Reviewed Aug 21, 2026للاسف القائمين علي الفندق غير امناء ، تم اهدار ما لا يقل عن 3 ساعات بسبب انهم قرروا يرفعوا حجز المعتمد من قبل Booking ولولا اني تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء Booking لولا عرفت احجز بنفس السعر المتفق عليه . المدير يقول كلام لخدمة العملاء ثم يرجع يقول لا ماقولتش ( غير آمين).
المطعم غير مجهز لاستقبال النزلاء ، للاسف يتم قلي الطعميه صباحه في قلب صالة الافطار الخاصة بالمطعم بدون توفير شفاط للزيت ، مما يؤدي للاختناق واتساخ الملابس . يحضرون البيض الاومليت بزيت طبيخ [لا يوجد لا زبد ولا زيت نباتي ولا سمن ]. الشاطئ مش خاص بالفندق الواقع انهم ينزلوا النزلاء في شاطئ يستقبل الرحلات . It's not a privatr beach for the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026فندق كويس له موقف سيارات له حوض سباحة خاصة به الافطار جميل جدا الغرفة نظيفة وبصدق صغيرة شوية فندق مكانه قريب من العالمين الجديدة وبصدق الموظفين محترمين لاحظت الفندق مظلوم في التعليقات السلبية وكنت خائف عند الحجز ولكن وجدت الفندق جميل وهادئ
الغرف صغيرة شوية والنت موجود في اللوبي فقط

المسبح والأكوا لا ترقى إلى فئة اربع نجوم وكثرة الذباب بشكل مزعج جداً بسبب طبيعة الموقع والمنطقه بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع السعر الإيجاري بالمقارنه بالوصف الموجود على بوكينج ويحتاج الفندق الى تجديد الملاءات والفوط والمناشف لانها مهترئة من كثرة الاستخدام وكذلك ضعف ضخ الماء في الاستحمام

Reviewed Aug 2, 2024- Managers are welcoming. - There was a show daily during my stay e.g singing, dancing, and muscle man show.
- The location is not directly on the beach there is a highway that block the sea view. - The AC is some how connected to the kitchen. Along the stay we keep smelling diffrent flavors and foods. - The reception is not well trained. A guest opened my room as the reception thought the room is empty luckily I the door wad locked by the door chain! - No free water during dinner time.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2023friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping workers also are helpful, pools are good, aqua park is small but it is ok for kids, food is good (breakfast and dinner) I liked specially the salads buffet, hotel decoration and furnitur are nice, in general I enjoyed my accomodation there, I may repeat it.
Although the cleanliness of the rooms, they are very tight, shower booth is very small, terraces are too small, the beach needs more caring.
