We had an amazing experience at Tolip North Coast! The beach was consistently clean, and the entire atmosphere felt safe and truly family-friendly. The staff were exceptionally respectful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing coastal getaway, and we’d definitely visit again

The hotel location is perfect. No need for very long rides from Cairo and can easily be a weekend stay and drive. There is no need to go outside of the hotel with all the amenities and services available. Worth mentioning the staff were being friendly and they kept calling multiple times on the room to check on us and see if anything is needed. I had only one minor comment and it was fixed right after I mentioned it. Mr Hassan ElSakka, the hotel manager, is reachable and very decent to take any notes or comments into consideration. That was my first visit and wouldn't be the last

Colazione e cena di buona qualità, camera confortevole e piscina ben tenuta e pulita. Reception completamente rinnovata e molto bella. Spiaggia piacevole e facilmente raggiungibile anche con il servizio navetta. Una nota particolarmente positiva va al personale, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Alcune aree esterne risultavano un po’ trascurate e non del tutto in linea con le aspettative per un hotel cinque stelle. In particolare, la presenza di materiali e piccoli detriti lasciati a terra in alcune zone dà un’impressione di poca cura. Nel complesso, mi sarei aspettata un livello di attenzione e manutenzione maggiore, soprattutto considerando la categoria della struttura. Inoltre, la spiaggia non è direttamente collegata all’hotel: è raggiungibile a piedi attraversando l’area delle piscine e una strada, oppure tramite il servizio navetta.

The balcony was outstanding, we absolutely loved the view! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and having three bathrooms was definitely a big plus for a vacation like this, especially with everyone showering and getting ready after swimming. The apartment was well equipped, and what made our stay even better was how friendly and cooperative the staff were. They were always happy to help and did their best to accommodate anything we needed. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. ✨

Their service has improved significantly since my last visit in 2024 with my colleagues. The staff checked on us three times throughout our stay, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I also loved that the pool wasn't crowded, and the beach attendants were very attentive. As always, the place remained peaceful and quiet—perfect for travelers who simply want to unwind and skip the activities.

A bit more attention to cleaning would be appreciated, especially in the bathroom. The chalet we rented was also quite far from the shore. We've tried their beachfront villa with a private pool before, and that was absolutely perfect for guests who want to maximize their time by the sea. The only downside is the steep price hike during peak summer season.

Not allowing to stay on the beach after 7:00Pm

Very disappointing experience and definitely not value for money. The hotel is also overrated, in my opinion. Despite being advertised as being on the North Coast, it is actually quite far from the main North Coast area, and it takes around 25 minutes to reach El Alamein. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food, easily the worst part of the stay. The quality was far below what you would expect from a hotel at this price level. Overall, I expected much more for the money and unfortunately would not recommend it.

The hotel has almost everything you need, and all the staff are very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. I always enjoy my visits.

Most family friendly Hotel in North coast with a stunning beach

What I liked most about this hotel was the excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful sea, and, of course, the pool. The hotel is perfect for families and offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Overall, I would rate my experience 10 out of 10. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

The main areas that need improvement are cleanliness and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I noticed that the level of cleanliness seems to be about the same as it was two years ago, and I believe this could be improved. The Wi-Fi is also too slow and would benefit from a significant upgrade, especially for guests who need reliable internet access. Despite these points, I had a very enjoyable stay and appreciate everything the hotel offers.

I paid $4,500 for four days for a family of six, so I expected the villa and overall experience to meet a reasonable standard. Unfortunately, there were several issues that were very disappointing. The villa bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, there was a broken bed left in the yard, and empty water bottles were scattered throughout the grass and around the deck. These conditions were not what I expected given the amount I paid for the stay. I was also surprised to learn after booking that meals were not included. I asked the team if it would be possible to modify my reservation and change the accommodation to a room instead, but I was told that this was not possible. Considering the $4,500 price for a family of six, I am very disappointed with the condition of the property, the lack of cleanliness, and the limited flexibility regarding my reservation. I would appreciate it if management could review these concerns and provide an appropriate resolution.

Reception was bad, checked in too late with different room specifications. Food taste. Bad service especially on beach and pool no service at all. Dirty pool water . Overall low value for money and overrated.

We had a really nice stay at Tolip North Coast with the family. The place was relaxing, the views were beautiful, and it was exactly what we needed for a short getaway. We especially enjoyed just sitting outside and enjoying the view, and the overall atmosphere was very family-friendly. The staff were nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great time and left with a very good impression. Definitely a place we’d consider coming back to.

The only thing we didn’t like was a minor issue with the AC. We called maintenance and they came quickly and fixed it in around 30 minutes, so it wasn’t really a big problem and didn’t affect our stay.

