte. Der Zugang zum Schlüsselsafe, dessen Nummer wir nicht hatten, haben wir auf einem Umweg bekommen.

While it was “clean” it was far from very clean. Smudge marks all over splash back, bathroom mirror. Chub was very very slippery! Even with warning from first person to shower, last person slipped and suffered sore foot. Old scrubbing brush in back of cupboard , leftover onion piece in kitchen sink, crumbs over couch, pillows, cushions and towels all had various degrees of stains. It just lacked a good clean feel. It took a long time to be able to fully unwind due to the lack of cleanliness. Spiderwebs behind doors, not been taken down in months…… left over headbands on floor in lounge hidden behind net curtain showed that it was a simple lick and polish rather then a really deep thorough clean. Fridge was smelly.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025We loved everything. The whare was very cozy. The location was excellent...close to everything. My grandson loved the Christmas light display next door. We sat outside on the table till late at night, just watching the lights 😇 The Drippy Dessert shop was a hit for my daughter. It was just a walk away. We will definitely be back, and lengthen our stay. Thankyou Vince 😇💜

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025We loved our stay – the location was great, and the house was spacious and comfortable for us. Just a few small things to note: the closet door in the front room was a bit tricky to open and close (it might need new rollers), and since there's carpet in the bedrooms and living room, a small vacuum would have been really helpful. We made do with the broom provided. We also noticed quite a few ants, particularly around the kitchen bin area. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and we'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Parking was an issue. I ended up parking on the street, which wasn't ideal as I had 2 elderly ladies with me. Rude guy from a neighbouring property decided to stand in the doorway and vent about how sick he is of having to tell everyone that stays there to shift their cars out of the way. I notified the owner and he apologized.

The extra pull out bed was not suitable. Was very hard to maneuver it was outdated like it was from the 1900s. Very hard & uncomfortable.Cuboards & wardrobes were a tad hard to open n close. Just minor things. I think that comes with an old unit. Communication with the owner was superb 👌A+

Beds were a little uncomfortable with springs pinging when you moved around. The decor is a little tired with a few of the tables by the bed and the one in the lounge being unstable. Maybe needs a bit more cleaning required in the bathroom. The shower curtain is moldy at the bottom.
