Le réel problème est la salle de bains. Malgré une paroi de douche l'eau se répand dans toute la salle de bains. De plus il manque des rangements dans la chambre La route est proche beaucoup de passages mais personnellement ça nous a pas trop dérangé

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, met onder andere lekkere pannenkoeken. ’s Avonds konden we à la carte kiezen uit verschillende eetmogelijkheden. Daarnaast waren alle personeelsleden erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We hadden via Booking.com een suite geboekt, maar kregen uiteindelijk een familiekamer toegewezen. Daarnaast vonden we het jammer dat het eten vaak koud was. Ook was de badkamer bij het douchen volledig nat en daardoor erg glad, wat niet echt comfortabel was.

Estancia maravillosa. Destacamos la comida. Muy sabrosa y hecha al momento. El hecho de que no sea buffet y puedas elegir de carta, lo hace más especial y elaborado. Mejor que cualquier hotel con buffet. Escogimos la habitación executive y estaba impecable con vistas a la piscina y mar. Tiene una buena ubicación para ir en coche a las playas de Balos y Elafonisi.

The view from the room balcony was stunning. The family running it are very laid back and kind. The pool area is huge, green and well kept. Its just 8 minutes walk to the sea where there is a lovely beach and tavernas. You will need a car here but its very peaceful.

We did not realise we were close to a busy road. Although we soon got used to it. The area is quiet apart from that. The shower needs a tray as the water goes everywhere. But we coped.

Everything was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were lovely and the facilities were excellent.

Des l’arrivé nous avons été accueilli par une jeune fille en pyjama, la chambre sentait l’humidité et le manque de mobilité de première nécessité nous a sauté aux yeux (pas de poubelles dans la chambre juste une toute petite dans les toilettes, porte serviette cassée, aucun endroit ou poser nos valises). Nous sommes arrivés au soir et pensions pouvoir profiter d’un bon repas traditionnel fait maison comme indiqué dans la description de l’hôtel. Rien de tout cela. Un repas tout droit sortit du micro-ondes. Encore gélatineux et froids car même le réchauffer, ils n’ont pas su le faire. Nous espérions au moins pouvoirs nous reposer du voyage mais il n’en était rien. Entre le bruit de l’extracteur d’air dans la salle de bain, le frigo et la très mauvaise isolation des chambres, nous ne parvenions pas à fermer l’œil. Le lendemain nous sommes aussi rendu compte qu’il avait menti sur une sois disante plage privée, elle n’existait pas. Il faut faire près d’1km à pieds et ils n’ont privatisé aucune parcelle de la plage. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas mauvais, puisque absolument tout était industriel. Apres 2 soirs consécutifs à manger du réchauffer et de la salade sèche, nous avons décidé de ne plus dîner à l’hôtel. Nous allions dans des restaurants pour avoir un repas chaud et un minimum goût. Les jours passaient et se ressemblaient, aucune activité la journée et aucune animation le soir. Pas de « bar » autour de la piscine non plus. Nous avons passer 5-6 jours à cet hôtel avant de prendre une décision que nous n’avions encore jamais prises, nous avons pris un taxi dans le but trouver un hôtel convenable pour ne pas que nos vacances soit gâchée. Nous avons donc terminer notre séjour ailleurs dans un endroit bien plus confortable où l’impression de se trouver dans un hôtel se faisait ressentir directement après avoir franchi la porte d’entré. Au prix de quelques centaines d’euros qui n’était pas du tout prévu. Aucun remboursement de leurs part pour les jours non passés.

