I was very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. The receptionist working on September 2 around 6:45 PM was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He didn’t smile once, and even the way he answered simple questions felt unnecessarily rude and unfriendly. Good customer service is one of the main reasons I choose a hotel over an Airbnb, so this was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends or family. I really hope the hotel provides better customer service training to its front desk staff in the future.

They gave us a a room that smelled from mold and then replaced our room and after 20 minutes told us that the people who were supposed to be in that room just checked in so we need to go back to the moldy room We end up not even staying the night and they refused to give us a refund and the hotel manager told us that we would sleep in the street so we should be grateful to have a room

Le service absolument exécrable! Ma brève expérience dans haut lieu du mépris et de l’indifférence fut littéralement un cauchemar éveillé! Ma chambre était payée au préalable via l’application mais à mon arrivée on m’a demandé de payer un montant supplémentaire car selon eux la réservation n’était pas au bon prix et que qu’il n’avait pas reçu mon paiement effectué sur booking.com. On m’a ris au visage puis servi de fausses excuses non sentis. Puis j’ai vu sur beaucoup de reviews sur Google leur “petite problématique” de punaises de lit qui n’était pas répertoriée sur la plateforme. Ainsi qu’une tentative peu discrète et très discutable de convaincre un ancien client insatisfait de retirer ses commentaires sur son expérience cauchemardesque. Que du dégoût pour cet établissement. C’est cher payé pour subir de telles horreurs.

Close to bus stations, restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Staff was very nice and accommodating. First hotel in a while that had a vending machine that actually worked. Beds were clean and comfortable

Room was a little dirty. Small stains on the walls and one of the vents was about to fall off the wall. We stayed here in the summer and the only thing cooling down the room was a portable air conditioner and it was still really warm. Also our room didn't have a window to the outside but rather it was facing a room with tables

Nespresso machine wasn't working and I had to find a plug for it since the plug was so short. Found a broken showerhead which almost fell on my head. We told staff about it. The man who came to try to fix it stepped all over our towels. He ended up not fixing the issue and tried to convince us that the showerhead won't fall on us while showering. We requested another room. The room we got transferred to was smaller and the floor wasn't clean. It felt like we got downgraded. The new room also had a broken air conditioner. There was another air conditioner in the room that was vented from the outside that didn't cool the entire room.

I booked a room with a stove to be able to cook and my stove, as well as many outlets, were not functional. There was also a party on the saturday night that was disruptive until 2am.

Honestly not much as far as hotels go this was severely poor

Well where to start the 2 nights I was there were awful. to start the staff were rude, obnoxious and saw me as an inconvenience for simply existing. I was rudely awoken after very specifically hanging the do not disturb sign on the door catching up on some much needed sleep by an angry house keeping staff telling me I should have checked out and when I explained in a polite manor that was not the case she stormed off in a huff. No apology nothing - how dare I try and have a peaceful room experience. On top of which the facilities are mediocre at best or simply none existent - I work in IT and even I couldn’t get the TV to work which was in itself half hanging off the wall, and the shower decided no tonight I’m having a cold one as there was no hot water in my room (there was the previous night) The room smelt stale and damp and generally unclean, paint hung off the walls and I can’t make this up it’s too bizzare, the entire room was on a 10 degree slope.

The hotel's location fit our visit's purposes. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a highway that is facing the hotel, but is caused no sound issues at all. I was surprised how quiet it was. There is a fridge and a coffee machine in the room. The hotel also provided a parking card for our car. The area is quiet; a park, a metro, and a few fast food restaurants are within walking distance, as well as a famous thrift store with many stalls nearby. My teens really enjoyed the thrift shopping,

