Strand vor dem Hotel, wenige Minuten zu den Lokalen an der Promenade, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes umfangreiches Frühstück. Geräumige Zimmer.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war zu schwach, Kühlung kaum vorhanden.

The staff was incredible. They were all so nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to help whenever they could. The highlight goes to the cleaning ladies, real artists when making up the beds and styling the towels. It was a really nice touch. The location was also great… few minutes walking from restaurants and easy access to take the road to the main beaches.

Отель находится прямо возле моря. Не большой, приятный отель с хорошими номерами, удобной кроватью, прекрасным пляжем и совсем рядом магазины, набережная с та верными. Завтраки не богатые, но голодным не будешь. Удобно съездить в Ханью, на пляж с розовым песком и получить удовольствие от моря. Стоянка рядом, уличная.

Strand nicht so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Abwasserkanal neben dem Haus. Basketball Platz neben dem Haus wo zum Teil bis in die Nacht hinein gespielt wird. Bei uns bis 1.30 Uhr Nacht Das Bad ist zu klein.

Zimmer war sehr schön.

Es fehlte Sonnenschutz / Sonnenschirme auf dem Balkons der Zimmer. Ebenfalls im Frühstücksbereich. Man saß morgens an den meisten Plätzen in der prallen Sonne, was zu warm und sehr unangenehm war für ein ruhiges schönes Frühstück.

Hotel molto pulito, posizionato in fondo a una strada chiusa per cui molto silenzioso. Il centro del paese raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Ombrelloni e lettini disponibili gratuitamente sulla spiaggia antistante all'hotel. Vicino ad alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'isola.

Milý, vstřícný personál, pravidelný úklid a výměna osušek, skvělé snídaně, pěkná soukromá pláž s lehátky a slunečníky, čisté moře s pozvolným vstupem. Zkrátka bezva odpočinková dovolená.

Conosco l'hotel da 12 anni e è sempre una sicurezza. Tutto piacevolissimo, colazione e ristorante super. I proprietari e lo staff gentilissimi. Colazione meravigliosa tutto fatto in casa.

Idéalement situé pour diner sur la station balnéaire, proche des restaurants. Chambre propre, belle vue sur mer, piscine agréable et très bon petit déjeuner. Très bien pour un court séjour.

La struttura è bella, nuova vicinissima al mare, lettini e sdraio in spiaggia e in piscina compresi, la spiaggia molto bella. Pulizie giornaliere cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Abbiamo pranzato è stato tutto buono ed un prezzo onesto.

La colazione un pò cara per chi come noi mangia solo cornetto e cappuccino.

Camera molto spaziosa e ben organizzata e pulita .bellissimo balcone vista mare.presenza anche di una piccola cucina.piscina pulita e piacevole.bella la possibilità di avere lettini e ombrelloni gratis nella spiaggia di fronte. Colazione varia e molto abbondante con dolce e salato.parcheggio sotto in strada gratuito.bellissimi i campetti da basket e tennis e palestra pubblici difronte.

Sarebbe utile fare iniziare la colazione alle7:00 anziché alle 8:00 .scarso oscuramento della camera

La posizione è fantastica! Proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro, senza nessuna strada rumorosa e con parcheggio comodo. La camera è molto ampia, con l’angolo cottura un bel bagno e una loggia esterna. Una struttura nuovissima.

L’accueil du staff de l’hôtel, les conseils (judicieux) prodigués, la proximité de la plage, les sunbeds gratuits, la proximité de la jetée/ promenade et des restaurants / bar, la propreté des lieux, la qualité de la salle d’eau. Le parking gratuit et facile sur place. L’hôtel met à disposition des raquettes de plage, des ballons de basket (il y a un terrain juste en face de l’hôtel), des parasols….

Il manque une machine à café (pour le grand buveur de café que je suis). Les odeurs peu agréables qui proviennent du canal à proximité de l’hôtel où il y a des eaux stagnantes gâchent un peu l’expérience . La piscine (très propre )est vite à l’ombre.

Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica. Las habitaciones son tal y como aparecen en las fotos y en la descripción, algo que valoramos mucho porque realmente cumplen con lo que ofrecen. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. La ubicación también nos encantó, ya que a pocos minutos hay varios restaurantes y sitios donde comer. Aunque, sinceramente, en el propio hotel también comimos muy bien. Para nosotros, uno de los puntos fuertes fue el acceso directo a la playa y el hecho de que las hamacas y la sombrilla sean gratuitas para los huéspedes. Es un detalle que se agradece muchísimo y hace que puedas disfrutar de la playa cómodamente sin preocuparte por nada. En general, una experiencia de 10. Hemos estado muy a gusto y sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!

