The dogs and neighborhood children were loud at night, which the hotel cannot control. If you're a light sleeper, you might wake often.

Juste fabuleux. Le nom de l’enseigne porte bien son nom. La vue est magique 😍. Le personnel est aux petits soin, mention spécial pour Adams.l’appartement était très propre. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Sans cette enseigne, L’expérience imsouanen’aurait pas été pareil

RAS. TOUT était parfait. Juste un pot pour les brosses à dent et un tapis de bain. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

Merci Adams nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hébergement était très propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. L'accueil a été chaleureux et l'hôte était disponible et attentionné. L'emplacement est idéal, calme et proche de toutes les commodités. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Fijn verblijf gehad in Imsouane. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel en het personeel was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en betrokken. De omgeving is prachtig en heerlijk rustig. Perfect voor een ontspannen vakantie.

De matrassen mogen wel wat zachter.

Proche de la mer et superbe vue. Adams gère parfaitement l’établissement. Il est toujours à l‘écoute. Top !

Tout le reste,la salle de bain est salle et pleine de moisissure,le lit est de mauvaise qualité,les meubles ne correspondent pas au standing prétendu,la fenêtre tiens avec un elastique,des câbles electriques flottent dans la piscine et les volets ne ferment pas complètement. Nous avons demandé l'annulation de notre 2ème nuit.le tarif demandé est 2 à 3 fois trop cher!!

l odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain , le mauvais état des murs ( inondation non réparée), absence de rideaux dans la chambre et état générale peu satisfaisant ( manque de propreté) , personnel non compétent ( présentation d une serpillière après avoir demandé un tapis de bain ) . Hôtel cher pour les prestations fournies

Location was amazing. View is exactly like it’s shown in the picture.The staff, especially Omar and Adam were very sweet. Female staff did not converse with us (definitely a language barrier) but we totally felt welcoming. Also, they left us a welcome fruit package which was 100% appreciated.

The room is not as well maintained as we expected. The walls, towels and bedding were visibly smudgy. The fridge was not clean but as we did not need the fridge, it didn’t bother us. The mirrors had visible smears and could have been cleaned. We also did not complain about any of this with the staff as we were not super bothered by these issues but having better facilities would have definitely justified the price we paid.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse et familiale, on s'y sent comme à la maison dès l'arrivée. Les appartements sont spacieux, confortables et offrent une vue imprenable sur la baie. Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours disponible avec le sourire. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, varié et délicieux. Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin, je recommande sans hésiter. 10/10 !

J’ai adoré mon séjour du début à la fin. L’appartement est impeccable, parfaitement conforme aux photos, très propre et confortable. Son emplacement est idéal, avec la plage et le centre-ville facilement accessibles en quelques minutes. Le petit-déjeuner était également un vrai plus : copieux, varié et servi sur la terrasse avec une vue agréable, un excellent moyen de commencer la journée. Je tiens surtout à remercier toute l’équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel. Une mention toute particulière à Adam et Said, qui ont été remarquablement gentils, serviables et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire. Leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance ont largement contribué à rendre ce séjour mémorable. J’ai également eu la chance d’assister au premier match du Maroc pendant la Coupe du Monde, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale. Pour les amateurs de football, vous serez servis : l’ambiance est incroyable et l’enthousiasme autour des matchs est un véritable plaisir à vivre. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Beautiful setting, clean comfy room with en-suite bathroom including toiletries. Room also had a fridge, a table and chairs and a terrace with sun loungers looking over the bay, so you could have your own snacks and drinks in your room and enjoy your private terrace. Location is great - near the beach, and the centre with shops and eateries. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was delicious and filling - eggs, Moroccan salad, breads and pastries with tea and coffee whilst watching the sea - idyllic. The hotel is very clean and cosy and there is also an area to sit and read or hang out, a ping pong table and an area to dry wet suits and boards. Special thanks to Adam who looked after us so well and was helpful, charming and friendly. But all the staff are good - nothing seemed too much trouble.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern für eine Woche da. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Für Marokko und Immsouane schon hochpreisig, aber man zahlt nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel (es ist eher ein Bed & Breakfast), sondern für diese Aussicht. Einfach magisch... Der Manager ist so nett und höflich, er hat sogar mit meinem Sohn Tischtennis gespielt. Und dann Adam, der mit seiner herzlichen Art uns jeden Morgen Frühstück gebracht hat. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wieder kommen. Frühstück absolut ok. Unsere Jungs fanden den Pool toll und vor allem die Tischtennisplatte. Das zeigt, das das Hotel total familiär ist. Das Appartement ist wirklich riesig...vor allem das Wohnzimmer.