I will never set foot in the Hôtel Métropolitain again, and here is why. During my stay in June, I parked my car in the exact spot designated by the front desk clerk, which was underneath the Métropolitaine highway—an area that was supposedly monitored by a guard at night. Upon returning from my evening out, I checked on my vehicle and discovered that a whitish liquid, dripping from the underside of the highway deck, had coated and dried on the bodywork. Yet, it had not rained for several days. I had to clean my car myself in the middle of the night. The hotel staff was of absolutely no help, merely providing me with a bucket of water and some soap. Lors de mon séjour en juin, j'ai stationné ma voiture à l'endroit exact qui m'avait été désigné par le préposé à la réception, c'est-à-dire sous l'autoroute Métropolitaine, un endroit censé être surveillé par un gardien pendant la nuit. En revenant de ma soirée, je suis passé voir mon véhicule et j'ai découvert qu'un liquide blanchâtre, provenant du dessous du tablier de l'autoroute, avait coulé et séché sur la carrosserie. Pourtant, il n'avait pas plu depuis plusieurs jours. J'ai dû nettoyer moi-même ma voiture en pleine nuit. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'a été d'aucune utilité, se contentant de me fournir un seau d'eau et du savon. J'ai dû frotter le reste moi-même, le cœur rempli de rage. Selon ce que j'ai appris par la suite, ce n'était pas la première fois que cela se produisait, et ce problème survient à différents endroits sous cette autoroute. Lorsque j'ai demandé une compensation, les démarches ont ressemblé à un véritable parcours du combattant.

I was very disappointed with my stay. First of all, the parking situation was unacceptable. The parking area is located under a bridge in the middle of the highway, and nobody informed us about this beforehand. It was confusing and difficult to find. The room also had a serious problem. I woke up with numerous insect bites all over my body. I cannot confirm what caused them or what type of insects they were, but the experience was very upsetting. Since returning home, I have been cleaning and inspecting all of my belongings because I was worried I might have brought something back with me. Another major issue was the lack of proper air conditioning. Instead of a built-in AC, there was a very loud portable unit that made it almost impossible to sleep. The noise was constant and unbearable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The stay was uncomfortable, stressful, and far below my expectations. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

There was a loud party in the banquet hall on Saturday night that ran until 4AM on Sunday. The music was so loud that the room furniture was actually vibrating. Sleeping through this was IMPOSSIBLE. Hotel staff was unable to help to get them reduce their music.

The lady who checked me in was very polite and helpful and even upgraded my room's bed to King instead of queen. It was a delight. Thank you. It was super clean and amenities were wonderful. TV was working great which I tuned in to classical music while I slept. I had no time to take breakfast, though since I had an early flight.

I don't know If it's always like that, they didn't have some toothbrushes as complimentary nor for sale. Since I forgot my toothbrush I have to walk a little few steps down the block to purchase some.

The Havana Restaurant served good affordable meals. The bust 192 Est stops just 1 minute walk from the hotel and you can catch bus to any location with 8mknute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is generally unkept. The staff are unfriendly. I was initially booked for 8 days but had to cut short my stay to just 5 days. 3 days after check out, the hotel are yet to refund my $100 caution withholding charge (which they said was to be refunded before check out). The hotel did not provide routine room services. I had to go to the reception by myself to request for cleaning of the room nd change of towels and bedsheets after 2 nights. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. The lift is old and dirty. There was only one lighting point near the TV where one can charge their appliances. No bedside access.

Großes und geräumiges Zimmer und bei einer Kategorie von 4 Sternen hätten wir mehr erwartet. Die Innenstadt von Montreal und auch der Botanische Garten lädt eindeutig zum Verweilen ein, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts

Das Business-Stadthotel Montreal Metropolitan, liegt direkt an einem Highway, der in Hochlage unmittelbar vor dem Hotel vorbeiführt. Die angebotene Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich, kostenlos direkt unterhalb des Highway und daher in Teilen auch laut. Zum Frühstück, hier wird jedem Teilnehmer ein Geschirrteller erst nach Übergabe eines Teilnehmer-Bon gereicht, ist sehr spärlich. Nach unserer Sicht hätte dieses Hotel max. 3 Sterne verdient und auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne

Restaurant breakfast offering was really not good. No good restaurants in the area. Don't feel there was value for money. Some the lights in the room did not work.

