Overall, the room was very good, except for the very old furniture, and the air conditioning wasn't cold enough for summer. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

As for the restaurant, the food was the worst I've ever tasted; I do not recommend eating there.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to the Gardens, Biodome and Supermarket. The indoor pool was great especially for travelling with children. The restaurant was perfect as we could dine in and not have to travel anywhere for dinner.

The room service took longer than expected. On the day we booked room service, our room didn't get serviced until after 1pm. Inconvenient as in the afternoon we wanted to stay back and relax in our room.

Сподобався смачний сніданок, який ми замовляли в ресторані готелю. Красивий холл готелю. Досить зручне розташування, щоб залишити авто на парковці готелю, і дістатись до центру на метро

Не сподобалося, що в номері була відсутня вода у пляшках і чайник. Тобто за умови пізнього заселення воду можна пити тільки з крану. Кавомашина варить дуже несмачну каву, вершки хімічні. У ванній кімнаті 1 пляшечка шампуню за умови номеру на 4 людини. В басейн потрапити не вийшло, бо об 11 годині дня затіяли прибирання, і всіх вигнали. Сніданок смачний, але чекати на приготування доводилось близько 30 хвилин.

Le bruit. Le personnel ne vérifie pas si les portes entre les couloirs et la salle pour les fêtes est fermée. On a du se lever à plusieurs reprises dans la soirée pour la fermer pour dormir correctement jusqu’à ce que finalement on demande à la réception de s’en occuper.

Friendly front-desk and restaurant staff. Interesting location. For the tournament we attended, it was convenient. Close to a grocery store. Close to a wide variety of restaurants, but a car would still be needed.

We stay at a lot of hotels. This one wasn’t great. It had a very small fridge and the smallest “freezer” compartment I’ve ever seen. As we had to be outdoors for 3 days with coolers, it was not convenient that the ice machine on the floor did not work and we had no way of using our own ice packs. The room was very low-end for the price we paid (over $250/night). A very dated section of the hotel. Our door looked like it had been pried open or kicked in on several occasions. A significant amount of damage to it. Our room was on the 1st floor (one floor lower than the main reception and lobby off the parking lot) with its own door that lead to the outdoor pool. That door was a sealed (?) with the doorknob removed. It still didn’t seem safe. And, if there’s a wedding going on, look out. Absolutely no parking for hotel guests, blocked entry and exits which easily could have been a fire hazard, and very, very loud music and crowd noise. The staff were frazzled beyond belief with calls to the front desk and complaints about parking. Perhaps this was an unusual occurrence, but not what you want after a 14-hour day. Would we stay there again? Not sure. What was strange, too, was how dirty the carpet of the restaurant always was, even at 8am. It never seemed to have been vacuumed. For over $250/night, my expectations were higher.

Le personnel étaient SUPER gentils et très aidants. Ils répondaient à toutes nos questions et nous ont bien guidés.

L’hôtel est vieux et aurai besoin d’être rafraîchi. On est resté juste une nuit, donc on a pas eu le temps d’utiliser les installations. Les tapis des corridors, la poignée de la porte de notre salle de bain étaient brisés (elle a tombé par terre).

J’ai choisi l’hôtel pour son emplacement et les deux piscines (intérieure et extérieure). Resto sur place, excellent d’ailleurs. Stationnement compris. Personnel hyper courtois. Lieux propres. Bref, je vais y retourner assurément. Je le recommande.

Rien du tout. Tout était très satisfaisant.

Location was a little out of the way but was close to metro station so easy to get around. There was two pools (inside and outside) which my daughter enjoyed. The parking was free and there was spaces available outside and in the underground garage. Everything was very clean.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but there was one available in a common area so worked out okay.

Chambre plutot vétuste avec la peinture qui s'éffrite, porte donnant sur la piscine isolée par du ruban adhésif, pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception pour cause de voisin parlant fort et très bruyant dans les couloirs à 1h du matin. Le rapport qualité/prix est catastrophique en comparaison des autres hôtels réservés au Québec durant mon séjour. Ce fut le prix le plus élevé de tous pour la qualité la plus basse !

Ce nest pas mon premier séjour a cet hôtel.. en fait cest MON choix pour tout séjour a montreal,. On y est bien accueilli et cest toujours impeccable.

