Colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle (varia ma con scarsa qualità). Camere grandi, pulizia grossolana buona ma nei punti "non visti" scarsa. Bagno non all'altezza di un 4 stelle così come gli arredi e la TV non smart.

Everything was great, all thing that did not work in our favor was the parking. We had a van that was 2.0 meters and the hotel's parking had a max height of 1.8 meters. Fortunately, there were two parking lots within two blocks that could accommodate up to 2.2-meter heights.

The staff are pre occupied with their own self importance rather than the needs of their customers. The breakfast is poorly executed and made with very low quality produce. They failed to book a taxi for us on two separate occasions and showed no regard when we questioned why this was the case. Hopeless.

το μπάνιο πολύ παλιό. Δεν υπήρχε κρεμάστρα για την πετσέτα του μπάνιου. Το μπολ με το σαπούνι μπάνιου ήταν άδειο από την μέρα που πήγαμε. Το άνοιξα και το τοποθέτισα στο καζανάκι, αλλά δυστυχώς η καθαρίστρια το άφησε εκεί όπως το είχα. καθάρισαν το μπάνιο και ο καθρέφτης έμεινε ακαθάριστος.

Breakfast is not really wow. Just acceptable. Terrible coffee, terrible service. Lifts are very slow and old. All the hotel need to be updated. Specially the rooms. Worst cleaning expériences in Greece. I have been in guesthouses better cleaned than the room i had here

I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff, particularly the housekeeping management, regarding my missing mirror, which was not returned and the matter was not properly resolved.

Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht. Wir hatten aber sehr kurzfristig gebucht (am selben Tag) und das Hotel war sehr gut gebucht. Es war möglicherweise sonst nichts frei.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Η εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη από όλο το προσωπικό ήταν καταπληκτική! Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε την πρώτη βραδιά μύριζε. Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου και ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως και μάλιστα μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση χωρίς κανένα κόστος. Ζητήσαμε περισσότερα μαξιλάρια, λόγω αυχενικού προβλήματος και μας τα έφεραν αμέσως. Ζητήσαμε τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια (είχαμε κλείσει με διπλό κρεβάτι) να γίνουν διπλό με την τοποθέτηση κάποιου ανωστρώματος, και το έκαναν αμέσως. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή αφού είναι στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Το πάρκινγκ που είναι κλειστό και υπόγειο θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο φτηνότερο. Αφήνω τελευταίο αν και έπρεπε να το αναφέρω πρώτο, το πρωινό σε ποιότητα και ποσότητα πάρα πολύ καλό!
Να διορθώσουν το πρόβλημα της μυρωδιάς στο δωμάτιο 101 και δεν ξέρω αν και σε άλλα δωμάτια υπάρχει τέτοια μυρωδιά. Η τιμή για ένα βράδυ ενός απλού δίκλινου θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ υψηλή στα 222 ευρώ, ευτυχώς αποζημιωθήκαμε με την αναβάθμιση που μας έγινε.

The hotel also offers parking, though it comes with an extra fee. Good service and location, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness ruined the experience.
Unfortunately, the property is in desperate need of an upgrade. The hallway carpets were old and dirty, and the room doors had broken frames. The bathroom was outdated, the soap dispensers were broken, the soap smelled bad, and we even found hair on the floor. We didn't try the food or the gym.

het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker en gevarieerd, doch het aanvullen van het buffet verliep soms wat traag. De fitnessruimte was wegens verbouwingen niet toeganklijk

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση το προσωπικό και υπεύθυνοι προσιτοί και ευγενικοί, απίστευτο πρωινό και του πουλιού το γάλα οτι θες το βρισκεις!!! πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο μετρό , υπέροχη θέα και το πρωί στο πρωινό και το βράδυ εάν θες να ανέβεις για κρασί και για φαγητό οι τιμές πολύ προσιτές.Σιγουρα θα ξανα παω!!!

La zona in cui è posizionato l’hotel è piuttosto in stato di abbandono , con pochi negozi e nessun locale per mangiare , per fortuna c’è il ristorante all’ultimo piano dell’hotel.

Δεν ηταν πολυ άνετο το δωματιο.Οι τουαλέτα θέλει ανακαινιση.Επθσης στα κρεβατια δεν εχει ούτε μια πρίζα να φόρτισης το κινητο και το φορτιζαμε στην πρίζα ρης τουαλέτας.Αυτα μονο λεπτομερειες αλλα βασικές.Ολα τα υπόλοιπα τέλεια