- Regarding hospitality : I found warm greetings from 1st one I met till my leave. - Starting from all staff on the gate, Ms. Maya from guest relation , Ms. Asmaa from reception, Mr.Ayman on the beach and supporting team , Mr.Andrew in pool’s restaurant and last but not least Mr.Hassan . All of them was very nice and friendly. - House keeping team : with their follow up even after their duty.

- Regarding Wifi connecting: Stable all day but midnight some devices lost connection. - They need to add some mosquito protection as too much flies.

Very family friendly place, and having a private villa right on the beach made our stay amazing.

They could put more focus on keeping the beach clean and improving the beach cleaning services.

The food was very good and varied, and we were also very satisfied with the service. The entire staff was always friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. We would especially like to mention Mr. Hassan from the reception. At the end of our stay, we had a very pleasant personal conversation with him. He took extra time to speak with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt very comfortable during our stay and would gladly come back!

Very pleasant stay with the beautiful, clean beach and stunning turquoise waters. Upon arrival, the first room required a cleanliness check but the management was highly professional and immediately upgraded me to a better, cleaner room. Stuff goes above and beyond to be helpful and caring, continuously checking on my wellbeing. Although English skills vary among the team, their willingness to solve any issue is highly commendable. The bathroom could benefit from a modern renovation, but overall, it is a very safe and secure resort for international travelers. Recommended!

This was approximately my fourth stay at the hotel. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Sama for her warm welcome and the quick, professional check-in process. I also appreciate all the hotel staff, for their continuous support and excellent service. The hotel is perfect for families, with plenty of activities for children and enjoyable evening entertainment for both kids and adults.

Beach only but you need to walk for almost 15 minutes to get there, or you can ride transport by small train very uncomfortable and dirty.

Overall, my stay was disappointing and fell short of expectations. To begin with, the entry process at the hotel gate requires better organization. The security staff asked the taxi driver questions that he could not reasonably be expected to answer, such as my room number and the name of the registered guest. This created an unnecessary delay and inconvenience upon arrival. At check-in, the receptionist focused on promoting the hotel's activities and facilities but did not provide practical information that would have been more useful for guests. The room itself was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom floor looked dirty even after housekeeping had cleaned it, making it unpleasant to use. The air conditioning system was also poorly designed. Every time the balcony door was opened, the air conditioner automatically switched off. To restart it, I had to go back inside, close the balcony door, and manually turn the system on again. This was very inconvenient, and the unit was also quite noisy. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection, but the dining area was extremely crowded and disorganized. There was only one chef preparing eggs for what appeared to be a fully booked hotel, resulting in long queues every morning. In addition, the coffee served was of very poor quality and tasted more like hot water than coffee. As for dinner, although it was included in the room rate that I paid, the presentation and quality of the buffet discouraged me from trying it, so I chose not to eat there. Overall, the hotel is in need of significant renovation and refurbishment, particularly the guest rooms and facilities. While some aspects of the stay were acceptable, the overall experience did not reflect the standard expected from a hotel of this category.

The beach was beautiful, with all the pools very clean. However, the pool chairs next to some of them were old and torn, making it uncomfortable to sit. Night entertainment was nice. If you need anything, management is great at fixing issues, but the problems that arose shouldn’t be problems at a five-star hotel.

We encountered problems right from the start. We arrived at 4 p.m., when check-in was at 3, but our chalet wasn’t ready. We finally got it around 4:30, and it had a terrible smell. We kindly requested a change, and Mr. Mohammed, the manager, was very accommodating and made the necessary arrangements. The housekeeping manager was also helpful, always coming with the cleaners. However, the staff at the location lacked proper training. We had to speak to the manager to get anything done. Breakfast was basic, and dinner was disappointing. On the bright side, the location is great because there are so many nearby attractions. On our last day, we requested a late checkout at 2 p.m., which the manager granted. Unfortunately, the staff kept calling us from 11 a.m. onwards, insisting we check out, which further highlighted their lack of customer service skills.

Very good and friendly staff ready to assist immediately. Daily housekeeping by Elsaid. Nice breakfast and dinner with the variety of food. Beautiful white sandy beach with the blue / turquoise water (no rocks). Two big outdoor pools for adults and kids. Shuttle to the beach every 5 minutes. No need to reserve the place on the beach in advance. Plenty of space always available. The animation team keeps guests entertained with poolside activities during the day and evening entertainment program (mostly in Arabic)

The warm and welcoming reception from the staff,especially the reception manager Mr Ahmed,which was consistently maintained throughout our stay, made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well maintained. The food has improved significantly compared to our previous visits, with better quality and more variety. As always, both the beach and the swimming pool were outstanding and added to the overall enjoyable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Horrible food! The lowest quality I have ever seen in a 5 star resort. Just disgusting! No hot water in the shower for 4 days and kept complaining. Nasty shower filling up with water because the drain is clogged. Then the most disgusting thing is the bidet sprayer brown on the end! Stains on the mattresses And finally the security safe is also broken.
