Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We loved the view of the harbor! Definitely worth paying more to be able to relax in nice chairs and take in the view. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, quiet yet convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The dinner was good.
Some communication regarding the road closures (due to music festival) and an alternative route to get to hotel would have been very appreciated.

Négy éjszakát töltöttünk ott ennek ellenére csak kérésre cserélték ki a törölközőket, és egyszer sem tették rendbe a szobát. A délutáni fika és a vacsora nagyon középszerű volt. Gyakran félkész ételeket szolgáltak fel, amelyeket otthon sem fogyasztanánk.

Cobran un adicional diario por el arreglo de la habitación, cambio de toallas, retiro basura de canecas, etc, alrededor de USD 20 por día. Jamás había visto algo semejante en un hotel, no es un Airbnb ni un hostal y no estaba especificado en el contrato con Booking. Al llegar pedí una habitación con vista al puerto por la cual pagué un adicional y me dijeron que era de mayor tamaño, lo cual no fue cierto. Es un engaño. Además la alfombra del piso desgastada y el desayuno absolutamente insignificante.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location is great. It is right on the harbour. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Loved having dinner every night too. There was one main choice each evening. The evenings we were there it was lasagne, meatballs and then chicken in red wine. In addition to this there was an amazing selection of salads.
There were a few plastic plants in the hall way!

Dinner was also good - salads and bread plus a main course. We always found something which we liked. Location was very good - right in the center of Tromso.
There is no parking on site - Parking available in a tunnel near by (5-10 mins away walking from the hotel). We parked there from roughly 17:00-18:00 until next day at 09:00-10:00 and we paid around €40-€45. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel so please allow around €150 in your budget for parking. In one evening, there was rice with chicken. Chicken tasted lovely but the rice wasn´t thoroughly cooked. Not sure what happened there - lots of people left it on their plates.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Die Lage ist einmalig - direkt am kleinen Hafen und nur 1 Minute von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Check-In und -out schnell und problemlos. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf Hafen und Eismeerkathedrale haben eine tolle Größe - und die sollte man auf alle Fälle bevorzugen.
Die Lösung mit den Getränken beim Essen ist nicht so schön. Getränke holt man sich neben der Rezeption an einer kleinen Bar (die vom Empfangsteam mitbetreut wird und sich außerhalb des Speiseraumes befindet) ab. Lediglich Wasser ist frei zugänglich in größeren Glasbehältern zum Abfüllen bereit.

Bitte bei den Zimmern auf die Bettengröße achten. Wir hatten Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht, das Doppelbett war nur 1,4 m breit, zum Glück konnten wir gegen 600 NOK auf ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer upgraden. Abendessen unterschiedlich, okay, zum satt werden reicht es, aber kulinarisch Luft nach oben.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Einzigartige Lage! Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf den Hafen und die Eismeerkathedrale war sehr beeindrucken. Das Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit diesem Ausblick ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Im Preis enthalten war ein Abendessen und nachmittags Kaffee/Tee und Kuchen.
Es gab keinen Schrank im Zimmer und nur wenige Kleiderhaken bzw Kleiderbügel. Am Abend wäre ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm oder das Angebot von Streamingdiensten nicht schlecht gewesen. Das Abendessen war wenig abwechslungsreich und eher für Vegetarier oder Liebhaber von fettarmer Kost geeignet. Es wurden kaum Fleischgerichte angeboten.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel With durante il nostro viaggio a Tromsø in quattro, con due ragazzi di 16 e 18 anni. La città ci è piaciuta moltissimo e la struttura si è dimostrata un'ottima base per visitarla. La posizione è comoda: l'hotel è direttamente sul porto e a due passi dalla zona pedonale, permettendoci di girare a piedi senza problemi. Abbiamo fatto un upgrade di camera a pagamento, il giorno prima della partenza: il costo era decisamente abbordabile e ne è valsa la pena, dato che la stanza affacciava proprio sull'acqua con una bella vista sul porto e sulla Cattedrale Artica. Molto buona e varia anche la colazione, ideale per iniziare la giornata prima delle escursioni. Nel complesso è stata una soluzione pratica e piacevole per la nostra famiglia, che terremo sicuramente presente per un eventuale ritorno in città.
Il buffet della sera non è molto vario: aggiungerei qualche altra opzione, anche in termini di dolci o frutta

El personal muy amable y diligente en todo momento. Además del desayuno, que era muy bueno, hay fika (merienda) y cena incluidas en el precio. Por circunstancias no pudimos llegar a tiempo a la cena, pero todo lo demás nos pareció estupendo. También hay un pequeño gimnasio y sauna en el piso más alto, con hermosas vistas. Y queda todo a mano en la bella Tromsø (ellos pronuncian algo así como Trumsa). Y el comedor, con la terraza con vistas al puerto, muy acogedor. Cada habitación tiene un nombre relacionado con motivos marineros. Camas muy confortables. Sin duda, hotel muy recomendable.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Staff so welcoming and friendly. Location on the harbour front perfect, recommend harbour view rooms. We walked from our Hurtigruten ship to hotel , 10minute walk . We had Dinner , bed and breakfast and everything was just yummy and perfect.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026sehr schöne Lage am Hafen, freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, angenehme Sauna mit tollem Ausblick ...und im Ort selbst gibt es ja auch so einiges zu entdecken Im Preis inklusiv (den wir sonst meist nur für Übernachtung mit Frühstück bezahlen mussten) gab es hier sogar Abendessen (Salatbuffet und ca. 2 warme Gerichte zur Selbstbedienung) und am Nachmittag Kaffee und leckeren Kuchen.