We especially appreciated how peaceful the hotel was. After spending the day visiting different places around Kissamos, it was wonderful to come back and relax by the pool. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Petit déjeuner médiocre peu de choix avec des aliments qui semblent être de la veille... Literie sale et matelas extrêmement mou même après une demande de changement de chambre. Aucun rangement disponible dans la chambre. Mauvaise évacuation de l'eau de la douche qui déborde dans le couloir. Pas d’insonorisation. Eau tiède voir froide. Les toilettes sont dans le bac de douche. Climatisation en panne au bout de deux jours. Piscine et transats sales. Chats errants présents dans tout l’hôtel qui viennent manger dans les assiettes sur les tables. Très peu hygiénique. Le personnel est néanmoins sympathique quel dommage de ne pas prendre en compte les nombreux commentaires des clients qui partagent leurs mauvaise expérience.

Nel complesso il soggiorno al Regina Hotel di Kissamos è stato abbastanza piacevole. Le aree esterne sono sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura: la piscina è davvero molto bella e abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza dell’area giochi e della palestra. Un’altra nota molto positiva è stata la cleaner, sempre molto gentile, disponibile, cortese e presente per ogni nostra richiesta. Nel complesso, una struttura con belle aree comuni e personale molto disponibile, ma la stanza avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento per essere più funzionale e confortevole.

La stanza, invece, presentava alcune cose poco pratiche. Il bagno era probabilmente il disagio principale, perché durante la doccia l’acqua tendeva ad arrivare fino alla camera, rendendo il bagno poco funzionale. Anche il climatizzatore non era posizionato benissimo, trovandosi dietro la tenda, e durante la notte l’aria fresca faceva fatica a raggiungere bene la stanza. Il lavandino si trovava inoltre direttamente in camera, separato dal bagno, e mancavano mensole, cassettiere o spazi sufficienti dove poter riporre comodamente vestiti e oggetti personali.

Hotel molto bello, accogliente, piscina grande e camere moderne. Ambiente famigliare molto piacevole, gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere le 3 spiagge più belle: Falasarna, Elafonisi, Balos. Ci sono anche diversi gatti dolcissimi :-) che creano un’atmosfera piacevole. Lo staff eccezionale! Tutti cordiali, disponibili e molto attenti. Avevamo la mezza pensione, abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina tradizionale.

L’hôtel est encours de rénovation il faut donc aimer être dans un endroit mêlant le neuf et le très ancien. La chambre bien que propre et récente a un aménagement qui n’est pas idéal. La vasque de la salle de bain a 30cm du lit, le manque de rangement et une salle de bain bien trop petite que l´on est obligé d’inonder à chaque douche.

De trop nombreux points sont à souligner: - Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas du tout quand on compare avec les autres hôtels. - Nous considérons que nous nous sommes fait avoir par les photos qui sont magnifiques et lorsque nous avons vu le hall et la chambre nous sommes tombés de haut. - Le hall fait vieillot, on est dans les années 70, pourtant il apparaît comme étant rénové… - Pareil pour la chambre qui n’a rien à voir avec les photos. Elle est vide, on n’avait même pas de vraies couvertures et on avait que 2 pauvres petits oreillers (1 par personne). - La salle de bain est ridiculement minuscule, la douche éclabousse sur les toilettes et le lavabo, en plus de fuir (vidéo à l’appui si besoin) - On n’avait pas d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours sur 4 - Dans la salle de bain, il n’y a aucun rangement, on devait poser nos affaires par terre. - La chambre n’est pas du tout accueillante, elle apparaît froide toute blanche avec du carrelage, aucune décoration, aucune âme. - le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux, pas assez de choix.

The drain in the shower did not handle the water flow, even with reduced flow on the shower țap and it quickly floods the bathroom floor. Only an inconvenience than a problem, better to dry your feet outside of the bathroom

Colazione migliorabile per la presenza di mosche e per qualche disattenzione nella dotazione di vettovaglie. Bagno in camera non molto spazioso e con doccia non ben protetta che può causare l'allagamento del pavimento. Lo staff però si è attivato subito per attenuare queste problematiche

Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis. A área da piscina era grande e agradável. O pequeno almoço tinha o necessário.

