It was easy to walk into town and so nice to find a real b and b - in fact we liked it so much that we stayed an extra night! Highly recommended.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Staying at the property feels like home away from home. Graham and Judy are wonderful hosts. The two bedrooms have cupboards separating them, so that you cannot hear your neighbours morning rituals. The bed is comfortable that you sleep right through the night. And the breakfast is amble that you don’t necessarily need lunch (at least I didn’t).
For this visit, I was lucky enough to have the room with its own deck, so I was able to open the door for fresh air. There is an aircon but if you like me prefer fresh flowing air, then stay in that room. I have stayed in both rooms and both are great, I just prefer fresh air circulation.

The B&B was great. However, the location was right next door to Burger King , Macdonalds across the road, and KFC up the road. Take aways galore. lol.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2024The parking is excellent! Privacy of the area is exceptionally very good. All the living spaces are nice and large and very comfortable. I wish I gave myself another night as I know U would have enjoyed a nice quiet chin wag with Judy and Graham. Wonderful hosts 😊😊

Reviewed Jun 25, 2024The breakfast was generous and more than adequate with good options. The prpoerty was very clean and exceptionally tidy.
There was confusion about the bed configuration. The option selected on the booking website was provided correctly but intervening emails confused the issue. Then there was a request to; provide personal information on paper. This was superfluous as the information was already provided when booking. A request to provide credit card details was not necessary. These items could be teething problems for a seemingly new business and should not take anything away from this high quality property providing excellent service.

Appreciated having air conditioning in room. Had a nice outdoor private deck to enjoy coffee on. Generous continental style self help breakfast provided.
