A strange lack of curtains in the lounge. One of the two sofas is quite wobbly and needs fixing. Some written instructions for the TV and the stovetop would have been useful - the induction elements are not intuitive to use. Nothing major, but annoying as they could all be easily resolved.

Only 1 teeny tiny complaint was the lack of curtains/windows/blinds in the living area.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2025Quiet location but convenient to a supermarket and town centre. Very modern property. Easy access, garage, excellent kitchen/lounge area, convenient outside covered patio. Comfy double beds, ensuite to Bed 1 and large family bathroom with bath and shower for other bedrooms
Some big pots with plants or greenery on the patio would improve/brighten the patio area.

The T.V lol... Not being that tech savvy, we found it hard to operate, but that comes down to our age...

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024A beautiful spacious house perfect for our whānau to spend time together while attending a wedding. Great facilities, well presented and a nice little welcome pack on the bench when we arrived. Thank you will definitely recommend to others.
Perhaps a clothes dryer but we got our clothes dried with the clothes horse in the garage for the final dryoff. The stove top and dishwasher were a bit challenging at first but we finally got it!