Run down area.Room’s only window looked directly into atrium where events were being held! Check in poor -no information about the hotel - especially about tokens needed for breakfast - which was very basic, with little choice.

Rien…tout est insalubre 🤬nous avons été dans l’obligation de changer d’établissement pour 2 nuits en cours de séjour et donc pénalisé financièrement.

Outre le lieu, l’établissement est vétuste, un accueil peu satisfaisant, meubles dans la chambre brûlés par des cigarettes, canapé brûlé également, sale et tacheté, présence d’un savon déjà utilisé par un précédent client, pas de balai brosse pour le toilette et récupéré dans un gobelet en carton, conditionnement du gel douche vide, meubles de cuisine pas totalement installé, poussière dans la chambre. Les couloirs et l’ascenseur sont sales. Et enfin pas d’accueil en salle du petit déjeuner et pas de choix que le stricte minimum. Je joins les photos à l’appui de mes remarques. Je n’ai pas pu me faire remboursé de mes 2 nuits, le directeur n’avait pas la main et je demande à Booking mon remboursement.

La zona è rumorosa essendo a pochi metri dall autostrada. Il parcheggio gratuito è in realtà un parcheggio pubblico sotto il cavalcavia autostradale completamente accessibile a chiunque in una zona poco raccomandabile. La colazione è in realtà non inclusa e comunque ne abbiamo usufruito solo una volta perchè non c è praticamente nulla

Jeune homme à l'accueil était très compétent, il expliquait très bien autant en français qu'en anglais. Il a même demandé si l'on préférait une chambre près de l'autoroute ou éloignée. Ce que nous avons choisi! Parfait!

L'eau changeait de température aux deux minutes pendant ma douche.

Trop cher pour 4 personnes sans déjeuner personnel qui réponds jamais à leur téléphone. Personnel qui porte des hoodies franchement c'est un hôtel portez des uniformes.

Très propre, personnel accueillant, lit confo, stationnement extérieur en face (en dessous du viaduc), à peine 10 min de marche de la station de métro saint-michel. Assez tranquille étant donné situé sur Crémazie. Près d’un mcdo, d’un billard et autres commerces. Bref super rapport qualité -prix.

Si on veut prendre sa douche le soir, faut laisser couler l’eau assez longtemps avant que l’eau soit chaude (10 min). Le matin, l’eau est chaude rapidement. La vue est moyenne (fenetres sont assez sales). Détail qui moi m’importe très peu.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Lit et oreiller confo. L'hôtel (vhambre 209) aurait besoin de quelques petites réparation mineures mais nous y étions pas si longtemps et pour le prix ça ne nous dérangeait pas

Le samedi soir il y avait un concert/party. La musique a cessé vers 24h30. Nous étions au deuxième étage et c'était assez bruyant. Personne de la réception nous avait avisé lors de notre check-in. J'aurais apprécié le savoir.

The room was clean, checkin went smooth and beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Location was not optimal, the hotel was old and the rooms were not very pretty or modern. It looked like they could have a remodeling. Also various aspects in the room weren't working (fridge, bath, and more). All in all decent but matched with the location, nothing I would choose again.

Grande chambre qui suffisait pour mes besoins. À la base, il devait y avoir un micro-onde dans cette dernière pour avoir une certaine autonomie mais comme le seul micro0onde disponible pour la clientèle se trouvait dans la grande salle, c'est un peu moins pratique. Le stationnement sous le boulevard Métropolitain était souvent plein malgré le peu de clients croisés à l'hôtel alors, difficile de sa voir où l'on peu se stationner. Pour les heures de déjeuner, elles ne correspondaient pas à mon horaire chargé.

Absence de micro-onde dans la chambre, murs minces alors les clients plus bruyant ou festifs ont rendu ma dernière nuit de sommeil difficile. Dernier point, je n'ai pas regardé la télévision car, elle ne marchait pas. J'ai donc pu dormir à la place.

L’accueil du personnel à notre arrivé, la cuisine du restaurant Havana était très bonne et la serveuse très gentille
