Al check in non sono stata seguita in modo idoneo in quanto avevo una prenotazione fatta con Booking.com e per la quale avevo giá saldato il soggiorno a mezzo della piattaforma ma al mio arrivo in struttura al check in ho dovuto ripagare il tutto nonostante io abbia presentato la mia prenotazione. Penso bastasse dedicare piú attenzione al cliente e alla sua pratica. Ho dovuto seguire il disguido impegnando altro del mio tempo dopo che sono rientrata in Italia. Consiglio di migliorare la formazione del personale al check-in.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026La camera doppia che ho prenotato era arredata con molta cura e con una finestra dotata di sedile con affaccio sullo scorcio del porto; bagno comodo e ricco di accessori e kit di cortesia che non ho trovato in altri hotel della Norvegia. Ottima la colazione, nella hall a servizio dei clienti ad uso gratuito bevande e caffe a tutte le ore.

Breakfast was average. Concerned re lack of security, no one on the doors on return, no need of room key to access until I got to my room. Anyone could have wandered in and accessed any floor without being challenged. Bar and restaurant off site and notably rowdy.

Hotel was fully booked so they decided to undertake staff training on reception. Meant queues out on to the pavement ti check in and 45 minutes wait. Appalling. Supervisor could have easily jumped in for half an hour to clear the queue but refused to.