מלון נמצא על החוף יפה ים היה שקט ו נקי כניסה ל ים מאוד נוחה , חדרים גדולים עם מטבחון ו מרפסת , נקי בכל מקום, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה תמיד יש מה לאכול, מקום שקט קרוב לחנות סופרים ולמסעדות גם במלון יש מסעדה עם אוכל טעים. חניה של מלון. צוות של קבלה חדר אוכל ו משק נחמדים מאוד . רק זרם מים היה חלש.

זה פעם ראשונה ש יגענו ל יון, הטיסה שלנו נדחתה ל 8 שעות. כתבתי מייל שאנחנו מאחרים ו אני לא יודעת מתי נגיע.שעה עמדנו ב טור בדקה דרכונים , עד שמצאנו איפה אוספים אוטו. יגענו למלון ב 1 בלילה. הכל היה סגור, כתבתי למלון ( אין אפשרות להתקשר רק וואטסאפ). יצא גבר ו התחיל לצעוק עליי!!!! ש אני לא מכבדת את המקום! הוא התקשר ו אני לא עניתי לו. הייתי בשוק! אני 20 שנה עובדת במלונאות ו זה פעם ראשונה שאני פוגשת תגובה כזו. אפילו לא נתן לי להגיד ו להסביר, זה לא מקובל ! יגעתי עם שני ילדים טוב שהם היו באוטו ו לא שמעו אותו .

Posizione e accuratezza dei dettagli ottimi. Colazione a buffet abbondante e completa sia dolce che salata. Accoglienza della reception attenta e gentile. Grazie al suggerimento ricevuto in fase di prenotazione abbiamo prenotato una escursione in barca a vela a Gramvousa e alla Laguna di Balos di 8 ore con bibite, pranzo e merenda compresi. Splendida esperienza.

The Hotel was amazing and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There are some lovely Restaurants along the front about 400 Yards away and some great Bars. Perfect location for our 3 day stay before we headed over to Rethymnnon.

Położenie, wielkość apartamentu (aż 37 m2 plus duży balkon) i dostępność małej kuchni (lodówka), czystość i przemiły personel - pani Izabela (recepcja) jest zawsze uśmiechnięta, chętnie odpowie na wszelkie pytania, niezmiernie życzliwa. Pyszne, różnorodne śniadanie z typowo kreteńskimi potrawami (widok na morze na dokładkę). Przepiękne widoki i spokój (z dala od głośnych restauracji i barów), ale rzut beretem od nadmorskiej promenady z wartymi polecenia restauracjami. Prywatna niewielka plaża (krystalicznie czysta woda) - bardzo czysto, brak tłoku, spokój. Można naładować baterie nawet jeśli wieje sztormowy wiatr😄

Per arrivare sulla strada "veloce" per andare in paese, bisognava attraversare una sorta di fiumiciattolo con appoggi di fortuna (cassette sassi) Sarebbe necessario un piccolo ponticello che ti permetta, senza bagnarsi i piedi, di passare da una sponda all'altra . Il mare bello ma bisogna camminare tanto prima che l'acqua sia abbastanza alta per poter 🏊‍♀️ nuotare (no reef)

Szép, rendezett, gondosan karbantartott létesítmény, rendkívül kedves és profi tulajdonos és személyzet, privát vitorlas túra a tulajdonos hajójával felejthetetlen élmény volt. Nyugodt környezet és szép öböl, védett homokos parttal. Kiváló, elkötelezett szolgáltató, nagyon kedves személyzettel! Saját étterme is rendkívül finom volt, több alkalommal is kipróbáltuk. Családi üzemeltetésű ajánlott szállás!

Everything. This is the only hotel in Kissamos that has it all - a great sea view, swimming pool, sunbed on the beach, kitchen. This was my second time here, hoping to come back again.

This is our second time at Nautilus. We’re making it a yearly tradition because it’s our favorite place to visit! The staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond. It’s a family owned hotel that makes you feel welcome. Food and drink are excellent, beach and swimming pool are too. They provide beach and pool towels for you and have a private yacht that will take you to Balos for a nominal fee. It includes an amazing lunch, snacks, and drinks. Our kids loved the yacht and it’s one of our best memories. The hotel rooms are cleaned daily and I mean clean! Highly recommend you visit this hotel.