La proximité des installations olympiques, jardin botanique, insectarium, Biodôme, planétarium. Belle salle de bain. Personnel courtois. Beau halle d’entrée.

La piscine extérieure était fermée une partie de notre séjour, la réception ne disposait pas de change pour un billet de 20$ pour me permettre de laisser un pourboire aux femmes de chambres, ( cela m’a été mentionné après m’avoir indiqué le guichet ATM duquel je venais de retirer avec des charges…) Les chambres ont une allure un peu vieillotte, les oreillers sont minces.

Lo mejor que tienen es a la Srta Mirine que su atención fue excepcional. Llegamos y la habitación no nos gustó y el olor de las alfombras del pasillo y habitación era de humedad. Pusimos la queja con intención de cancelar nuestra estadía allí programada para tres noches y ella gentilmente y de manera inmediata nos ofreció otra habitación que estaba remodelada y muy limpia y nos quedamos . Deben hacer un cambio de almohadas son extremadamente altas y están llenas de pelotitas, incómodo. También en eso nos ayudó la Srta Mirine e hicieron un buen cambio. El restaurante en líneas generales es bueno. Definitivamente lo mejor que tiene el hotel es el excelente servicio que nos brindó esta Srta Mirine Gracias!!!

Whole hotel needs refurb. Rooms, public areas and attitude of staff need updating. Everything feels stuck in time warp and staff attitude summed up ”by everything feels like too much trouble”. Can't or won't charge drinks to room from bar; no space to eat with family other than formal and understandably quiet dining room or reception; our room smelled like former smoking room. Maybe it was lovely when built for Montreal 76 Olympics but tired and hotel services inadequate to bring this anywhere near a 4* guest experience.

No room Service unless asked a day before, no water bottles in the room had to ask the receptionist, also had to ask for a water boiler, vending machine not working, outside pool very dirty and disappointing, Had to ask for everything! Even on the first night of staying there was a loud wedding and all parking spots were occupied, Was it really 4 Star?

I went with my two sons specifically to go to the Biodome, Insectarium, and the botanical gardens. For that it was perfect because it was a ten minute walk. We also walked to the grocery store but I noticed there aren’t a lot of restaurants directly around the hotel but the one on site was good. The gift shop takes both American and Canadian money. We didn’t go down town but the metro is also very close. The staff were very nice and helpful. We were happy with the room and my kids loved the pool.

Trop cher pour ce qu’on a eu: Très bruyant à cause d’un mariage, très peu de stationnement. Des voitures partout mal stationnées.

Was clean, comfortable and located well for our purpose of attending an event at the Stade Olympique.

The room was excellent, perfect for the needs of our family with a toddler. The hotel's restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the pools very much. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We needed a hotel close to the Biodome, and it exceeded all our expectations. All in all, a great stay.

We had a very nice large room. It was a bit old though, and could benefit from a revamp, but we didn't really mind. It was very clean and comfortable.

Superbe hôtel ! Très beau et idéalement situé ! Personnel sympathique, chambre propre et confortable. L'hôtel dispose de deux piscine, une intérieure et une extérieure mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter. Le parking gratuit et privé est un vrai plus dans Montréal ou tout peut se faire en transport en commun !

Une équipe accueillante, un emplacement pratique (proche du parc olympique, du Biodome, du jardin botanique, et du métro avec ligne directe vers le centre), le confort des chambres, l'existence d'un restaurant sur place et le parking gratuit.

Clean, staff was friendly, restaurant was nice, food was decent, parking was easy. 10-15 walk to Metro. Area seemed safe. A few restaurants or shopping nearby but limited with walking distance.

A bit dated though other floors had been renovated. A bit far from downtown. Gym was quite dated and step machine buttons were missing. No cleaning spray left for equipment and water dispenser was empty. But did have more equipment than other hotel gyms I’ve been at. Pools were nice but outdoor pool was cloudy.

Bien que la chambre semblait bien insonorisée, la porte laissait passer les bruits du corridor. Aussi, il aurait été bien que le personnel de l'accueil nous donnent plus d'information sur les services (horaires des piscines, spa, etc).

The location was very convenient for us since we were in Montreal for a swim competition. It was relatively close to the sports complex and within walking distance, which was important since we didn’t have a rental car. There is also an IGA grocery store nearby. Our room was clean and reasonably well maintained despite the age of the hotel.