Die Küchenutensilien könnten etwas aufgefrischt werden. Wenn man möchte, kann mann immer das Haar in der Suppe suchen. Aber wie gesagt, man muss den marrokanischen Standards ansetzen...

The location is amazing. Great view of the surf and a really short walk down to the break. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and offered such a warm welcome each day.

A beautiful location with amazing views. The breakfast was delicious and the Magic House team could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. We had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend it to anyone. We were travelling for the first time with a baby and Magic house was the perfect start to our trip in Morocco.

We have never experienced a more beautiful view – it was absolutely breathtaking. Adams was extremely helpful and kind, and our children really liked him. The breakfasts were very good and always a great start to the day. There are also many great restaurants nearby with delicious food, and the village has a very nice, relaxed vibe. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Comme son nom l’indique, Magic House est un lieu vraiment magique, avec une vue surplombant la baie d’Imsouane et ses falaises impressionnantes. La terrasse m’a permis de profiter pleinement de cette vue dont on ne se lasse pas. La literie était très bien, et le petit-déjeuner marocain (ou plutôt le brunch tellement les portions sont généreuses) était délicieux (l’huile d’olive locale à tomber par terre). Mais surtout, un immense merci à Adams et Oumar pour leur hospitalité, leur sourire et leur disponibilité, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus magique.

L’odeur d’égoût dans la salle de bain, mais ce n’est pas de leur faute ni un manque de propreté je précise. Une petite machine à café dans la chambre aurait aussi été appréciable. Mais à part ça, c’était top!

Storage facility for Surfboards is safe and good.

Reserved a room with two separate beds since I was traveling with a friend. Was clearly stated in the room description 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Room had only one bed and manager was absolutely not helpful nor seemed to care. „Look at the picture there is only one bed“ was what he said. Also a lot of black mould in the bathroom. (See picture) Booking.com customer support was very helpful, got refunded. When we left we got yelled at and called names. Worst experience so far in Morocco. Location is good, but walk to beach is much further than it seems.

Las vistas y la ubicación

The hotel is in an absolutely stunning location with probably one of the best views in Insouane. Especially loved waking up to the sounds of the waves and opening the blinds to the sea view. Breakfast in the terrace was also a highlight. Overall a really beautiful place to stay.

We had some issue with black mold in the shower which when looking at reviews realized it had been complained about previously. We spoke with the man in charge who do a good job of cleaning it off for us. However it probably should’ve been dealt with before we arrived seeing as it had already been flagged by previous guests. The main guy who seemed to be running the hotel was very kind and helpful, you could tell he wanted us to have a great stay but he seemed a little stressed especially at breakfast when we often had to wait a long time to be served any food. I think perhaps they need a little more staff on during the breakfast service especially when it’s a full house.

The location is perfect, with an amazing view of The Bay. Facilities were great, pool, table tennis. The breakfast was amazing, really looked after. The food was delicious and such variety every day.

Trochę sam apartament był “chłodny” w wystroju i trochę nieporządek w wyposażeniu kuchni.

Las vistas espectaculares. Puedes checkear si hay olas casi desde la cama. La ubicacion muy buena y luego es muy comodo para guardar tablas y limpiar neopreno. Desayunos muy buenos.