There is absolutely nothing that we didn’t like about this hotel.

Gal galėtų būti restorane daugiau žuvies patiekalų. Bet taine trūkumas - aplink pilna žuvies restoranų.

Close to the beach with private access and tavernas

The hotel is located by a discharge water channel with yellow putrid stagnant water. Some of the rooms have this channel as view. There is a constant sound of frogs. The area around the hotel is not cured with old buildings, rust, garbage

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and we wished we had more time. Very nice and big room, good pool and a great beach with free sun beds and umbrellas. Very nice staff.

The only reason for not giving it a 10 is the internet was not good

Lovely new hotel. Spacious room, large comfortable bed, good aircon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early, way before check in and they gave us coffee and cake while we waited for our room. The pool area was nice and relaxing and there was no problem finding beds. Swim towels were provided.

The situation wasn’t the best. One of the issues was the building site next door where work started really early and continued until 10pm. Obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Chambre familiale exceptionnelle avec grand balcon et magnifique vue sur la mer. Très bien équipée, confortable et parfaite pour une famille. Belle salle de bain et cuisinette fonctionnelle. Emplacement idéal près de la plage, avec chaises réservées, et parfait pour explorer les environs en voiture. Déjeuners exquis et restaurant sur place parmi les meilleurs repas de notre voyage. Personnel sympathique et accueillant.

L’eau de la piscine pourrait être un peu plus chaude et le Wi-Fi pourrait être amélioré, mais ce sont de petits détails qui n’ont pas nui à notre excellent séjour.

Tutto era perfetto a partire dalla pulizia che era ineccepibile. La camera era grande e moderna. La posizione ottima come la spiaggia, con acqua limpida a un passo dalla struttura. Speriamo di ritornare! La colazione era anche molto buona e abbiamo anche pranzato con del pesce spada molto buono!! Lo staff inoltre era molto gentile.

Great location overlooking a small sandy beach. Beach sunbeds are free for hotel guests. Only 29 rooms so the pool area and bar had quiet laid back vibe (stayed mid-June), had no problem getting poolside sunbeds. Good sized room with kitchenette (fridge, sink and kettle). We asked for a toaster and were able to make simple breakfasts in our room. Several nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Before arriving I was concerned that there might be mosquitoes breeding in the adjacent stream but happy to report we didn't see any during our stay.

. Hôtel Nautilus Bay Kissamos, séjour de 2 nuits : accueil prévu entre 15h et 23h, arrivée à 19h00, correct mais à la fronde car gère le bar et restaurant. Pas de pression d’eau suffisante à la douche mais peut être lié au secteur où certaines communes sont soumis à limitation. Ménage moyen, cheveux en arrivant dans la salle d’eau. Distributeur de savon liquide ne fonctionne pas. Serviettes toutes rèches. Verrouillage porte baie vitrée donnant sur terrasse ne fonctionne pas, pas possible donc de fermer correctement. Porte salle d’eau entièrement vitrée, ne permettant pas une obscurité suffisante au levé du jour. Proximité d’un cour d’eau (eau stagnante) où beaucoup de grenouilles croassent, et d’un terrain de basket où des gens ont joué jusqu'à 00h30. Odeur d’égout dans le wc.

Bien situé géographiquement pour visiter la côte Ouest de la Crête. Jolie vue sur la mer. Personnel très agréable.

Kissamos n'a rien d'attirant. Immeubles detruits, abandonnés ou construction non terminée. Beaucoup trop de béton à mon goût ! Dommage pour les hôtels et les restaurants qui font le maximum pour accueillir les touristes.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Kochmöglichkeit und schönem Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Es hat genügend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel. Der Strand ist direkt neben dem Hotel, wir haben ihn aber nicht besucht.

Leider immer fast das selbe Angebot beim Frühstück. Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt und jeden Tag das selbe Essen ist nicht so schön.

Emplacement parfait pour faire la partie ouest de l'île avec balos et la plage d'elafonisi. Les routes sont agréables à faire dans les gorges. L'hôtel en bord de mer est vraiment très agréable et la vue est superbe. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Une petite attention pour nos enfants tous les jours tant pour le petit déjeuner que lors du nettoyage de la Chambre.

The apartament was very clean. Friendly staff and good location, close to the restaurants. The private beach near the hotel was appreciated.

The breakfast was more or less the same every day. During the night was hot, but the air conditioner could not be used as it was too powerful for us even at the lowest fan level.