The hotel is quite old and unfortunately it shows both outside and inside. Our first impression when we arrived was disappointing compared with what we expected from the photos online. One particularly strange feature was the bathroom. The sink was outside the bathroom, while the toilet and bathtub were behind a glass door that was quite transparent and didn’t even close completely in our room. We were travelling with our kids, so we mostly found it funny and confusing, but it is definitely an unusual choice for a bathroom door. Another thing that affected our expectations was the hotel’s online presentation. When searching for the hotel, many beautiful photos of the nearby Montreal Casino appear, while it was surprisingly difficult to get a clear idea of what the actual hotel building looks like. As first time visitors to Montreal, this gave us a very different impression before arriving. I think clearer exterior photos of the actual property would help guests know what to expect.

Le personnel est très sympathique et l'hôtel est situé près d'un métro. Également, il y un stationnement pour les voitures.

Even though the management change our room to a suite and apologized but still the room was outdated compared to the price per night.

Front desk staff was rude and impatient. We do not speak French and she was not willing to help until my husband asked her to be patient and explain to us. The room was in the basement and was outdated and smelly ...when we went to her she said no we are not able to change it for you this is what you paid for. 9 am athe house keeping knocked the door and she thought no one was in and she tried to open the door. After an hour another house keeping was knocking hard and and opened the door. It was locked from inside, so she tried pushing it so hard.

La habitación no tenía microondas. Hay que avisar para que limpien el cuarto, Rentamos por 5 noches y nos dijeron que iban a limpiarla a media estancia pero no se hizo porque había que avisar un día antes. El servicio en el restaurante es lento (pero así es generalmente en Canadá).

My door was broken and I got stocked 45 min in the doorways... The toilet was making a weird sound all night long. For the price I'm disappointed..

The advantage is its convenient location, particularly if you plan to visit Space for Life, as all four attractions are within walking distance.

The advantages and disadvantages are equally obvious: overall, the facilities are dated, and the underground parking structure has quite low ceiling clearance.

Très cher pour rien. Pas d'insonorisation dans les chambres, petitesse des lits et lampadaire extérieur dont la lumière nous éclaire toute la nuit car la toile et les rideaux sont médiocres.

Un hôtel accueillant, avec des places de parking. Beaucoup de commodités proposées : 2 piscines, 1 sauna, salle de sport. Une chambre de taille très correct pour 4 personnes. Jolie salle de bain et literie confortable.

Prestation restauration non proposée sur cette période cause travaux.

The rooms are modernized, comfortable, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and outdoor pools are kept at a very comfortable temperature. The restaurant is pretty good.

Due to construction, the parking is quite limited. The location is close to Olympic park but nothing else so you will need to drive or take metro to do anything.

Comfortable, enjoyed the pool and the room. Within 15 mins walking to Viau station.

The keys demagnetized easily and we had to get them fixed several times during a one week stay. The staff was very attentive.

Close to the area we were going.

No one mentioned that house cleaning unless asked for it. We had to ask for towels everyday and the we left had a mountain of dirty towels in the bathroom. Parking my personal vehicle also was an issue apparently no security and cars were being stolen.

Everything about this hotel from the look of the rooms we got, how dirty and old the rooms were, the noise, the flies in the restaurant, the squeeky beds and burn out light in rooms, stains on bed, cloged toilet,

Porém distante do centro, o que no nosso caso fomos de carro, pois estavamos com um e estacionamento é caro, mas acredito que tem a possibilidade de metro perto. Não pegamos a opção com café da manhã por nos adiantarem que para o padrão brasileiro de café da manhã não valeria a pena. Compramos coisas em mercado e comemos antes de sair. O quarto é bom! Único ponto ruim é chuveiro que molhou todo o banheiro, mas acredito que seja esse perfil de chuveiro/banheira com cortina.

Beds were comfortable, shower was good, bathroom was nice, room size was good, staff were friendly, good service all around, food in restaurant was good (french onion soup and poutine were delicious!)

Pillows were hard, no room service, no streaming service or ability to chromecast from my laptop or phone, tv selections were crappy, too far from downtown - spent a lot on cabs because of traffic and distance