Tamanho da casa de banho, é muito pequeno e ficava molhado quando se tomava um duche. A hora do jantar é das 18 às 20, muito cedo.

L’hôtel offre un cadre reposant. Il est très bien entretenu et les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le parking sur place est un vrai plus. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes commodités.

La salle de bain n’est pas fonctionnelle du tout. Il n’y a pas de bac à douche donc toute la salle de bain se retrouve mouillée ce qui rend son utilisation très peu pratique. De plus, les femmes de ménages nous réveillaient chaque matin à 8h30 pour savoir si elles pouvaient passer faire le ménage, ce qui est très tôt, il serait préférable de mettre des pancartes pour signaler si nous souhaitons un passage ou non.

We had a very pleasant stay at Regina Hotel. One of the biggest highlights was the beautiful view from our room and balcony, it was truly amazing. The hotel grounds are also very pleasant, and the pool area looks especially beautiful in the evening. Our room was new, nicely designed and comfortable, with a good mattress. The room was cleaned every day. The location is quiet and secluded, but very convenient for exploring the area by car. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection. We also really appreciated Giorgia at reception, who was very kind, professional and always willing to help with our questions, сompared with some of the other, very young and inexperienced staff members, she really stood out and made a positive impression. A special thank you to her!

There are a few things that could make the stay even better. The Wi-Fi unfortunately did not reach our room, probably because it was the last room on the floor, and the air conditioning was positioned directly towards the bed, so the air was blowing straight at us during the night. The bathroom could also be more convenient, as there were not enough hooks or places to hang clothes and towels. The cleaners was good overall, although we often found our pyjamas moved from the bed and left crumpled somewhere nearby after the room was cleaned, a small detail, but perhaps something that could be handled a little more carefully. We also had a less positive experience with dinner at the hotel restaurant, mainly in terms of value for money. There are some very good restaurants and tavernas nearby, and compared with them, the hotel dinner felt quite expensive (because of the price for beverage) for what was offered. Finally, we had a small misunderstanding regarding a to-go breakfast on our departure day, as we were leaving at 6 a.m. We had asked about it in advance, but there was some miscommunication between the staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially loved the views, peaceful atmosphere, pool area and comfortable new room. With a few improvements in communication and some small practical details, the experience could be even better.

ok let me start by saying that the pool alone and the sunset view from my balcony made the whole thing worth it! now that said it's an old hotel under a new management and they are still finding they're way about it. very friendly staff and a special shoutout to Fenia who was awesome! the old-school outdoor gym was fun too.

the bed wasn't too comfy but what bothered me the most was the bathroom. the was a flood at every shower. also no shower caddy. the whole thing was super raw. and lastly .... the breakfast was a bit sad. :-/

Femme de ménage super sympa et la chambre était propre

Très déçus par cet hôtel. Le personnel était froid, peu accueillant et ne nous disait même pas bonjour. Nous avons eu le sentiment de ne pas être respectés en tant que clients. La chambre était catastrophique et ne ressemblait absolument pas aux photos présentées sur Booking. Les équipements étaient vieillissants et l’état général de la chambre était très décevant. Le pire était la très forte odeur provenant des toilettes, présente en permanence, ce qui rendait le séjour particulièrement désagréable. Autre point inacceptable : les places de parking censées être réservées aux clients étaient occupées par le personnel de l’hôtel. Nous avons donc été obligés de nous garer à l’extérieur, dans un endroit où nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité, en laissant notre véhicule sans véritable protection. Salle de bain catastrophique , il n’y as aucune intimité. Il faux se brosser les dents et se laver le visage dans la chambre car le lavabo es dans la chambre proche du lit . La clim qui coule dans la chambre . Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement. Les photos sont trompeuses, le service est médiocre et le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais.

Vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde købt, og da vi beklagede os fik vi bare at vide vi skulle kontakte booking.com. Derudover sagde receptionisten at hun ville forsøge at rykke os til værelset vi havde købt, men hun fulgte aldrig op på det selvom vi så hende flere gange efterfølgende. Derudover er det misvisende at morgenmaden er enestående. Der er tørre omeletter, groft overkogte æg (grå) og rigtig tørt brød. Det der var ok var bacon og det frugt der blev stillet frem. Juicen var også som at drikke rent 1:11 saft. Derudover var der myreproblem i værelset ved toilettet, håndvasken på badeværelset var utæt ved samlingen så vandet løb ned til hylden hvor toiletartiklerne man havde med hjemmefra stod, så cremer og toilettaske var gennemblødt når man skulle hjemad. Derudover på altanen, aircondition fra eget værelse + vandet fra overboens aircondition drypper ned på vores altan så når man sidder og spiller kort eller drikker på altanen sprøjter der vand på en. Der var internet på hotellet, men netværket var så svagt at man ikke kunne se noget på tv’et.

La posizione della struttura è strategica, e in generale l’albergo si presenta pulito con anche i corridoi profumati. Il giardino è molto bello e anche la piscina è bella.

È un albergo in fase di ristrutturazione sotto una nuova gestione e si vede che lo staff sta facendo il possibile per migliorare i servizi. Sarebbero da rivedere: - Colazione: mancano opzioni dolci e salate. È evidente che certe pietanze vengano riproposte più giorni di seguito mancando di freschezza, come il pane o torte dolce, per esempio. - Spazi esterni: c’è un po di disordine negli spazi adibiti alla palestra.

-Les photos du site de l’hôtel semblent présenter un décalage avec la réalité. - la vue mer ne sert à rien c’est trop loin pour en profiter -comment est ce possible que cet hôtel soit noté 9/10 sur booking -petit dej peu qualitatif , tout ou presque est industriel, -balcon impraticable en raison du split de clim posé desssus et idem pour le balcon voisin = bruyant -clim défectueuse -store sur la partie fenêtre non occultant -lumière du balcon qui reste allumée jusque tard pour éclairer la façade de l’hôtel = pollution visuelle -insonorisation medicocre -patère de la sdb qui tient avec du double face, et donc qui ne tient pas, -douche qui se transforme en piscine car mauvaise evac de l’eau -porte de la sdb qui n’a jamais fermé pdt notre séjour -cocktail préparé sans doseur et servi dans des verres en plastique … inacceptable - les équipements autour de la piscine sont médiocres

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zwar an einer viel befahrenen Straße aber wir haben nichts mitbekommen

Das Zimmer war klein und wir konnten bei 14 Tage unseren Koffer nicht auspacken, da der Schrank es nicht hergegeben hat. Das Bad ist auch sehr winzig und man überflutet leider das Bad während des Duschens. Keine Mülleimer im Zimmer, sodass wir selber Mülltüten gekauft haben

Ottimo hotel ristrutturato da poco dotato di molti servizi tra cui piscina , area fitness , Ping pong e un ampio giardino. La camera aveva una vista molto bella sul mare e sulla piscina, che al tramonto era bellissima. Peccato che in tutta la camera funzionava solo una piccola lucina di fianco al letto per tutto il soggiorno di 4 notti (nonostante alcune segnalazioni per cambiarle) e il bagno un po piccolo e con il problema che quando si faceva la doccia si allagava tutto. Per il resto un’ottima struttura in un’ottima posizione per visitare Balos, Elafonissi, Falasarna e Samaria Gorge . Staff abbastanza disponibile e gentile.

I liked the location and the AC.

The bathroom is very small and you only have a piece of glass on the side of the shower, so when you take a shower the water goes all over the place. Housekeeping is very poor, they only make the bed, they don’t change sheets, don’t change towels and don’t even clean the floor, but they say they change everything, but it is not true . As soon as we arrived and I asked to change rooms because it didn’t match to the ones we saw online they said it wasn’t possible, which doesn’t make any sense.
